Had siding installed in 2004. About 25 percent of the work needs to be redone. I called Procraft in Richmond and was assured they would get back to me to set up an appointment to view the work that needed to be done. After waiting for 4 weeks I called them back and got a recording saying that they had gone out of business. Mr. Deathridge and his cohorts need to know that they will be held accountable for their actions. Rest assured there is no escaping it. As for the offer from Liquid siding of. Md., I appreciate their efforts but I refuse to pay for something that has already been paid for. Let me say again Procraft of Va. made no effort whatsoever to try to respond to my concerns.
