I TOTALLY agree with most of the reviews here. I wish I had done my research before engaging with Premiers; i would have saved around AED 10, 000. More than the money I will never ever forget how they made me feel by promising 'Castles in the Air' just to make people register with them. FAKE evaluation, FAKE promises, HORRIBLE customer service; they play with people's dreams!

Please please read this thread and all the reviews before approaching them!

Many complaints about Colin R. Singer too. Stay away. This is proof of how bad Canadian economy is. Even "expert lawyers" have to scam people to make a living.

Please be informed everyone the premiers consultancy group is a total fraud do not attempt to put your immigration case through them they only pressurize you to sign the contract and earn money through it. even if you do not qualify for the stream they ask you to make fake documents plz plz plz do not do this other wise you will get banned in the country you applied for immigration. we earn money put hell of the efforts why to loose it like this. UAE ministry should look into this matter and cancel their permit and declare them as fraud. This is limit now UAE officials should take action against them.

I am also a victim of primiers.They told me i will be at Canada on feb 2013 when the collected money from me.But the unfortunate event is that they had not even moved a single paper for my case. Pls don't believe Mr sabarish. When i asked them to refund my money, they are not even willing for it.Primiers is a fraud company.

Hi, I lodge a complain in DED last June 2012 after fighting with PREMIERS telling me that they are not going to refund my money paid to them when I received a rejection letter from CHC. I fight hardly with this guy, representative of PREMIERS because he insisted that I could not get any refunds, they will not give refund. After that incident, I seek help from DED. I lost hope that time with DED as I received an SMS from DED that my case has been closed where in fact I just started telling them my case. Then second time, I lodged complaint again and telling them why my case has been closed where in fact I have not received any refund/feedback about my case yet. After that, I didnt bother to make follow-up with DED until Nov 26, 2012 comes, I received a call from DED and telling me that my cheque is ready for pick-up in PREMIERS. Unmindfully, DED have taken a serious action against PREMIERS. Why I know it, because the date of cheque was dated 9 July 2012. Meaning, PREMIERS have prepared the cheque after the DED investigation against my lodged case. But unfortunately, this PREMIERS staff didnt bother to call me that I will get my refund! IMAGINE, they prepared the cheque on 9 July 2012 and I just took from their office on Nov 27, 2012. If the DED didnt call, I will not know that I have cheque in PREMIERS office! Its almost stale cheque guys! tsk tsk tsk. They didnt bother to inform me about it because if I will not get it, then good thing in their part another income without sweat. They dont have heart to their clients. I thank GOD that I am already out of this PREMIERS scam. The USD1, 000 will be my donation to them.

I had gone through your comments and believed that Premiers is a complete fraud although they were one of my options; I haven’t yet dealt with any immigration agent and looking forward to find the right one… any help….? Im a victim of premiers managemnt consulatancy dubai and currently fighting for my refund of USD 2000, which they are refusing to retun back. They are total irresponsible immigration agents i have ever seen who are money minded with no retun. They do your assessment even without looking at your qualifications just by taking the clients word. Request you to sign the contract, mentioning that you are loosing time lines in order to compell the client to pay immidately and go for their lucrative payment options. its being almost above 3 years and they are yet to update me on my status. its pathetic. I wish the Gulf News /Kaleej Times should expsoe this type of fraudstaers as there are many poor asians and phillipinos vising them on a daily basis for services, little realising that they will be the future victims. Premiers Management Consulatancy ( Dubai) are broad day light robbers. They dont take any responsibility once they get the money. They keep the clients in the Dark and dont respond to any calls and avoid up dating the client on the status. The consulants/agents are always cluless and dont know a hang about the proceedings.There was one customer service officer, who even told my collegue to arrange for fake certification. Is this how the giants in immigration in the middle east operate. I also had my interview with Nair at Prmiers, He told me that I am qualified to immigrate to canada as a Social Worker and all my experience in the IT field. When I read the contract I found nothing of what he told me and asked the contract to be changed but he refused. Also he told me the fees to be 10, 000 dhs and on the contract the fees were 10, 850. I had a fight with him when he realized that I insist on my rights. Poor people who got cheated by people like Nair. One more funny thing worth to be mentioned, I had my interview 2 weeks back and Nair brought about 5 customer in the same room (1.4 m x 2 m long) and informed everyone that we all qualified and confirmed that both Canada and Austalia will stop accepting immigration applications after 25th Dec and we all have to sign before that date, funny and silly, isn't it?

