I am having problems getting order (free trial) cancelled. I called on 5/04/08. On there recording it tells you to go to teahelp@usa.com. Brings up another web site that has nothing to do with their tea, cancellations, orders etc. Oh if they don't call back or respond to your email you may use this site for customer service. I couldn't use this site for anything that had to do with wu-yi tea. I was told today by customer service I have to call after shipping their product back to get a refund. After all I went through on may 4, They again charged my bank account another 29.95 on May 6.. When they get the product back you AGAIN have to call them!! Besides being out shipping ( from my address) and an internantional fee chg'd to MY bank account. Both for shipping free trial and for order they auto ship.
Another SCAM company selling another phony product in my opinion.

I ordered last night and upon receiving my email confirmation I saw the following: "You will be billed the discounted price of only fifty nine ninety five at the end of your fourteen day trial period (this is a savings of 25% off the retail price, and is only available for those who secure their trial today). " Now that seems straight forward but to me it was deceitful due to the fact that everywhere else they actually used numbers instead of letters. With that I now understood that free trial meant "Hey, order from us, give us your card number and once we ship the product we will bill you a second time as a fully fledged member who hasn't even had our product long enough to try it a week. You won’t even notice until you get the statement from your card." What a deceitful way to do business. If I wanted the extended product I would have ordered the additional boxes. I JUST WANT THE TRIAL TO SEE HOW I REACT TO IT, NOT A LIFE TIME COMMITMENT!

So I call to cancel and get a cancelation number and the rep informs me that within four (4) days of receiving there product, I need to send it back to them so that I am not charged the $59.95. Um, what? Where is the free trial there? What the 60 day money back guarantee? Which by that time you will have been billed the initial $4.95 and the $59.95 at least twice, for a total of $124.85 for a seven (7) day trial of tea. Even the finest tea, from the Wu Yi Mountains of China, cut fresh and brewed within three hours of being sniped, is not worth that much.

Bottom line, they are a rip off scam company; I plan to rebut all charges made to my card and decline reception of their product upon its arrival.
