Power Colon Cleanse Charged my credit card 79. 95

I ordered the power colon cleanse as a trial offer for 4. 95 s&h. It was a thirty day bottle issued absolutely free with just the s&h of 4. 95. Before i even received the product my credit card was charged for 79. 95. . . The amount the bottle would cost if i were doing their program. I simply ordered the product when a pop - up occurred on my screen. They advertised as absolutely free. No where did i find information indicating that i would be charged monthly for this product. I have no email address and no phone number to go on. I ordered the free trial on dec. 23, 2009 and received it on jan 5, 2010. My credit card was already charged on jan. 5, 2010 for 79. 95.

This is truly a fraudulent act. I am sending the product back (Unopened) and asking my credit card company to help me with this.

"It does not work and it was charged to my account with no product recieved"

how can you tell it doesnt work if you didnt get the good?

anyway... on a brighter note, tho theres a way for most credit card Issuers to open up a dispute for merchandise not received. all you have to do os wait 40 days after the date of transaction.

I also sent for the free trial of colon cleanse and acaiberry detox onthe site it said £3.95 postage when the item arrived it was in dollars and I was charged £4.15 for each bottle.
When I checked my credit card on line I had been charged £76.77 twice one for livelong and goodlife, unless you go to the bottom of the page and in very small print it tells you to read the conditions. My husband rang our credit card and they said because I had autherised the transaction there was nothing they could do, so we cancelled our credit card but was told we had to ring to cancel the product. I was given a telephone number and contacted them I was given a cancellation number and told them I had cancelled the credit card so they would get no more money. This was a very costly mistake amounting to £161.84 for 120 tablets.
My husband complained to virgin whose website was advertising this and they obviously knew about it because they gave us the telephone number. I will not be sending for anymore free offers and can't beleive they are still advertising.

Power Colon Cleanse Fraud. Unauthorized Use of Credit Card

I have had the same bad luck fall upon us and the timing could not be worse. My wife & I are 8 1/2 months pregnant and expecting any day. Any parent can relate to what stress comes with these circumstances. I have made several attempts to contact www.freepowercleanse.com and with no positive results. They have charges us for a total of $173.48 since all of this started 2 months ago. I followed their instruction related to cancellation and again still received charges against our credit card. I have found a phone number that seems to be based on the east coast of the USA [protected]. According to the terms & conditions page they are available Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm EST. I would ask that anyone whom feels the same way & has been a victim of this malicious criminal company call them. Call several times a day until you get results. Good luck.

Power Colon Cleanse Scam

This company goes under several names and is a complete scam.
The free trial period is a complete nonsense as the product was sent from China taking 8-14 days to arrive and wasn't posted from china until 7 days after they had deducted the money.
I have had numerous emails from different people, rarely the same person more than twice and then the email addresses started being disabled so the emails weren't getting sent. The phone number does not ring and is unobtainable. I did get one lot of money back having returned the goods but they ignored all my emails saying I wanted to cancel and they took another lot of money and sent a 2nd delivery.
This is such a scam.
The website also has photos of Oprah Winfrey and Dr Oz with text abut their view on Colon Cleanse and in tiny writing at the bottom, it says they do not endorse this product, however, it is the photo that people see.
The product when it arrived was a pot of tablets, nothing like the packet that they show on their website.
In all grossly misrepresented and I am sure their Terms and conditions cannot be legally binding as their customer service number does not exist.Steer well clear of this and any other company i.e Green Purity Tea and Acai Berry. It took 6 weeks to get my money returned from Green Purity Tea and it is now nearly 2 months since the start of this with Power Cleanse.

