I, too was scam by the 1.95 and my visa card was charge the 69 and change. I will contact my bank as well.
I hope google will take action and I will never do any website search or any other search if I see the name Google any were on the screen.

you know what guys if you didn't know how to create your own webpage or website dont signed up to anywhere else online and dont blame them just because of your charges its your fault guys and you didn't read their terms and conditions thats why guys your not aware of the charge monthly fee...next time guys try to check it out or read the terms and conditons of the said program...lol..goodluck to the scammers!!!=)

I too was scammed and found out before the big money was taken out.
I tried the international number and found an answerphone 'please call withing office hours, goodbye' problem was - It WAS in office hours, so I called the 1-800 USA line, got straight through, talked to Jennifer and was told the account was cabcelled and received a confirmation e-mail with a cancellation number.
I had already put a block on my CC, and it was to be monitored by the Fraud Dept of my bank. I am not intending to withdraw that, until I am sure it really has been cancelled.

Assuming it is ok, my advice, try Every number you have till you get through!

GOOGLE SCAM & THEN SOME MORE
I WANTED TO TELL YOU ALL HOW I GOT MY MONEY BACK. 1ST I WAS CHARGED 79.90 AFTER I DID CALL AND CANCEL. I CALLED 1 800 497 4988. I TOLD THEM IT WAS CANCELLED AND I WANTED MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD, SAID I HAD THE NAME OF THE GUY I SPOKE TOO AND I WANTED MY MONEY BACK OR THE NEXT CALL WOULD BE MY LAWYER. I DID GET THAT BACK IN 7 DAYS BUT I WASNT GONNA TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER AND I WAS VERY DEMANDING BUT COOL. 2 WEEKS LATER ANOTHER 24.90 CAME OFF MY CARD. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING BUT BECAUSE THEY HAD MY CARD INFO THEY SIGNED ME UP ANYWAYS. IT SAID EQGAMES ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT, IRRRONICALLY WHEN I CALLED IT WAS THE SAME # AS THE 79.90. THE SUPERVISOR WOULDNT GET ON THE PHONE BUT THE KID SAID THEY WOULD CANCEL IT NOW SO I DIDNT GET CHARGED AGAIN BUT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY DO ABOUT THE 24.90. WELL LET ME TELL YOU THERE IS!!!
I CALLED THERE MAIN NUMBER AT 7PM ON A FRIDAY NIGHT ITS 801 578 9020. I WAITED FOR THE MACHINE TO PICK UP SINCE THEY WERE CLOSED AND WHEN IT DID I HIT #* RIGHT AWAY (THATS POUND, STAR) I GOT THE DIRECTORY, WHICH INSTEAD OF PUSHING 3 NUMBERS OF THE LAST NAME I JUST HIT A, IT GAVE ME A GUY NAMED MARK FIRST SO THATS WHERE I BEGAN. I CALLED EVERY PERSON IN THERE DIRECTORY AND TOLD THEM I WAS NOT GONNA BE SCAMMED AND THAT I WAS GONNA CALL EVERYONE, EVERYDAY OF EVERY HOUR OF EVERY MINUTE TILL I GET MY MONEY BACK. EVERYTIME I LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE NEXT ONE I SAID WELL "BOB" I JUST LEFT A MESSAGE WITH MARK, TOM, PETER...ETC. AND NOW YOU, I TOLD THEM ALL I WAS NOT GONNA BE SCAMMED, I WANTED MY MONEY BACK ON MY CARD OR IM GONNA BE THE WORST PAIN IN THE BUTT THEYVE EVER HEARD OF...& OF COURSE GONNA KEEP CALLING AND LEFT MY NUMBER FOR THEM. I ALSO TOLD EACH ONE "IF YOU CANT PUT THE MONEY ON MY CARD, DONT BOTHER CALLING ME...GET THE GUY WHO CAN AND HAVE HIM CALL ME BACK". I DID GET PATCHED IN TO ONE GUYS OFFICE, WHICH THE LADY ON ANOTHER LINE THERE DIDNT REALIZE I WAS ON SOME KIND OF SPEAKER PHONE (IT JUST CLICKED ME ON) I LISTENED TO HER FORCEFULLY TELLING A GUY THAT SHE COULDNT DO ANYTHING, THAT HE ORDERED IT AND ALL SHE COULD DO WAS RE-OPEN HIS ACCOUNT. I FELT SO BAD FOR THAT GUY. SHE HUNG UP WITH HIM AND WAS TYPING AND I SAID "YEAH, IM GLAD I HEARD YOU SCAM THAT POOR GUY & I WROTE IT ALL DOWN...I WONT BE SCAMMED" AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME, FUNNY THING I WAS ABLE TO GET RIGHT BACK TO HER AND I TOLD HER IM GONNA KEEP CALLING AS I ALREADY LEFT MANY MESSAGES. SHE FINALLY HAD TO SHUT THE MACHINE SYSTEM DOWN...LOL. I DIDNT CALL OVER THE WEEK-END, JUST THAT FRIDAY NIGHT BUT ON MONDAY I CALLED THEM WHEN THEY WERE OPEN AND BLUNTLY TOLD THE LADY WHY I WAS CALLING AND THAT I WANTED MY MONEY BACK. SHE STATED "MAAM YOUR MONEY WAS PUT BACK ON YOUR CARD THIS MORNING...IT WILL TAKE 3-5 DAYS" . I HUNG UP AND CHECKED MY ANSWERING MACHINE...THE FIRST GUY I CALLED LEFT ME A MESSAGE THAT SAID "HI, THIS IS MARK, I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT WEVE REFUNDED YOUR MONEY BACK TO YOUR CARD, IT WILL TAKE A FEW DAYS BUT I DID IT THIS MORNING & YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY". GUESS THEY DONT LIKE BEING HARRASED EITHER...LOL. DONT BE HARRASED, IF YOU HAVE TO TURN IT AROUND AND HARRAS THEM, SEE HOW THEY LIKE IT. BE CONFIDENT, ITS EASY WHEN YOU KNOW YOUR RIGHT.
P.S. I DID GET A NEW DEBIT CARD AND MOST ALL BANKS (SOME FREE, SOME FOR A SMALL FEE) WILL ORDER A NEW DEBIT CARD TO YOUR ACCT. AND YOU CAN CANCEL THE OLD ONE WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR NEW ONE. CHECK IT OUT. IF YOUR TIMID OR JUST NOT SURE...WRITE BACK AND ILL SET UP A WAY TO TALK TO YOU AND HELP YOU OUT! I LOVE PISSING SCAMMERS OFF, THERES NOT MUCH THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT!

