Received an unauthorized charge of 87.62 on my credit card from Pristinehlth 8666764122, ref_ 2424500931011601497074. I never agreed to this charge and can't find out what it's for!

Went through the same thing. It is Dazzle Smile. I called them and took advantage of "free" trial offer. Looked further into it and realized it was a scam called back the same day and cancelled. They charged my card for $43.81. and now their phone # is changed.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered a trial offer for 3.99 shipping .
the same day they charged my account for 82.72 plus the 3.99 shipping.
The only thing was that I was charged from a differnt company[ Pristine Health]
When all the time I ordered it from dazzle white.
So, I immediatly called my bank and had the charges disputed.
And I also closed out that account and changed my account no.

They have accounts in my name and my daughters. Also they then automatically join you to a club called Accessmember & Elitepack. They have had my returns for over 50 days and finally got a credit. Still waiting on about 500.00 more in products I have returned and been billed for. Every representative is taught to treat you rotten from the beggining of the conversation. Their terms are pretty tight according to my bank. Had been in contact with them and finally got a supervisor who issued 1 automatic credit. Talked to a rep acout product sent from October and they have record of call but wont allow return because past the 30 days. Advised they new it was a problem. It is DazzleSmile and then they send you trays which you never agree upon and then sign you up for the other Fitness products which is supposed to be in original agreement. I cancelled account in September and have cancellation and they keep sending. We had to have bank card changed and everything else to try and resolve the problem. They have a phone number for each individual product. The best one to start with is 866-528-6214. You get a recording and wait for operator and go from there. Good Luck. I got a response email on where to return products to and it is sent from unknown sender.
