I Like your Light Tubes But Now I am affarid to buy them almost every time every other box i buy is defective the do not roll proporly i have six boxs that i use for emegecy smoke that i have to do by hand because the dont work on the tube machine
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
TJF9186@gmail.com_I have been using Premier Supermatic King Size Tubes for over 5 years and they have worked excellent in my Top-O-Matic hand crank rolling machine. Over the past 3 months I have noticed that all boxes of tubes, stamped with an F, G, H, J, and above, are failing at a 99% rate. (boxes marked with A, B, C, D, E, work perfectly. It appears that a change in the material or machine has recently occurred, and it is now impossible to roll cigarettes. I have been trying to find a similar replacement, but so far have been unsuccessful.
II have purchased your Premier Supermatic King Size tubes for years now. Recently in the past month I have noticed your Quality Control has gone from the product line. (1) The seam (Is Not Properly Sealed . (2) The end in which the tobacco is injected ( Looks like the LIBERTY BELL) . . . . .Product code on current box is: F 16 174 3J 07;21, Bar Code #[protected]. Looks like from here on I am going to be looking for a "Better Cigarette Tube Company"... Respectfully, R.S.
It seems like all the boxes i purchase have a deep red print on the Letter P or a deep print in the letter R. When you use a small hand crank injector roller it makes two little holes in these letters resulting in a waste of tobacco and time.
i had the same problem also made in nc they dont fill right near the filter looked weird too .. the print was faded