I have been having a terrible time with charges on my credit card from this company and its affiliates. I ordered a free sample of the Power Colon Cleanse, and unknowingly agreed to the terms and conditions which include a “negative option”, which means you will be charged $79.95 and sent more products, again and again, unless you cancel. I did not realize this until multiple charges began to show up on my statement. My credit card company has been no help, and they say I've agreed to this, but I've been charged over $250 over a period of 3-4 weeks (3 separate charges - all different companies). Their is no person answering the phones at the numbers I am supposed to try to call to cancel. How can this be legally binding if you are not able to cancel by phone or email? I have yet to receive any more products, other than the free sample, which I never even tried. So much for online fraud protection! What am I supposed to do other than cancel my credit card? Even then I'll still owe for these products!

On 7-16, I ordered the Power Colon Cleanse and the Acai Nutraburst products together from an "add" that said when you combine these 2 products your weight loss is accelerated. I received the Acai Nutraburst on 7/23, but I never got the power colon cleanse. On 7/27, I called them to find out why I had not received it. I actually got through to someone. She couldn't find my order at first, so I pulled up my credit card to check. Not only had I been charged $3.95 for the S/H but there was another charge from WeightSecrets for $79.95. The $3.95 came from a company called TipperHealth. Both of these charges had a foreign transaction fee associated with them - so I should have known then that it was a scam. The girl (Beverly) told me should would cancel my order and all future orders and I was to receive an email within 24-48 hours with the confirmation. She also said I could keep the product because it was still in transit (provided a tracking # too). I asked why I had been charged $79.95 already because my 14 day trial was not over with and I had not received the product yet. She claimed they had not charged me, we argued for a minute then she put me on hold. When she came back she said she double checked and they had not charged me except for the $3.95. Before we hung up, she told me her name was Catherine (which previously she said was Beverly). I let it go because I was unsure if it was them or the Acai Nutraburst that had charged me. I called the Acai people who were very nice. They also said they did not charge me (said all their charges would come through as ebilling), but they cancelled my order and future orders and gave me a cancellation confirmation number (I also recived an email from them). Now I have called back to Colon CLeanse 4 times and never get an answer. I've been on hold for over 45 minutes and then get disconnected. I did not receive the product, did not receive the cancellation confirmation email and am out $80. I am disputing this with my credit card company (Bank of America) which has been very helpful! Word to the wise... never shop on the internet with your bank account number or debit card. Always use a credit card. You'll get more protection from the credit card company for disputing charges then you will if the money is already gone from your account.

My husband clicked on this so called free trial and willingly gave his credit card details over to pay the p&p. Two months later we have noticed his card has been charged $79.95. we couldn't understand it, but after further investigation realised that he had unknowingly entered into some kind of subscription with this company. we have e-mailed them, but was sent back, as could not be delivered to the address on their web site. I have called them twice. First spoke to woman (shaika) who said that she had cancelled the account and we would receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 - 48 hours. Secondly, after not receiving e-mail - i spoke to another woman (Lougee) who said it is 24 - 48 working hours ( absolute crap!) I said i wanted sorted out straight away and only takes two seconds to send an e-mail! She said it would have to go to their "cancellation department" which would take 3-4 working days?! She then told me i would need my order ID number if i was to call them back again. After being put on hold twice for 5 mins at a time, she then told me she could not find the numbers! I said Shaika had told me it was cancelled and she said thats why she couldn't find the numbers! This is a complete nightmare. Our credit card company said they can do nothing, because he willingly signed up for this! Once (if) we get our e-mail, we are going to have to close down our account, so they can't take anymore money! Surely there are laws against this kind of thing?!

So glad I found this website! I'm so sorry for all your losses, I'm sure I'm about to be in the same boat after today. I was on WomensHealthMag.com website today and someone put a link in her blog to a channel 7 news website where a news reporter said these 2 products were wonderful and to try them risk free- cuz she did and it made her life great, blah blah. I took the bait and ordered them, but it left a wierd feeling with me so I started hunting around online and found this website. No wonder I had a wierd feeling! It sounded so legit and I feel like an idiot! So I already cancelled my credit card cuz all I got was an answering machine and was told to leave my name n number at the place. What a rip off! Wish there was a way to get their ads off websites we trust on a daily basis.

