Premium White Returned product...no refund

I was an idiot falling for the free trial of Dazzle Smile and Clean White. I didn't read the fine print and was charged $83.90 for the free trial that I didn't return within the 14 day trial period. Okay...so I screwed up. I called to cancel. Clean White's customer service rep says that they cancelled my account, however a shipment was already sent for $84.90. What? I questioned it. Apparently I was being shipped this stuff every month (again, small print). Okay, I want to cancel any future shipments I told the rep. My account is then closed. 5 days later I received DazzleWhite. I was expecting that. 2 weeks later I receive a tube of Premium White. What? I called and told them that I had cancelled my account and that I want to return the Premium White. The DazzelWhite customer service rep gave me a return ID number and sent me an e-mail with return instructions. I followed the instructions to a tee. I made sure my return number was on the box and it was even referenced on the FEDEX reference. I sent the package to Premium White, 22100 E. 26th Street# 100, Aurora, CO on 1/21/10. They received it 1/25/10 signed for by N. Means. I have proof that it was delivered and that I would get my $84.90 refunded. Later in the month I receive other charges from a FIT Club of some kind and other charges from an internet self help service that I was apparently getting. I've never even seen these sites, or opened any e-mails regarding these services. I called the numbers on the credit card statement and made myself heard. I demanded that they credit my account as I did not authorize these charges. It took 1 month, but I got my credits. However, as of 4/20 /10, I have not received my refund from PremiumWhites. I tried going to the website, (that's useless ), I called the number on my credit card bill and the message says that their office is closed (their office hours are from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 Mountain Time). I would call as early as 9:00 a.m. from California, and would still get that message. I am furious that I won't get a response from these people. These people have to be stopped. They have the product I returned, I want my money back.

I was advised of a web site to get a free product for whitening teeth. i found out later it was a scam to get $126.42 of my money without a refund or cancellation of the program they placed me in that I did not want. they said I had 14 days to cancell but I did not know that because I was not aware I signed up for a membership. I could not get them to cancell.

I placed an order for a free trial and inadvertently ended up with a "one payment for a lifetime supply" only to discover that shipping was charged as if it was coming from US and additional costs. This is a total scam and very expensive for people who don't check their accounts. Please warn web users

I have been trying to cancel order for Premium White on the web, but I can't get into the website. They continue to send the product monthly and charge my credit card, even though I just ordered a trial size.

Company offers free sample. Paying postage only. Small print not clear. Immediately charges begin to credit card account. Difficult to find phone number or address to cancel. A big rip-off. My Credit card account has been charged $200+ in less than a month.

Suggest anyone else interested should go to facebook to start huge campaign to stop this sharp practice.

Dazzle White or PremiumWhite... whatever they want to call themselves is a HUGE scam! There is no such thing as a $1.95 offer! They will charge you $87.62... about every three weeks! When you call to "cancel"... or to even simply ask why the charges... they will give you the run around. This is a SCAM... these people are crooks! Do NOT fall for them.

I have fallen into the trap like many others it seems and gave my details to the premium white website and have been charged around $300 for a supposedly free sample. I am in the UK and rang them up to ask for a refund but was told she could not refund me. Any ideas how to get the money back?

This company DazzleSmile or Premium white is an internet business that is set up to get your credit card details and charge you with things you did not order.

The sole intention of this company is to take money from you under false presences as it is not a genuine company.

Premium White Stolen money AND product

So I looked into the product, and decided to try the trial out. Surprised when I didn't recieve ANYTHING from them, and yet a charge shows up on my credit card. So I phone them up that day and explained the problem.
At this point after a bit of frustrating conversation I convince them to refund my money for a product I didn't recieve. This is when they tell me that the day before (how convenient), they sent out another shipment of it and will be charging me for that. I say NO! But it's already sent out they say, but don't worry, just send it back and we'll refund your money.

The day I recieve it, I go to the post office and send it along with a tracking number. They now have my product AND my money.

