FIRST, I WAS CHARGED $0.99 AND $1.95 ON OCT. 23, 2009 FOR TWO TRANSACTIONS INSTEAD OF ONE COMBINED TRANSACTION. SECOND, ON OCT. 24, 2009 I WAS CHARGED $48.92 BY PREMIERE WHITENING UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION ON MY DEBIT CARD AND THEY PUT A FAKE NUMBER 888-594-9257 ON MY BANK STATEMENT. ON NOV. 4, 2209 FOR A TOTAL 4 TIMES ANOTHER TRANSACTION FOR $158.27 ON DEBIT CARD WITH A FAKE PHONE NUMBER 888-594-9257. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU AFTER READING MANY COMPLAINTS FILE. PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT SO OTHERS WILL KNOW ABOUT DAZZLE WHITE, PREMIERE WHITENING, AND VARIMI (ALL 3 ARE THE SAME COMPANY.

this company scams people. they use a person name from your area to suck you in. then you go on the site and get this trial offer that is to be free. what they do not let you know is that when you sign up for a FREE trial offer it is not free. and you also get scammed into other products which get charged to your account. I closed out my debit card. and i am not contacting the attorney generals office. everyone who has been scammed please file a report with the attorney generals office. i just lost money that this company says legally they can take. they can take and take and take. they can take you to collections and file a lawsuit if you cancel your card and they will try to scare you into more money. and the dazzlewhite stuff you get is something that someone else tryed and has sent back, i am almos tsure of that. my tube was half gone when i got it.
we have got to stop these people

i have contacted dazzle white who say the dont know who premier whitening is, i can find a contact number for them, to phone from the uk, please help, i have canceled my bank card now

It's funny to read things on this site. The fact is that people wouldn't be losing their money on these products if they read the terms and conditions BEFORE agreeing to them.
These complaints have no basis. I read 3 complaints about Premier whitening and went to their website. The terms and conditions are there, no sane person would agree to them.. and the customer service number is there too.
No wonder you people lost money, you're idiots.

Hi i had the same problem with Premiere Whitening, i ordered the Viberant Smile Tray Kit without reading the small print, i did not realize there would be a monthly charge, i also tried the phone number that came with the comfirming email to find out it did not work!!
Anyway i read what MARYANNEA had said. went to the website http://www.dazzlesmilepro.com/contactus.php Phoned the uk number given and managed to speak to someome, they were very helpful, but could not stop the order, but told me to return it for a full refund, so i hope this works.
Like most people i do not pay much attention to the terms, i will be from now on. Lesson learnt.

What a nightmare!!! I ordered Premier Whitening and Dazzle smile. I am out of a lot of Money. Thank goodness that i just happened to see my statement before the trial period was over for one of these products. Cant tell You which one because every time i call they confuse me with Dazzle Smile, Dazzle Pro, Dazzle Bright, Premier Whitener, Premier Whitening Ect. You get the picture. This is such a SCAM that they have about 20 different companies all doing the same thing. The rude rep i talked to also keep getting my products confused. In hind sight all the terms were there to read. I made a mistake and didn't read them thoroughly.That is the whole scam. Usually all terms and agreements for most everything is just a bunch of mumbo jumbo. That is why they do this. They expect consumers to do this, and that is how they make their money. I had to spend a lot of time on the phone, and got no where. I also had to go to my bank branch in person to dispute the charges. and finally had to cancel my debit card...WHAT AN INCONVENIENCE!!! My bank said that there is nothing they can do, because it was my fault i didn't read the terms better. Finally, i don't think i will be billed anymore from these scam artist because i canceled my card. I did also call each of these company's (same company different names) and cancel them there also. Last but not least they will respond to this email saying "customer service is our goal, and you can get your money back within 30 days of your order. Again, a scam. You cannot get your initial $99.77 back whatsoever. The only money they will return to you is for any they charged you after the fact, which by then no one will do anyway. So i am out $99.77, and a lot of time and had to deal with a lot of aggravation. Please DO NOT ORDER ANY OF THESE PRODUCTS...IT IS A MAJOR SCAM...check these companies out at the BBB web site. They say it is a scam also. Before i submit this i also have to say that the product is garbage----on top of everything else. Can you believe it??
