Premier Rental Solutions timeshare rental and sale lack of service and fraud

I paid $2198.98 USD for advertising, rental, and sale of my Summer Bay, Orlando timeshare on August 20, 2016. On January 15, 2019 I received a call from Brian James 321-946-4875 ext. 1130 saying he had a buyer for the timeshare. Brian asked for, and I paid, a "contingency deposit" of $4897.36 USD using a wire transfer from my bank. About a week later, Brian called again to say that the IRS required paying sales taxes up front in the amount of $6000 USD. I ungraciously declined and enquired about my "deposit", at which point Brian got coy about contract details. I have checked the contract, Brian has no reason to keep my money. Premier Rental Solutions telephones are not currently able to accept calls.

Premier Rental Solutions blue green vacation rental

We signed up with this company in May of 2016. I spoke with Amy Miller, who sold us the contract. She charged us $1, 295.00 for their services and we received nothing in return. We made 12 phone calls, speaking with "Jessica, " twice and numerous emails. We never received any further contact or returned calls. This company is a Fraud and should be charged with theft. Renter beware don't do business with these Scammers.

We done business with Premier Rental Folutions they charge us $2800. And they was going to rent it out and we would get our money back within sixty to ninety days that was in 8/16 here it is 8/17 and we cannot get them on the phone I have try over and over. What get me is they talk to you and tell how bad some one else will do you and then they are three time worse. And what get me more then anything they well said thing like take a day or two and pray about it and god bless you. Well I will say when it is time I would hate to be in there shoes. Myself I just done think he going to bless them.

Premier Rental Solutions on 3/23/2026 I paid $1395 for premier rental solutions to sell my time share.

I have been checking continually to see the progress. Many times I have had to leave a message for a call back because no one is available. My time share is at the Fantasea in Atlantic City, NJ.
On 3/23/16 listed at $14, 000
On 6/28/16 lowered the price to $10, 000
I have followed calling 7/18 spoke to Jessica.
I have also called on 9/3, 10/11, 10/26, 10/31 left message (no return call),
10/31 left message (no return call), 11/30 left message.
Finally on 11/30 talked with Jennifer. She said I had to renew every 90 days. I feel that by me calling as often as I did it would be considered renewal.
I can only assume this is just another one of the many scams that us customers get trapped in.

Premier Rental Solutions fraud/scam charges us 2000.00 to rent our blue green timeshare

We were contacted several times by PRS telling us it was PEAK season and with the convention coming up they needed people that were looking to rent their points and for out money they would be able to rent our points in increments of 5000 or 6000 points for an average of $2000.00 each. They wouldn't have a problem with this big convention coming up and estimated that probably within three weeks we should be getting offers. Over a month later we haven't gotten one offer. When you call you ONLY get voice mail, leave a message they never call you back. They also say how they are an outstanding partner of Online Business Bureau. When I contact them they couldn't give me any information saying they couldn't even find them in their database. This is very fishy! If I don't get a call in a few days I will be calling my credit card and telling them to retract the money from this fraudulent organization.

Premier Rental Solutions call center employee threatened to file a lien on my property (?!)

We purchased a timeshare a couple years ago through Blue Green and we are very pleased. Unfortunately, we routinely get calls from PRS. (PRS claims that they help sell off or rent points for timeshare owners who are not using their timeshares.) If they can't get my wife, they call me and we politely tell them "I'm sorry, but we're not interested. We're very happy with our Blue Green situation" and we hang up. This happened AGAIN on Friday 8/5/2016. We were scrambling to wrap up work by noon to leave early for a family reunion. I was with my wife when she ignored the call. Seconds later my phone rang and I took the call. I told the caller that I was not interested, added that we were at work and trying to leave for a family reunion, and I hung up. I immediately received a call back (11:19 a.m. Central) and let it go to voicemail. The caller did not identify himself this time, nor did he leave his extension, but said, "I don't know what you meant by you're not interested, but I'm going to go ahead and file a lien against your property if you're not going to use it. If you want to talk about it you can call me back." Tuesday, 8/9/2016 I did call back and I played the voicemail back to the employee I spoke with. She apologized. She got a co-worker (possibly her manager) on the phone and they listened to it a second time. They could not identify the employee, but apologized profusely and even referred to the call as "ridiculous." ** I'm 44 years old, married with children, own my own business and can't recall ever writing a complaint like this. I typically just move on. I don't have time to waste on telemarketers when I have told them I am not interested, and told them to please remove me from their list. PRS, please stop calling me.

They keep calling me after I tell them I'm not interested. I think if it was above board they would just take a commission of then rentals instead of asking for a fee up front.

I am a Bluegreen owner (Platinum) as well. PRS are constantly harassing me with calls. I finally saved them as a phone contact as DNA Premier Rental Solutions. DNA being Do Not Answer. We can never use our timeshare and I try to recoup the maintenance fees by selling stays on eBay. We have had some success there. I am going to try Redweek.com soon for the same purpose.

Premier Rental Solutions timeshare sale and rental

They charged me $1700 to rent my timeshare, it never rented all they do is tell you lie after lie. They never got anything done. They have 2 different address's on their website, I don't even know if they're physically at any of them. A friend of mine at the court house looked up the owner Brandon Welsh and this guy had Burglary, resisting arrest and Drug charges. I wish I looked this company up before and it's owner. Stay away from this company at all costs.

I do not appreciate getting 10-15 phone calls a day about my account when I already arranged plans with them. Also, your employees (Amanda) thinks it's okay to just show up at my house unannounced and walk in.

I gave them $3000 to both sell DR property and to rent BG points every year. It was guaranteed to do so or all monies would be returned. The Phone number no longer works and I have seen NO sales, rentals or return of monies. I would like to see the sale or the return of my money!
