Dazzle Smile thieves changed the name of the Product to Premium White. They were previously Dazzle White, Dazzle Smile, Dazzle Smile Pro. They change the name when too many complaints are filed against them for fraudulantly, pillaging the credit cards and bank accounts of people who give credit card information to order supposedly free trials of their products. This company will charge miscellaneous amounts to your card. If you call customer service they will tell you that you agreed to the charges when you ordered the free trial. These are the same Dazzle White, Dazzle Smile thieves. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER PREMIUM WHITE FREE TRIAL...they will rob you. Just look up Dazzle White complaints to understand their method of systematically raiding your credit card or checking account, Also the 14 day free trial begins when you order the product, not from the day you receive the product. By the time you actually get the product on day 13 or 14 they have already charged your account with the $78.00 membership fee mentioned in the fine print of their web site.

According to a complaint in this website, these criminals now charge restocking fee (link below). Money is not easy to make especially in this tough economy. STAY AWAY FROM THESE TRIALS .

I have just fallen for their scam! I should have known better and read these comments before ordering my FREE trial offer. I was alerted by the Fraud Center about a $48.00 charge. I called and was told when the second box popped up and I agreed to extend my trial offer for 2 days, I was giving permission for the $48.00 charge for a tray (I don't want) and there would be on-going charges and shipments. He did not tell me there would be a shelf charge. I called my credit card company and was told I would need to wait until the charge was posted to dispute it.
I am so aggravated that I wasn't more alert! I HOPE PEOPLE READ THIS BEFORE JUST FALLING FOR IT LIKE I DID.

Does anyone know how we can get these people stopped????
