My husband purcashed a brand new vw amarok in may 2014. Two months back (February 2015)
We noticed the paint peeling. I took the vehicle in to princes benoni and saw both the sales person who sold us the vehicle and a representative from the workshop. Photos were taken and i was told that someone will be in contact with my husband to discuss the way forward. To date no one has contacted us. When the sale has to made service is first class but thereafter no one give a damn. Why should the customer have to be phoning and going to the garage constantly in order to get feedback and still nothing gets done. It seems like once a sale is made customer service literally flies out the door!
