We actually got scammed in the Bahamas. This company is not legitamate in any regards. There are thousands of complaints on this company on the internet. I cannot believe they can't be stopped. You can never make reservations or get in touch with someone on the phone. There needs to be something done, thousands of people are being scammed.

Also scammed by Premier Holiday. They invoice my husband and I but do not provide the services promised. My contract was for vacation rental. I emailed them, requested reservations on their website and called. They couldn't answer the call as it had a recording something like there are too many calls waiting. I even looked up all the possible websites last fall and everything was shut down. We are getting a lawyer.

I too was caught by these fraudsters back in 2002 in The Bahamas and still paying their $150 annual "maintenance" - Surely there is a lawyer out there who would tackle them if we all banded together?

I have had all of the above happen to us with Premier Holiday they are now turning us over to collections and a lawyer fees but I have a letter from my lawyer saying I was no longer a member according to what he found in my contract and it would be harassment if they keep trying to collect from me any fees or dues, so now I have turned them over to FTC I have called all 3 credit bureaus so I will stand up to them with the letter from my lawyer al so they have refused to talk with my lawyer said they were not allowed to, also no longer will except checks you have to send payment by pay pal or any charge card so now I wait and see how far they want to go, wish I had never signed a contract with them I never used it same problem wrong phone numbers when I did get someone no one knew what I was talking about never got the information about travel deals and membership card just really bad deal now my credit will be ruined because no one will help us stand up to them just wrong.

Same ole story. They got me in the Bahamas in 2002. As mentioned by others this is a crime. They are selling a service that they are not honoring. If that's not bad enough they place your so-called account in collection where they try to sucker MORE money from you. They may also own this Monterey collections or at the very least are in bed with them. PHT is a Total fraud.

OMG!

I also bought this (high pressured sale) scam in 2004 at the Wyndham Hotel, Cable Beach, Nassau, Bahamas. We were never able to use it because we could never reach anyone. But every December, we receive the "tax bill" on the "property" for $150.00. We have been paying it . . . no more!

Wow, I thought it was just me - not being able to get in touch with them after all these years - guess what? I recently went to the Bahamas and there they were, still high pressuring poor suckers into buying this scam.

What can we do? I want out!

I was also scammed by Premier Holiday Travel. Monterey Financial has called me to and it sounds like she knows what is going on. She new they were hard to understand . We had a hard time getting on ther web site. We were suppose to get a new travel guide instead we got a special assessment fee $499 which we pay. GETTING NOTHING IN RETURN! We sent them letters that we were not happy and want to get out. How many more complaints do they need to get out? From Premier Holidy = Remember our mission is simple: To give you access to the best travel deals available. We are a full service travel agency, and never tack on any additional agency fees. Has anybody got out.

I was also scammed by this crew. I was in the Bahamas in 2004 and bought a packaged for $2000 . Tried to cancel and was told
that I couldn't. Lo and behold in December 2011 i got a collections letter from Monterey Financial for past due maintenance fees!
Then came the numerous phone calls. They even put a ding on my credit report. mai

We also fell to the scam of Premier Holiday Travel in the Bahamas many years ago. They said we would receive new catalogs of destinations to stay on vacation and never received it. We also recently receive a bill/fee from Monteray after many years. We are now getting the phone calls as they are trying to collect. I am not paying money for something when I never received what they promised or haven't heard from them in years. The number they leave on the machine is [protected].

I cancelled my membership ( when it became apparent this was a scam) by sending a registered letter to Premier Holiday Travel at the address where annual dues were to be sent and never heard from them for 4 years, Just received a collection letter from Monteray Financial Services trying to collect the past dues. Monteray makes a living off Premier by buying it's original contracts and as a collection agent for fraudulent dues or fees levied by Premier Holiday Travel. They knowingly participate in this fraud for financial gain.
Contact the Better Business Bureau and register a complaint. They both need to be stopped. Get legal advise if harassment continues.

I was also scammed in the Bahamas. Paid $2500 for 250 nights and only used it once.
You cant get in touch with them and they do not answer their phone. They are always sending me letters from a collection agency to collect maintenance fee for service they do not provide. Total crooks stay away from them.
Eldon.

We have the same bad experience. They never answered the phone, nor email. When transferred to the operator the lady said that we had a wrong number and that they do not know that company Premier Holiday Travel. But when the phone is anwered the salutation is "Premier Holiday Travel". If anybody know where to make a formal complaint, let us know.
