i purchased this in 2006 in Cancun. I had nothing but trouble from them in all the years from the very beginning. promises about their services and nothing in return. the hotels or locations were always sold out or not available no matter how long I put the reservation in advance. i got wise early and never paid a fee and now Monterey Financial Services is also in on the scam. they even said the fees were raised to $905 a year, i never had any mention of that at all or letter. when asked about that they said the company will not speak to me while in collection but they did not have any information on the fees or anything. this is a scam not sure where to turn. any help? has anyone paid the collection fees?
