I purchased $1300 Laker final tickets in June. Prior to purchase I was ASSURED tickets would be refundable if game was not played. I contacted Prestige the day after Lakers won and extra game not played. I was told I would be refunded and still have not. My credit card company tried to go after them but they CLOSED their bank account and opened a new one so no money could be taken. This company needs to be investigated for their unlawful business practices.

Similar story, purchased Simon and Garfunkel tickets April 2010; concert cancelled twice but Prestige has said it is "rescheduled" for a 3rd time so they will not refund. There is no date set for this '3rd concert'. Fortunately VISA has been able to secure a refund in total for me. Thank you VISA.

DO NOT Purchase from Prestige entertainment! Scalping tickets with no refund.
