Pretty Quinceanera reviews and complaints

I ordered my sweet 16 dress from them last month, it came out the same as the picture shows.I do not understand why there are bad reviews towards them.But personal, I recommend this site.Their price is reasonable.

I have 3 daughter's. I bought at least one dress from prettyquinceanera each year since 2010. I can not say I was satisfied with all the dresses. But there were no big problems. They are warm to returning customer's like me, Sending festival wishes, emailing promotion activities, offering discount price, etc. I was pleasant to shop with them. I feel sorry to those who were not satisfied with their dresses. Just one suggestion. Before you order the dress, you'd better contact the customer service for more information of the dress. It's better to order the dresses which they have real pictures.
As a website exist more than 4 years, it keep updating new dresses. I believe that they must have lot's satisfied customers like me.

I ordered my daughter's sweet 15 dress from them in early June, I received the dress today and I am so pleased.It is simply gorgeous and it fits my daughter very well.The color also matched the sample I looked at on line. Job well done!

I ordered a dress for daughter for a pageant. I sent in her measurements and the dress arrived within the time frame it was supposed to. Keep in mind it will take about 8 weeks because it is coming from China. I was pleased though. It was not the best quality but it was beautiful on stage. We were pleased. You get what you pay for. Remember that as well people. I would recommend them to someone one budget and I will use them again. You just have to be very careful and thorough when placing your order. Send in measurements correctly. I do not order by size. I send in exact measurements.

I originally started looking for dresses online just to get ideas and see if any fit the look I wanted, and I found it..a beautiful Mori Lee gown that was exactly what I wanted. I would have never purchased online for the question of fit, but all of my prom dresses were from Mori Lee, fit amazingly and did not need any adjustments, they were perfect! I am a very theatrical and eccentric person and I will find a way to dress up for any reason so I had just warn one of my prom dresses to a Halloween party a few months before and I knew it still fit, so I said well, I found it for REALLY cheap and I know it’ll fit so I’ll go ahead and get it! I tried to find reviews on the pretty quinceanera site but really didn’t find any horrible. Well after I bought it I never heard back from them forever and so I e-mailed them and asked of it was being made and they them sent me the confirmation (probably 3 weeks after I had ordered) and told me I needed to give my sizes and choose a color. I also asked if it was the real designer dresses, found out there were not which was kind of disappointing. But I gave them my measurement’s, chose the color and hoped for the best. After all I did get it for a very good price! It took probably 4 months to get here so I am glad I ordered it early! During that time I read all these bad reviews that they never sent the dress, never even made the dress, or if they sent it, it was the wrong color or made cheaply. So that freaked me out. Once I got it, I was pleased with it, after the bad reviews I was expecting much worse! But here are my thoughts now that I have the dress in my hands. For one, I must make clear that after wearing my prom dress to the party me and my boyfriend won the costume contest and left an impression, so I have to do that again for the next Halloween party! So I have to beat it somehow or at least do just as good! Which is why I wanted prom dress nice but didn’t want to spend the money. So we decided on being beauty and the beast, wearing the ball room scene clothes. My dress it not a replica but more like a modern day belle inspired dress. Yellow, strapless, with a bunched up skirt, lots of glitz! I am happy with it! But I got it, color is perfect, it fits very well, and looks much like the Mori Lee dress. For a Halloween party, I would have to say its perfect! It will be just as good as my prom dress costume of last year! To the eye it looks very beautiful, but once you start really examining it you find the flaws, it is cheap fabric, looks expensive to the eye but cheap to the touch, and the beading on it is nothing comparable to Mori Lee, but for a Halloween party, I am happy. I had a good experience this time, and may buy from them again, but only for things such as Halloween parties where I do not need the best as long as it looks good. For anything like prom, a quinceanera, a wedding, or anything where you want quality then I would say spend the extra money and get the real thing, you will not be disappointed! But this is a good alternative where quality not as important, as long as it looks nice. And when you do order it make sure you keep questioning them. Who knows it I would have had a good experience if I had not told them exactly what I wanted. All in all, customer service ranged from poor to fair. They were friendly but need to tell the customers what’s going it with their orders! Hope this helped!

