Essentially, I found an email from a company called Pricelimbo.com (never heard of them) -- they claim I have an account with them.

I do not have an account with this company, nor do I want one. I note I have just purchased (as of today) two different products on-line, but I don't think this company is affiliated with the products I purchased. I note also with some anxiety, that I used Paypal to purchase one of these items --

How would this company be able to retrieve my Paypal account information?

At any rate, I want to ensure my Paypal account is secure -- guess I'll have to give them a call today to ensure ALL my purchases through Paypal are secure and valid.

After reading all of your complaints, I must say thank you! I got an email on Sunday from "Pricelimbo" saying "Welcome to the Club." And another from "FitFactory." I was able to call FitFactory and cancel that. But all the Acai numbers, the one listed on the website, the one it says to call for any questions, the one that says to call to cancel, and the one that FitFactory gave me, are all disconnected. I called my credit card, the only one that I use online, and had the account number changed. Even with the virtual account number, I was still afraid. I've been through this before with some other "shopping" discount company years ago, and you'll never get your money back. Even after fighting for months. You should call and have that card number closed. Explain this situation to your financial institution. They are usually more concerned and considerate than these scheming online robbers! They can mark your card as stolen and give you a new account number. It is a hassle, but better than getting ripped off and having your credit messed with.

I'm going to post this a few times on these complaint lists in the hope that it will give people a good idea about how to shop by credit card safely online. Hope this helps, folks, because I would have been burned as well.
They tried to ping my credit card, too, LMFAO!! I would never, under any circumstances, use a "real" credit card online! I have a couple of reloadable Visa cards. The only time I EVER put money on them is when I'm going to spend it for something specific - and it's spent within minutes of it going on the card. Current balance is $2.66 and they pinged it for $8.53 which was DECLINED due to insufficient funds and there is NO overdraft fee on these cards.
The card cost me $15 to buy it, $20 initial "deposit" (because the least amount of money you can put on the card is $20), so $35 total to start up the card. $4 per month service fee and after the original $20 (which I spent quickly) there's no minimum balance and no overdraft fee for anything that's declined. The card is good for two years.
So, let 'em have at it. I'll send a letter to Visa tomorrow to let them know that I do not authorize any charges from pricelimbo or, apparently, fitfactory and just won't put any more money on that card until I'm sure Visa got the letter. I'm not even going to bother calling these companies, screw 'em. It costs them a merchant's fee every time they ping my card - let's see how many of them they want to rack up for nothing!
I will, however, be contacting the BBB. These people suck and they've caused a great number of people significant problems. The more contacts the BBB gets, the faster they will take action, so I'm in on that level for everyone who got burned!

Just noticed a charge from this company on my account today and I'm really annoyed. I cancelled the card and ordered a new one which cost me $7.50 but it's worth it. I love the rechargable Visa idea. I'm gonna have to look into that. I think that would save a lot of people a lot of trouble. But in the meantime the bank said I have to wait for the transactions to actually post before I can dispute them. So I have to wait another day or so but I will be sure to be on it like white on rice. And I will never use a real card to order online again. I will also tell everyone I know not to order the Acai Berry because that was the reason all of this started. The Fitfactory isn't even the Acai Berry company. They are completely seperate, but they have it so when you order Acai Berry they automatically link to your card info and charge it for another amount than what you agree to for the Acai Berry. When you call to complain to the Acai Berry company they tell you that you have the wrong company. Also, read the fine print for the Acai Berry. If you don't cancel within 14 days of ordering the Acai Berry, they will automatically charge your card $89.31 per month. So if you don't want it make sure you call and cancel. The number is 1-877-350-8480. But there's a catch of course. Most people think that it's 14 days from the time you receive th product when it's not. So they don't ship the produce to you right away. They ship it so you receive it around 14 days after you ordered it. So they charge you card anyway. I cancelled and they still charged me. Keep that in mind whenever you order online for a free trial.