Ghost50, you have to initiate a charge back through your credit card or banking institution. Be adamant and resolute in doing this. They have a form that you have to fill out stating that you have been scammed. You can refer them to this site and many others on the internet to substantiate this.
It is a scam and a fraud. Once you have initiated the charge back you will also need to cancel your card and have a new one issued. Make sure that your credit card company or bank stops any further charges from being levied against your new card.
You should also file complaints against the company with the Attorney Generals office and the FTC.
You can find all of the addresses online, or visit raief.com and the information that you need is on that site as well as other scam reporting sites.

I've stupidly paid the 1.95, used the password, got on the site with details how build a webpage and so on. But now I try to logon with the password they gave me, and am told both my username and password are invalid! There seems to be no way back in. I want to cancel now, how should i
stop any futher payments from going out? Maybe if I closed my bank account down and opened a new one. I cannot afford to pay out so much a month from my unemployment money. I can't believe I've been so stupid. I shall have try to phone that number and stop it asap.

I'm telling u guys this is really a legite company u really dont have to worry...!but u must have not sign online for this...u must have waited for the one of the Google representatives to call u..ok?i have already tried this and until now i'm still earning from this...i have here another site partnered by Google..www.homeincomekit.com get to log in but remember remember this!dont give out any card info online ok???just wait for some of google rpresentative 2 call u.

Someone call me at home about work from home they charge me 1.97 free trail for 7 day after they charge me 5 days I still didn't get my confirmation No. and my password. I going to call cancel my account tomorrow 1-866-511-2427 before they chrge me 69.97

This company is a scam made up of liars. I sent for the information as well and received a phone call that night from a telemarketer telling me he saw I had sent for the info and wanted me tell me about the free trial. I told him I was leaving town the next day so he said no problem we can extend the free trial without a charge until you have time to take a look at it all and we'll call you back. A few hrs later I received another call and this person told me the same pitch but when I told him I already spoke with someone he said he saw it in the notes that the trial was extended and would start on Sept 20th to give me some time.
Needless to say, the day I got home from my trip there was a 79.90 charge on my bill. I called the cancellation number and was transferred to three people with no avail. They then transferred me to the Utah office and the supervisor said I should have read the fine print. Problem was, there was no fine print until after you signed up plus I told her two people had extended my trial. She said there was nothing she could do and was very rude. I told her her follow up employees were all liars and if she didn't know what they were saying it made her just as guilty. She didn't care that I was going to complain to the BBB or write any negative info about them because she said it was just my "opinion." Stay away from them.

Unless you search for the terms and conditions, and read the lengthy thing, you won't see it. Bravo for canceling your card. Now notify the FBI, the FTC, and your State Attorney General's Office online. Call you bank back and tell them that you never received anything in the mail, or otherwise, for your money... that you were scammed and want your money refunded. Hopefully, they will work with you. Did you actually receive anything? I never did. Most people don't. Good luck.

I'm sure all of you know and feel my fustration and pain with this issue. I called the number looking for a refund and had no luck.
I just lost my job and was looking for some income. My mom actually sent this link my way and I thought, "I won't miss $3." So I gave it a try.
Two weeks later I was charged $79.90 for some membership that I'm still not sure is about. I've canceled my card today because right before I hung up with profitstudiolearning.com (after a very long a fustration conversation) the lady told me, "okay I'll go ahead and open your account again."
I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I was on the phone for about 30 minutes telling her how wrong this was and trying to get a refund back and she wanted to open my account again?!?! How can people work for a company knowing that they're scamming all kinds of people out of money?
I don't know.
I called my bank and they said they get this same complaint all the time about the same company and there was really nothing I could do because it says it in the terms and service that $79.90 was going to be charged.
If I had see this (and I didn't see or agree to any terms and service) I would have definitly not have signed up.
I have no idea what to do. I have limited funds and $79.90 is a lot of money for me to just let go. So you better believe that I'm going to try everything to get it back.
If anybody has any other advice for action to take please post it. I guess the BBB is what I'll do for now since my bank isn't helping and profitstudiolearning.com is refusing a refund.

Wow After reading pages and pages of complaints I feel very very lucky. I found the ad from a friend who sent me the link through a news article. I check it out and filled part of it out but as I was reading and filling out the information to work for Google it seemed a bit spam like. I filled out the information but didn't give them my credit card number to order the "package or whatever.
The next day I get a phone call from a guy saying he is from a company saying he can get me work from home with Google. All I have to do is pay $1.97 to get my user name and password sent to my email address. Right there red flags started kind of going off. Number one I never give my debit or credit card number out over the phone some I don't know. And I kept thinking why would Google charge me money to work for them? Why would any company charge me money to work for them? They wouldn't,
But this guy kept assuring me that they were a legitimate company, he gave corporate address, phone number his name, employee id# the whole bit, but I would not budge, even for such a small amount of money. Just something about it seemed supper shady to me.
By the end of the call he was so angry and frustrated that he wasn't getting another sucker. It took me less than 2 minutes to find this website with all the complaints after I got off the phone. I am so thankful I didn't give them my information over the phone.

I was scammed too! I thought I cancelled my account, but turns out they never cancelled it and behind my back...they took out money from my visa. I sure hope they get sued by someone. I hope I have enough evidence to win my case against them. I'm filling out a form with the FBI now. It's criminal I tell you!