i ordered dress from them lst december, itlooked just like the picture. it fit perfectly... only problem was they left so hem, so a couple months later my daughter was too tall for the dress. some of the beeding was losse which wasnt too big of a deal bc you could easily had it fixed. but considering i paid 150 dollars for it and the name brand was 3 x that price i think it was well worth a few loose beads that can be fixed. they said it would be here 30-25 days but i got it exactly 2 weeks later, a lot earlier than i anticiapated... i also purchased a dress from them last month, they took the money out of my account and called me a week later saying that the style of dress i ordered they were out of stock on so it would be 3 months before it would arrive so i had the optin of waitng 3 months, chosing a diff dress or refund my money, so i chose to refund my money, i got it all back 2 days later, no problems with returning my money... the phone people are very very very hard to understand but with pactients you get it figured out... im very pleased with this company and am actually ordering a dress today for my oldest daughter

I order a beautiful quinceanera dress for my daughter, the dress of her dreams. We got a horrible, cheap looking dress nothing like the picture, the colors were completely wrong and we did not like it at all. I emailed them letting them know about the problem and they told me to take pictures with her wearing the dress and send the to them which i did then they reply and said: the dress fits well please keep it for "FUTURE USE" and when you order your 'NEXT DRESS" (like I would buy from this thieves again) you'll get a good discount and then they ask is this fair? I reply to them, no not fair at all, this dress won't work at all because the colors do not match at all i already have all the decoration and this dress do not match so can you PLEASE fix it with the right colors and it'll be great. I did not hear from them after that. The next day i emailed them seven times and they ignore me completely and not a word from them. So I went on their website and got a phone number and i call them i told what happened and that i didn't hear from them and she said you will get an reply from us so i said no reply please tell me how can we fix this i am desperate and really frustrated from your lack of respect to your customers she keep telling me you are getting a reply from us you just have to wait and goodbye and she hang up on me, so i call them back with a private number and i told her why did you hang up on me you are so rude and we end up on the phone for about 20 minutes and she did not say a word. this situation is been by far the worst experience ever. please if you are thinking on getting a dress for your quinceanera or other event learn from my experience and save yourself from this kind business and people and a really sad and frustrating situation. This is not worth it the dresses are just cheap material and labor is horrible. The website itself has comments about how horrible the business is. check them out for yourself if you like. PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO YOURSELF OR YOUR DAUGHTER!

Don't buy from this site. We ordered prom dress for my daughter. When we received it, the quality was so poor that it doesn't look like prom dress. And the measurements were screwed up. When I called them, they asked us to send photos with problems. When I send them they said, you can alter it from local tailor. When we denied it, they said you cannot return it without our permission and thl not refund. Finally they didn't left me any choice other than buying another dress from botique. This is worst custmer service I ever seen.
Looks like they are in CHINA and small local tailor in CHINA. Don't buy from this site. Its waste of money.

Totally agree, you have to be careful of what you are buying, you probably don't care if this company is infringe other company's pictures and sell you something similar and of course it is cheap.
It is cheap because of numerous reasons. The first thing is the lack of quality control, most of these cheap dresses are made with toxic contaminated material from the fabric to the dye (some of them are also extreme flammable) . If you can recall some of the news on TV, you maybe remember from big stuff like toxic dry wall to small tiny toxic McDonald toys, and the infamous toxic clothes. I won't jeopardized my health to wear this or let anyone you care about to wear it even for one time, if you keep in in your closet, things will be even worse, it will contaminated the whole room thru air.
I won't bother to go thru the rest, people should have common sense about counterfeit product. Go with a company located in the U.S.A with reputation like Davinci, Moonlight, Mary's Bridal, if anything goes wrong I'm sure you are not just getting your money back, you can sue them!

I'm so scared for my Quinceanera dress I ordered the beginning of this month from them. I'm crying, what if they ruin my special day? I guess I'll just cry all night /:
