They called my wife's business phone and said they were ATT just wanting to lower our bill. She gave the phone to me to make sure it was legit and they told me three times that they represent ATT and my services would not change. I agreed and gave the phone back to my wife. They told that later that is when they read the disclaimer that they are not actually ATT but rather a seller of services that run on ATT lines. Needless to say when i got my first bill I was shocked. Not only were they not ATT but it was twice what my previous bills were with ATT and I did the math and realized they would not be cheaper in the future. I immediately called to request a switch back and expressed my dissatisfaction. They seemed cordial and said, "No problem, just call ATT and switch back to them and if you do so before the 30 day trial is up you will not be charged." I tried that and ATT said that Preferred would not release the number back to them. It took me six weeks to get the number switched back to ATT and I have gotten bills and threatening letters every since from Preferred. I will never pay them a dime. They are lying scammers to put it nicely. I have tried to call and tell them what did and they are far from cordial and are ready for you when you call with threat after threat and excuse after excuse.

Fraud Legal Services (FLS) represents individuals throughout the US who are victims of fraudulent charges, fee, contracts, reimbursements and claims. Our focus is on telephone, internet, satellite, and cable companies.

Based on the details of your complaint, I think we have a worthwhile case against the company.

The Consumer Fraud Act (CFA) holds the company responsible for any billing and service problem, even if it was not intentional. Also, the CFA makes the company pay my attorney fees if I am able to prove they are at fault and recover all or a portion of your disputed amount.

Would you be willing to allow me to represent you? There would be no cost to you, and I would not take any refund the company makes to you now or in the future.

If you don't want to give up on your dispute, you can submit the details of your claim to me online at www.fraudlegalservices.com or email attorney@fraudlegalresources.com or call [protected].

Let's make the company pay!
