Whatever you do, even if you cancel your order in the 10 day window. They will always charge your credit card.

They deny to anything you say, and with affirm that what is being charged to your credit card is a valid charge ...

These fraudesters should land up in jail, cheating the public of there money in these economic climate...

1. Free Trial Offer
With the 10 day trial, you have an opportunity to try the new Everbright Smiles Advanced System and experience firsthand the benefits of this amazing new dental care product.
Your Free 10 day trial starts from the date of your order – to insure you’ll have more than enough time to receive and use your trial the order will typically ship within 48 hours of your order date. The full treatment shipped during your trial is free plus $4.98 shipping and handling. If you love the results, do nothing and at the end of your trial you will be billed one low payment of $99.77 for your first month’s supply.
After your trial period you will be enrolled as a Everbright Smiles member. You will be scheduled on the member only maintenance program that will be shipped once per month at a rate of $58.95. You can change the frequency of these shipments (either faster or slower) based on your personal needs simply by calling customer service. Additional Products (companion kits, touch up pen, etc.) ordered with Free Trial will be billed on order date at posted rates.

2. Free Trial Cancellation
After you use Everbright Smiles, if for any reason during the 10 day trial period you are dissatisfied, simply call 1-888-694-9257, Monday through Friday from 9am-8pm EST. And you will never be billed with the exception of your initial S&H charge.
If you are not satisfied with the Product, you must contact Everbright Smiles customer service department before the Free Trial Period expires. You must return the unused portion of the Product in order to cancel your account with no further obligation. Customer service will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, which must be prominently displayed on the outside of you return shipment. If you cancel before the Free Trial Period has expired and returns the unused portion of the Product using a valid RMA number, you will not be billed further. Product must be received by Everbright Smiles within 10 days of Cancellation Date.

3. Cancellation Policy:
Should you not wish to receive any particular “touch-up” shipments to avoid billing you must contact customer service at least 5 business days prior to your scheduled shipping date.

4. Refunds and Returns:
We take customer satisfaction very seriously and want all of our clients to be satisfied with our teeth whitening products. Refunds on product shipments not included in Free Trial will be possible within 30 days of your order. Returns must be sent at your expense and will be subject to a $15.95 restocking fee. For all returns contact our Customer Service Department at (888) 694-9257 to request an RMA number and for further instructions.
