Procter & Gamble it is an electronic item. I ordered for a drone on 10/7/2017.

I placed an order for a drone on tomtop and was successful by doing so and the money was deducted by my credit card. The shipping method was by priority shipping which displayed 3 to 6 days for shipping the item. But the status of the item is just been shown as processing and since then not a single informations about the item and non on the customer service team is tempting to my mails! Please help me get my hard earned money!

Procter & Gamble leaking batteries

Feb 15th 2017
Duracell Leaking Batteries!
What's going on with Duracell?
Over the last 2 or 3 years they have gone from the best to the absolute worst batteries you can purchase.
I just lost three pieces of equipment because of Duracell Batteries leakage, with a cost of more than $500 to me.
I used to purchase my Duracell Batteries from Costco in large quantises, not anymore.
I found brand new Duracell Batteries still in the package and never used with more than two years left before the expiry date and the Duracell Batteries stated to leak already.
As I can see on the Internet there are many, many other very unhappy Duracell customers out there with the same experience I am having.
Duracell had proven to me that they know how to produce an excellent Battery but have chosen to stick it to us and sell garbage to their trusting customers.
I also will forward this complaint to Costco's Customer Service.
If Costco is aware of a problem with a produce they are selling and not doing anything about it then they also should be held responsible for our (the Customers) losses.
Regards
You're Ex Loyal Customer

Procter & Gamble bounty paper towels

Not what it used to be
I've used bounty towels for many years. The towels I purchased recently are noticeably different and inferior to the last package. I even compared two sheets side by side, one from the older package and one from the newer. The newer ones are thinner, less absorbent, rougher. You have ruined a very good product.
I have complained to proctor & gamble several times in the last few months and they just offer coupons. Also they will not admit to the inferior change. The money wouldn't be an issue if the paper towels remained the same as in the past.
What can we do to correct this?

Procter & Gamble duracell aa chinese made batteries

Beware Chinese made Duracell AA batteries.
I've always purchased Duracell AA batteries through Costco. Many of the last batch have leaked in a variety of my remote controls. Recently I've found leaking in batteries in at least 4. I'm throwing all of them away and replacing them with other batteries not made in China. I used to trust Duracell but no longer. I see on the P&G website that others are complaining of the same problem.

Procter & Gamble febreze car vent air freshener

I put a Febreze car vent air freshener in my car on Sunday. The smell was overwhelmingly chemical (supposed to be fresh linen), so I removed it on Monday, only to find that it had melted the area all around the vent knob, permanently damaging the interior of my car.

Procter & Gamble alkaline batteries

I purchased 2 packages of Duracell size D batteries for my radio. After using the radio for a couple hours I brought it into the house and put it on the dining room table. About 20 minutes later my wife noticed 2 puddles of a black substance. Thinking it was oil I grabbed the radio and took it outside. I opened the back and opened the battery compartment. There was liquid all over the batteries. I took them out not even thinking the battery could be leaking. The radio no longer works, I burned my wrist and the table top is ruined. Please see the enclosed pictures.

Dear Mahmoud,

The bottoms of our cans have a special plastic coating to make them rust resistant, but they are not rust-proof. The can will rust over time if it is stored in a damp or moist place (for example, on the side of a basin or in the shower.
Try wiping the bottom of the can dry after use and store it in a dry place.

Yours sincerely

P & G vanity and falsely claim (from P & G web site):-
Our safety process
Our four-step, science-based process ensures both your safety and the safety of our products before they go to market.
Avoid certain ingredients
As part of the first step, our safety process screens out new ingredients that pose a relevant hazard in a consumer product.

Step 1: Doubt
The Foundation
We start with a healthy dose of skepticism concerning the safety of a new ingredient. If we can’t establish both its safety and benefit to consumers, we won’t use it.
Step 2: Define
Safe Range
We define the safe range for every ingredient we use with the same scientific process used by the major regulatory agencies around the world (FDA, EPA, WHO, EU, etc.). If there is not enough information to establish a safe range, we will remove the ingredient from consideration or investigate it further.
Step 3: Determine
Safe Product Use
We evaluate all ingredients in the final product to confirm their actual use is in the safe range for both consumers and the environment. If we can’t conclude the product formula is safe, we will either reformulate or decide not to market the product. We have more than 700 scientists and professionals who ensure our products meet all safety and regulatory requirements around the world.
Step 4: Diligence
Monitor Use and New Information
Once a product is marketed, we monitor consumer use and investigate all new scientific information. We also collaborate with external scientists and regulatory agencies on new and updated safety

Procter & Gamble Air Effects... Aerosol failure

Really disturbed to learn that my complaint has appeared on here more than once and for over 3 years... Evidently there is no intention of solving it, but here goes

