I received a call from a telemarketer wanting to send me some information in the mail. The only charges that were mentioned were the shipping fee. About two weeks later I had a charge on my account for $49.99. There was a number next to the charges on my on-line baking account but it was not a working number. So then I searched PRM Heath Options on the internet and it brought me to this site. After reading another complaint I got the number where I was actually able to talk to someone and cancel the account. The money is suppose to be refunded to my account. I didn't even know there were other companies involved until I read the other complaints. I looked up those companies for a telephone number. There weren't any to be found. All I could do is send a messaging saying I wanted to cancel my membership.
