2 Unauthorized Credit Card charges from these scam artists. When contacted they launched into a speech about how wonderful they were and how I shouldn't 'cancel' my membership. This garbage despite my telling them first off the charges were not authorized. They then offered to refund 1 of the 2 charges. When told them no way they put me on hold for 20 minutes until a 'supervisor' picked up. He then launched into the same stupid garbage about how I shouldn't 'cancel' my membership. I finally got a word in and told him I would dispute both charges with my credit card company and call the Connecticut State Police. He has promised a refund to both charges by the end of the week. We'll see.