I adore Winter Garden plug in so bulk bought the Air freshener spray (3 tins). I then bought a deal of 3 for the price of 2 'for my mum' but kept them... However ALL 6 have failed! The aerosol gives up after a couple of uses... I have never complained before but I am so out of pocket

Procter & Gamble aa batteries

Feb 14, 2016 We installed 3 new AA Duracell batteries in our child's new bedside night lamp 1 month ago. Last night after turning on the lamp, my child called us into his room to complain of burning from a liquid that had gotten on his arms and hands.. We discovered that acid was leaking from the batteries inside the lamp. There was no corrosion, just a tiny stream of liquid that poured out. My child and I both experienced minor burns.
I don't want money. I want someone to resolve this problem. This could cause serious harm to another child. Unfortunately, I must ban Duracell batteries from my home for safety reasons. I urge others to do the same until the company can restore their processes to a state of producing safe products.

Procter & Gamble aa coppertop batteries - battery leakage

I have a nice LED Cyclops flashlight that I tried to use last week and discovered the batteries had leaked and destroyed the light. I contacted Duracell at the 800 number, provided all the info, mod #, cost of light, type of battery, date on batteries, went to Amazon's site and confirmed the price while on the phone with cust service. WOW... the person stated that a visa gift card for the cost of the light would arrive with 2-3 weeks... wow. I was ready to ship the ruined light but it was not necessary. I promptly went on Amazon and ordered 3 lights, 2 for me and 1 for a gift -(3- to distribute the shipping cost over the 3 items.) GREAT cust service... Wow and double wow... Jerry in Texas

Procter & Gamble aaa batteries

January 5, 2016 I had 4 Duracell AAA batteries installed in an IPhone compatible Withings blood pressure monitor, one of which leaked. I last used the monitor in May, 2015. When I tried to use the monitor last week, it would not activate. I exchanged batteries and it still didn't work. I then noticed that one of the batteries had leaked in the compartment and covered the contact with a white substance. The leak contents apparently compromised the battery contact, which I tried to clean off, and now the monitor no longer works. I would like a replacement. I have tried to contact Duracell via their "guarantee" phone number but it is always busy. Thank you

Procter & Gamble power dissolver

Am not able to find in any markets. Used to purchase at Walmart but they no longer seem to have it. I have checked various markets to no avail. I guess it's another one of those things that if it works take it off the market. it was great for burned on food or even burnt pans. Loved the stuff and was introduced to it by our priest.

Procter & Gamble defective product

I purchased the Febreze Vent clip approximately 6 months ago, and due to its defective (and very cheap) design it leaked and caused major damage to my car dash board. Febreze and PG clearly have notice of this defective product but continue to sell them, as I keep seeing them in the stores. I did some research and saw that there is a class action attorney in San Francisco named Craig Ramsdell (his email listed is [protected]@arilaw.com) who is helping consumers to deal with this issue, since there are others who have the same problem. He seemed like a nice guy, so anyone else who has had this problem may consider contacting him too see if he can help out. Good luck.

Procter & Gamble hearing aid batteries

I really high number of batteries are already dead when I try to use them, even when the expiration date is years into the future. I used to think Duracell was top of the line. Now I avoid them. My recent 8-pack had 5 dead batteries! The 8-pack before that one had 3. I feel cheated, and also anxious because I can't trust Duracell anymore. Failure to find a working battery can mean I can't function in conversation.

Procter & Gamble coppertop aaa batteries - 2 of the batteries are completely leaked

I have had nothing but leaking problems with Duracell Batteries for the past 2-3 years. The latest problem is unbelievable. I purchased a 24 pack of Duracell Coppertop AAA Batteries appx. 6 months ago (stored at room temperature in A/C home). Today when I went to open the pack, 2 of the batteries are COMPLETELY leaked out & oozed over the other ones. Now, this is a Brand New SEALED pack, with an expiration date of 2024! This is the last straw. NEVER again will I purchase Duracell. I have been a faithful customer for over 35 years. The past 2-3 years I have had to complain numerous times with Duracell & Proctor & Gamble as I had almost every item with a Duracell in, leak out. When I complained, I was told I either installed them incorrectly, stored them too high or low temp. etc., anything to make the consumer think he was at fault. I figured over $2000.00 that I spent over 35 years of Duracell purchases! I have had to replace 2 wall clocks (One a very high priced one), 3 radios, a weather radio, 3 good quality Logitech mice (Computer mouse x3!), a weather station, 2 grandkids battery operated toys + much more! They could only send me shipping bags to return them for inspection, 3 times!, after I explained precisely that I had to discard them as they were completely leaked out. NO refund, NO free coupons, NO offer to pay for all the electronic items...nothing. This was the last straw for me. Please look at my downloaded photos. I will not ever allow a Duracell Battery in this house again. I have repeated this to hundreds of friends, relatives & business clients & each one has almost the same problem. I do not understand how a company can produce an excellent product for so many years & then completely reverse it's quality and image!