Now they tell me that they recieved it 5 days too late to fit into their policy. They told me that they allowed for a 4 day grace period of lateness, but just can't do a 5 day grace. Their policy (?!?) doesn't allow for that.

Then I'm told that not only will I not get a refund, but they won't give me my product back either!

Does this not classify as theft? How can a company like this operate without getting shut down?!?

Premium White fraud sent product back have called company they stated 1-22-10 due to technical difficulties my refund did not go through

I made it clear that I did'nt want there first product they sent to me. It was sent back and I finally got my refund. After calling the first time and cancelling my order they proceeded to send and deduct my bank account 86.93 I continuously have wasted my time calling and the procuct was sent back. According to Diane the Premium White rep who refused to put me through to a supervisor on Jan 22 they credited my acct but because of technichal difficulties the credit did not go through. I asked for them to refund the acct and was told to contact my bank. This is fraud. I will continue to contact the company and I have filed a dispute at my bank. Watch out for this scam. I was only supposed to get a 2.95 sample from the beginning. I have now learned about paypal and think it is great. Technical Difficulties is not a proper reason for no refund. The customer is always right. The thing is I never wanted this product and have a 2 and 3 year old to care for.

Premium White Multiple Unauthorized Charges!

I blindly signed up for a "Free Trial" of Premium White and Premium White Pro for the amazing price of shipping and handling. Combined shipping totalled only $3.95. As you can see from my credit card statements below the nightmare began on 11/21/2009. As of the date of this posting I have been charge $576.34. For one I'm upset over the amount and second if the product was so great why in the heck do you have to use so much of it in such a short period of time.

I admit to signing up for the free trial and take responsibity for this action. The deception comes from the single source for which I signed up with distributed my credit card information to muliple outlets or shell companies within Premium White which in turn starting billing me for items I did not request. Although I cancelled from the original site they continued to send product and bill me since they originated from a different source. I know it is confusing. Bottom line the company fraudently misrepresented it's offering and immediately starting billing me for a product I didn't even have time to try.

I had to call [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. That's five phone numbers and five entities sending and billing my credit card! All from a simple online "Free Trial" offer.
The cancellation process was gruesome and exhausting.

I have since cancelled my credit card and left with a $576.34 debt and a pile of disputes cases for each line item that was charged to my card. Totally disgusted!

I PRAY THAT NO ONE ELSE HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS. STAY COMPLETELY AWAY FROM PREMIUM WHITE AND SIMILAR TYPE SCAMS.

This individual hosts an internet scam whereby the ad says 'California Mom finds Dental Quality Whitening at a bargain' Allegedly you enter the sight, sign up for trial size product, enter 'bedazzled' as a promotional code and the free trial + s/h is $1.95. This charge appears automatically all though the product doesn't come for over 30 days (they claim a terms and notice agreement on the website notifies you of recurring monthly charges but it wasn't there when I was on sight) then $89.93 disappears out of your account monthly. I had to cancel my card completly to stop the charges... I can not even tell you how many hours and to what expense I went just to get the name of Amirouche Larby... This is the best scam ever and I really wish a hacker would send them a fancy trojan like the blue screeen of death, or maybe get into his banking accounts... Ah well,
if it sounds to good to be true, IT IS... Buyer beware...
Varimi is out of Florida, return and Fulfillment center is in Colorado, the big hits come from Ohio. I am still researching and will update as possible.

It's great with all the advise but how can we stop these scams. People everywhere will always take up a free offer and it is these people we need to protect before the too become victims of the RIP-OFF companies. We need to pressure the web site hosts to vet more carefully the companies web sites to ensure the "terms and conditions" are in large print and clearly visible wit a warning, before a person gives any personal information.

Premium White Internet rip offs

I saw this complaintattached below within minutes of falling for this scam and started calling to cancelat once, because the web pages said I can cancel any time. Although I was able to contact a person at each customer service site and neither had shipped anything I was told I could not cancel the "free trial". This site even gave me a appearant usless cancelation number of 615006.

