i am being billed every month by value plus monthly. i tried calling them. i get nothing but a busy signal. i don't even know who they are. 19.95 a month was never authorized. if credit card company does not help i will cut it up.

I have been charged $19.95 to my credit card for the months of May and June, 2008. I have called this company twice to tell them I didn't order anything and I haven't authorized them to charge anything to my credit card. I have ask them to close the account and reimburse my credit card the unauthorized charges . I was told they would take care of the matter but they haven't as of this date July 22, 2008.

Contact the Attorney General's office, we did just recently, if enough of us do this they will investigate them, then and only then will we get our money back I presume. If we don't get our money back at least they will have shut them down.
