Bonanza all seasons ordered at cost of usd 222.95 arrived but 15 of discs incorrect. Have sent emails to chronopay (payment went via them) and to powerdvdstore for last six weeks and do not have any response.

I orderd Gunsmoke, 99dvd's and entire series of Coach. I did recieve Gunsmoke in two packages from China, but never recieved Coach. It has been two weeks since Gunsmoke arrived and I have sent many e-mails with no response.

This came to me weeks ago, a copy no good quality, half of it was visable
my question is what can i do because they want answer to my complaint???