Dazzle White / Dazzle White Pro and Clean Whites are complete rip-off's!

I saw what appeared to be a consumer website (this website was a spoof ofconsumer reports) talking about these products and how they are so great and have free trials and things of that nature so i decided to try them. I ordered both products (for a total of $4 i think) and immediately representatives from both companies called me on my cell phone and that's when they dropped the bomb "were automatically enrolling you in a monthly program" One company was enrolling me in a program for 59.99 a month and the other was 79.99 a month.

I clearly told both companies that not only am i not offered in their monthly programs, now i was not at all interested in their free trials and wished for the orders to be canceled. Both representatives from both companies explained they could not stop the initial order but absolutely guaranteed me that i would not be signed up for any monthly programs, I would get the trials i paid for and be done ... god i wish ...

When i got the products i noticed that they came with letters stating i was enrolled in their monthly program, despite being told over the phone i would not be. I figured maybe the rep was being honest and they include this letter with every package so theres a chance this letter may not pertain to me. I tried calling both companies, good luck with that because NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE FOR EITHER COMPANY. I found out Dazzle Pro had a live chat on their website which allowed me to speak with a rep online. The rep informed me that i was enrolled in a monthly program and they would be charging me $79.99 unless i returned Dazzle White Pro immediately. I agreed and asked the rep what the address was to ship it back to which i was told "i cannot give that to you over the internet sir, you'll have to call our toll free number" I told her i had attempted to call the toll free number and nobody answers (i waited 75 minutes without an answer) to which she apologized and said unless i want to be charged $79.99 a month i would need to call that number and sit on hold until someone answered. Still trying to be a professional i decided i would try the next day, maybe they had a staffing issue the previous day and couldn't answer the phones, well not surprisingly i waited 45 minutes with no answer.

At this point i decided to try and cancel the Clean Whites subscription. They had a much easier way of doing this because you can do it through their website but when you go to cancel they say they are going to deduct $8 from your credit card for processing. I never agreed to be signed up in the first place so i was unwilling to pay $8 to cancel something i never wanted so i tried calling the company ... 35 minutes on hold and no answer so i hung up. This company had an option to leave a voice message and a rep would call you back so i left a message and it states someone will contact you in 24 hours. After waiting 24 hours without a call back (mind you im still periodically trying to call the 800 number for both companies hoping to reach a real person) I decided to call and leave another message. Again 24 hours with no call back.

I feel i have gone to great lengths to cancel a service that a) i never wanted and b) i was specifically told i was not being signed up for. At this point i have called and canceled my credit card and am waiting on a new one.

After doing some investigation i have found 100's of people online that repeat almost this same story word for word. The hilarious thing is when you go to rip off sites like this you always see the same generic response from both companies "were sorry for your inconvenience and customer service is our number one priority blah blah blah PR PR PR please call us at (insert 800 number they never answer)" PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO MY PREVIOUS SENTENCE BECAUSE I'M WILLING TO BET THEY POST THIS SAME GENERIC RESPONSE THEY POSTED 100 TIMES ALREADY ON BOARDS ALL OVER THE INTERNET. They have already posted this rebuttal on a complaint on this very website!

DazzleWhite, PremiumWhite, DazzleSmile.
They are all just another way to pick your pocket.
The only way out is to cancel your credit card.
If they were honest about customer service a working contact number and address would be included with the fake letter in each shipment.
I too was taken in and although I got on the phone through much research to find the number in the UK, there is still money being taken out of my account.
No, as a single mom I can't afford this!
Nobody cares.
Do all you purchases in a proper shop in future.

Hello,

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site, we are happy to offer you a full refund if you return the unused product back to us. We have always honored our 30-day guarantee and will continue to do so.

You can talk to customer support seven days a week. Our U.S.-based help lines are also staffed each and every day of the week to respond to any questions you may have both before and after your order. Simply call us at [protected] or visit our 24/7 live help at http://www.premiumwhitepro.com/contactus.php and we will be happy to walk you through the entire cancellation process.