I ask both Candian and UAE authorities to keep on eye on this firm as there are many poor clients got trapped. Before this company used to be professional in their advise and commitment and not sure what goes wrong with them

Premiers is a super crook, brazenly indulging in immigration fraudulence and defrauding customers. They cough up hefty amounts of money towards so many 'fees' and 'charges' and never carry out any immigration assistance in a professional, timely or accurate manner. Please disseminate this feedback though your network and let none of your friends, co-workers or relatives commission their services. They have degenerated themselves to a bunch of unscrupulous, dishonest money launders.

I am also a sinking ship who had taken a great foolish desicion of investing my time and money in Premiers for a great Dream of settling in Canada, Now its 6 and half long years, and almost all my dreams have faded, I have contacted the office and several branch for a justice, but they had a single reply, which seemed to echo again and again "WAIT... Finall it made me ask...wait for what the HELL.
See I am damn sure that they are a No.1 Cheat Mafia, and I am sure that these people are making use of innocent money for their own benifits.
Each time you call they will tell u some stories, and often they will just play games on phone like not answering or just connecting to other wrong extensions and waste our money, Immagine we are calling mostly an overseas calls.
Please, i would kindly request the consumer court, Inida to consider our pain and loss of the money we earned by flooding sweat in the sun, hard working.

I too was cheated by the unprofessional approach of Premiers. They will call you Chandigarh for nothing, my papers was cancelled by the canadian high commission because of their wrong advice and have put me in a wrong foot due to which the interview was failed. They take a lot of money and never reply to your mail once you have a complaint against them.
I've all the documentary evidence against them.

I am totally agree with all of you, its fraud company, I recon we should complian to higher authority to close all the offices of Premiers as they are cheating all Peoples, befooling them and when you get stuck with them they never listen to you, nobody even answers your call and then if you go to their ofgive they will never attend you. I cant understand the people who works under them why they also participating in cheating poor people. I had worse experience from their branch.

Please do not go through Premiers. Its waste of money and time. The people know nothing about the immigration process of any country and all they do is courier service (of course charged to us). I feel sad for paying around 60000 for no service from them. Apply directly and consulates will guide you through in case of any doubts

All the document they have lost, they asking for submitting documing again, I think this is their policy to make busy client in document submitting,

My husband had applied for Canadian immigration in 2002. Till now we have no information. Premiers has given us an ID. But when i TRIED THIS id at the embassy site the reply was that no such file exist. We have waited whole six years. I think that Premiers is a fraud company..

Don't use a consultant, file your case yourself.. you'll be saving a lot of money and a lot of running around. I am stuck with Premiers paying them for doing nothing. I had to do all the running around and follow ups. Forget consultants, all of them are idiots especially Premiers

Dear Sir, i have read the complaint against Premiers and it is absolutely true because i m also the victim of the company.in the year 2009 i had applied for immigration to Canada through Premiers Branch and at that time company assured me for immigration and then i gave them 30, 000 as company fee and 35, 000 as Canadian embassy fee then your company head of branch assured me that the company will received the balance amount at the time of interview but instead of his assurance one month later after filling my case demanded more money but i refuse to pay him more money and one day i received a letter from company that their branch has been closed and my case has been transferred to another Branch .and after filling my case company refused to issue me a file no on account of fee dues and company become invisible.And one day day i received a letter from Canadian embassy that your representative is not registered with canadian society and embassy demanded some documents which i was sent to them but embassy rejected my case on account of less point.it was terrible for me because i suffered a great loss due to the conduct of the Premiers.

I have applied for canada study through this Premiers immigration located at 42-c chandigarh. They do commitment with me that they will provide air ticket after visa. But now they are moving away from their words and do not give me any air ticket.
I think they are making fool of people. I think this kind of agents should be closed.

ya i agree wid all of u they are frauding . they charge initial fee of rs 40000 or above and ask no fee after visa. now they r using CSIC member name who is in canada now and Premier advertise that he is preparing their files how it can b possible one person now living in canada but same time he is preparing Premier’s files. Premier now making a fool all of because Premier hires he only for using his name for Making a fool of people with this. You Can also read the (5 April’s English Tribune) how they can making a fool of all People. tribune newspaper exposes the Premier in their 5 April’s edition.

I also feel to be one of the victims like you..At the time oc counselling this aforesaid Organization told that entire process would be completed within 18 motnhs time now it is exactly 41 months but no respite.They never tell the truth..We all are living without hope because of this organization.

Also, all of you who are facing trouble with Premiers, go to CSIC (Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants) website and lodge a complaing against The Director. They are he only ones who can set this fraud company right.

Premiers is such a fraud and worst team, they dont care about staff. they changed 7 members by the time my case started. my dear all dont look at student visas or other type. Here some people are saying Happy with Premiers are 5 out of 1000 applicants, a year from Premiers . 995 are sufferers. these 5 can apply straight also may get their visas. so dont giv credit to theose idiots...

My name is Anita and i had also faced this problem, i went to their branch of this ### Premiers, there was a guy, i want to say 1 thing clearly that Director & each person of Premiers is fraud, never ever trust them.Main toh fas gayi un logo ki baato mein but please aap log mat fasna because Premiers is ### & the the CMD, Directors & all the staff of Premiers is biggest & the biggest Fraud. So dnt waste your money on this ### Premiers, if you really want to go abroad then invest in some other consultancy but alwaz do the refer check.

And one more very important thing i want to tell you that when i went to Premiers, the staff of their branch was so unprofessional as they were playing games, chatting with each other & when i went on the cabin then that councelor was not able to explain mw properly and then he send me to other councellor, then he explained me all the things .
So, you also take advise before going to any consultant.

please dont get trapped in Premiers. they are big cheaters. I hired them for getting immigration to canada. I paid them 30000 to start the process. later on
I came to know some info provided to me is not correct and I will not be able to make it.So decided to cancel my visa application and file for visa refund fee. I could have done this myself but they told they know the process will do it and hand over the check as soon as they recieve from CHC. I kept mailing them to know the status of the check. One day I got a mail from them that they have recieved the check please contanct email. I contacted and he told that I need to pay 45000 to them than only they will release the check. I have no dues with them its clear case of fraud as I informed them intitally that I will not be going for further process. I contacted CSIS ( toll free number [protected]) http://www.csic-scci.ca/content/contact they told they need complaints against them in mail and fax.so they will help us to get money back also cancel there memebership. if you people want to fight against them please do the same and mail me. I have contacted News agency they are ready to write an article against them and this will spoil there image completely.

Friends, they have their fee 25, 000Rs and not more that..who r saying they r fraud are either not understanding their terms and conditions or filing from the agents who have similar agency with name as Premiers...so think about this that they have no branches ...okkkk friends...have a good luck

I want to say that the persons who are talking against the Premiers are fools, uneducated and dogs becoz those illitrate persons don't know how many students got the Visa from Premiers and how many of them got the air ticket. i have also applied my case from Premiers immigration and I got the visa on 19 march.and moreover my exp was really good with them. i must say that he has a very good and educated staff who guides the students properly. we all with you Premiers... go on and do your work. i wish you will definetly achieve the heights of sucess. let the dogs bark... Premiers Nairobi is a real fraud. I paid about US$3500 in February and to date no progress. The Managers at Premiers are trained to take people round in circles and to play around with job descriptions. I was qualified as a Civil Engineer, however they changed the story later and said i need to show myself as a Construction Manager or Contractor. Why in the first place did they qualify me as a civil engineer? They just wanted to eat my money.

Premiers is definitely an irresponsible and fraud organization.We have visited them some time last month and they told that i qualify for the hsmp.I was not councelled properly also and asked to submit all my documents to start the process paying them Rs.50, 000.The lady who councelled me dint even have complete knowledge of things.When i asked details what documents are required and stuff she simply told me first pay money.Then we will take care.Thank god that i did not go ahead and do the mistake.I have approached 2 other consultancies, they have straight away told me that i do not meet the required points and hence not eleigible because of my salary.I wanted to go and blast them right away for cheating people like this.But i felt i shud post this here so that it will prevent others from falling into their trap.Thanks to people who have brought their fraud into light!

This is correct.The Premiers is fraud organization.I have also suffered because of them.I have given 54K for processing my candian visa and they have been very un preofessional in their approach.I used to call their
office and most of time, their behaviour has been rude.Many people in Premiersm hanlded my application and then when I used to enquire about my status, they used to misguide me and tell me that the person who was handling my application has left the company.I believe, please do not believe any person from Premiers who is making comment on this portal.I think, the company should be closed forever and they should return the money they have taken from people.
Please send an e-mail to me if people are there to file a law suit.I think, one of the person has already started the procedure, I would like to be part of this initiative.