Your satisfaction is our number one concern,

Thanks,

I, too fell for this scam and cannot find them to contact them at all to cancel or anything. There is no return address on any of the packages and no websites that I can find. My only option is to cancel my credit card. I am unable to afford this scam and also thought it was a 30 day trial, but being unablr to cancel and getting a different product name each time I 'm at wit's end!

This "Premium White" company are the most unethical, unprofessional and immoral bunch of cowboys I've ever come across. The call centre staff are clearly as dumb as they come and have been trained to just repeat the same thing over and over again. They take payment by deception and constantly lie to ensure that you have no way of getting a refund.

If they had any credibility they would simply refund those people that are unhappy with their process's and or would ensure that all cost to the consumer where clearly labeled and that there is NO mis- understanding. The fact that they hide their charges in the T&C's and not on clearly in the Advert proves how un- ethical they are. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Dear Premium White Representative,

You are obviously told to keep track of these complaints and to report to your superiors. If indeed "Customer Service is your number one priority", as you quote, you should take the initiative and inform your superiors that there's a big problem that your company will have to face sooner or later... Unless they simply take their $ and run? Watch out - you may be out of a job soon.

And, if you feel obliged to respond, please DO NOT sign it with your customary "Your satisfaction is our number one concern", as it only infuriates us further due to complete deceit and hypocrisy.

You also quote that "We have always honored our 30-day guarantee", yet, I was 'told' by your rep that I had only 15 days to return the product. How long do you think it will take for the package to reach you? 4 to 6 weeks? The list of deception and fraud just keeps growing. Therefore, I'm following someone else's idea and I'll call my credit card company and cancel/change my card number.

Ditto

I just finished "chatting" with their Customer Service Rep called "Falon" telling her to cancel my order immediately because of the charge of $119? for joining, to which she responded that I had agreed to the Terms and Agreements, blah, blah, blah. Then she tried to pacify me by saying that I was receiving the product at a reduced price of $87.62, and wouldn't be charged till after the end of the 14 day trial period, but can return it if I'm dissatisfied. I'm at wit's ends what to do. I can't afford this - - all the ad says is that I would only pay for the shipping price of $1.97. Does anyone out there ever take the time to read the "Terms & Agreements"? What an absolute ripoff. I'm so mad and embarassed that I got taken. Never again will I ever order anything from the internet, and I'll be e-mailing everyone on my mailing list, including my clients, and ask them to e-mail it to everyone on THEIR mailing lists.

I could scream! I also have just been sucked in by this. I realised my mistake immediately after applying, alarm bells rang when they charged my UK shipping fees without giving me the option to cancel. (this is one of the many things hidden in their terms and conditions) I have called my bank and cancelled my card so they wont be able to charge me anything else. I then contacted the chat assistant on their website and asked them to cancel my order and any future shipments. they said it is already shipped (this is about 20 mins after the order had been placed ... doubtful) I told them that I did not want their product but they just replied that as stated in the terms and conditions they have cancelled the subscription and will be immediately charged the eighty something dollars. I hate the fact that people can get away with this. Yes I should of fully ready the terms and conditions first but I didn't think i needed to bother since I was just paying $3 postage on a trial offer or so I thought! And they really don't make it obvious, it is very sneakily done. Hopefully all I'll be stung with is a $12 shipping charge as I dont see how they will be able to get the other money from me but that is bad enough. Then the question is whether to pay for the product to be posted back to them.

I, too, fell for the online offer of a "free" sample of Premium White. I just got off the phone with the so-called "company" and was told they were going to charge my account for the full $87.65 for the product (even though it is SUPPOSED to be a free 30 day sample- go figure!), and once I got the sample, I could return it and get a refund. Baloney! I will never see that money, so first thing in the morning, I am going down and pulling all the money out of my account and placing it in another bank. This is ludicrice! I don't know how these people sleep at night and how they can take peoples' hard earned money that way! I hope some day they have to answer for all the wrong they have done to the public! They are nothing but creeps and ###!

Premium White Premium White scam

Premium White is the new name of Dazzle White, Dazzle Smile Pro, White Smile, Healthlife, ElitePack, Pristine Health, EZ Kit, WellB Health. Unlike other good business, this company hides its product's name after short period of time. This is definitely NOT a good company to do business with. Customers should avoid buying these brands or getting free trials ( SCAM. There is hidden charge) Do a search on one of these products, you will see numerous complaints about the fraud the company hooked its customers. I had to cancel my credit card to avoid unauthorized charges. Beware!

When i spoke to a customer representative on the initial call they said that they would send this product absolutely free! They also had a coupon code for free shipping that i used... They only needed my credit card for validation... What a pile of crap, the cost of this product was never discussed neither was there any obligation... I cant believe this scam!To date i have paid $109.51 in credit card bills... This is ###... Oh and by the way the phone number that they have given to my credit card company is also a bogus one! Warning to all who dare... Don't order anything, i mean anything online... Who knows where the hell your hard earned dollars may be going... More than likely its funding for some al quaida related organization! Spread the word maybe we can help someone else from making this same mistake!

I got both the Smith Bright and Dazzle Smile and then realized that they were billing me- even though i was w/in my 14 day trial period. I immed called and cancelled. I then sent both products back, via ups and they rec'd them the first week in December. I have called NUMEROUS times and they keep saying they refunded me and if I haven't gotten my refunds that they will contact corporate (in the UK!) and that's my only option. Every time I call they tell me.. wait 5 to 10 business days! I am at my witts ends. They owe me $135!

I ordered a trial whitening tray product from a website. Had to fill out the information form before I got any info on the purchase itself. When I finally was shown the 'fine print' I realized that they would automatically send me monthly products, and would automatically charge my bank account. I then clicked 'No Thanks', and declined to continue with the purchase.

A week later, I received a whitening pen (not a tray/kit) in the mail. I immediately called the number on the website, and they told me that there was no record of any account or charges to me. I just received a 2nd pen in the mail; when I checked my bank charge, I have been charged three times for a pen. Never received the 3rd one. The company admits that there is no tracking info, and yet cannot refund my charges - charges of $86.93 each.! I am struggling to get the charges refunded. This is NOT the product I ordered, I called within 14 days to cancel, and they keep sending more products and even more charges! This is a huge scam.

I have retained a lawyer to help me with this, as well as my bank credit card company.

the problem is that some of the merchants left this compnay and they had to find other merchants to tdo their billing ...so you will not neccessarily going to get your refund..they dont want to tellyou to dispute or chargeback until it has been some sort of run around...trust me...

This is unfortunate that any company or individual is allowed to operate such a scam.
The earlier complaints documents the situation perfectly.
It boggles the mind that they could put a value of $5.-- on the sample and they bill
for $86.++.
Thanks to the person who started this.

I too have been duped by Premium White and their unsavory associates. Thanks to all of you, I now have a pretty good idea what I will need to do, to hopefully correct this situation. For anyone else, BEWARE...THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS!

I too was taken in by this scam and my credit card company (in the UK) was not at all helpful. As I was unable under Credit Card Law s75 to recoup for non delivery of good/services because each item needs to be over £100 I chose to offer them the opportunity to make a chargeback. It is little known and not well advertised in the UK that a Chargeback can be made from most Credit Cards (not just VISA debit cards). Some of the staff are not aware of it themselves . I wrote to them saying I was not happy with the way I was being treated and that I knew that Chargeback was available specifically for non-delivery of goods and services and that it covered ALL amounts and if I did not hear from them within 7 days I would proceed with a Small Claims Court application. This only costs £1 but, in the event, I did not even get that far. They responded asking me to complete a form and that on receipt they would reimburse me and claim the money from the various companies involved. So my advice is to tell your credit card company you are aware of Chargeback, and that it applies to you (assuming you have received no product) and that you expect them to apply the Chargeback OR ELSE.