Power Colon Cleanse No refund

This product is a scam! I initially got this product just to receive free coins to play a game on Facebook. I payed the $3.95 for shipping and then emailed them several times to find out how to mail this product back and get a refund and I also called the number they gave to no avail. I then disputed this charge on my credit card. I am still waiting to find out what is going on with that. If I have to contact an attorney, I will. This should not happen to anyone

Power Colon Cleanse ripoff

I agreed to a free trial of the Power Colon Cleanse, for which I had to pay only the shipping and handling fee of $5.95. I haven't receive anything and I'm beeing billed with the following notice :
«...As you have not emailed us that you would like to return us the unused portion of the pills at the end of 15 days, we thank you for the acceptance of our product and we have now charged your order PC132009 $79.95 for the product received... »

The product isn't even received...So they play with the mail system to ripoff honest potential buyer? Their pratice does'nt look very up front :
when (or should I say If?) I receive the trial package it can be returned for a full refund (so they say). But the way they go about it and you never receive the trial package their policy of having to return unused portion of the pills (that you do not have to return) permit them to disregard a complaint and keep the money and the product that was never even sent... I'm calling this intentional deceit.

I ordered the free trial and paid the $5.95 for shipping and realized an additional charge of $79.95 was charged to my account. I went online to get the contact info and called the toll-free number and the phone never made a connection to communicate with anyone. I immediately called my bank to block any further charges to my card. After receiving my package from China and the only understandable writing was my address, a few numbers, and China, it became apparent that I was scammed and they had no intention for me to return this product.

This a total scam. Not a free trial at all. You will pay $5.95 then $79.95 then $85.90 before you have a chance to blink. The fake product doesn't come until after the trial period and you will be given a non operable telephone number so that you can't cancel before they charge the $79.95. All emails are ignored or answered without addressing your request to cancel. I had to get my credit card number changed. I hope I can recoup this money.

Rather confusing company information however the mailing information states the product came from Hangzhou, China. After I received and tried the FREE trial product, I emailed the company to cancel any further orders since it did not work at all for me.

However, I received another bottle and my account was charged $89. I sent another email and tried calling and did not get an answer until August 14. My call was answered by an incompetent customer service agent (customer service as misnomer). After giving her, Shaika, my name, email address, and order/account number she then wanted my credit card information and how much I was charged. Absolutely ridiculous request for additional information since I was canceling the order all that is needed the account number! After I told her she did not need my credit card number and she should know how much I was charged, she put me hold and when she came back she told me she put in a REQUEST to cancel future orders BUT I will have to wait for email confirmation and may not get it for 24 - 48 hours and I must wait for confirmation.

Seems it was easy enough for the company to ignore my emails yet I am supposed to believe that they actually email. The order should have canceled immediately. Seems like an irresponsible business practice and a way to get money.

Power Colon Cleanse Rip Off

I agreed to a free trial of the Power Colon Cleanse, for which I had to pay only the shipping and handling fee of $5.95. When I received the package, it was crushed and the seal was broken on the container. I finally reached the company by phone, there was no way to get to them through the so-called e-mail address and cancelled the order and told them that I was afraid to take the product since the seal was broken. I also asked them not to send any more and not to charge my account . Later, I noticed on my bank statement that I had been charged $79.95 on 4/22 for another shipment which I just received today, 5/16. This is a total rip-off and I don't know what to do about it. When you call the phone # you are put on hold indefinately. HELP !

Pathetic rip off artists. Unfortunately, I feel like the twit for it. I too signed up for the free sample, along with Acai Burn & paid the shipping & handling. I was charged $90 twice, when it should have been less than $10 for both. Yeh sure I got the 1 sample bottle they promised, at a much higher cost. Now I'm not too sure if I should be ingesting it.

An ad popped up while I was online showing a Free Trial for Power Colon Cleanse with shipping and handling of $3.95. There were large ads all over the page showing: Oprah, NBC, CBS, Dr. Weil, as if these people promoted the supplement. I ordered the free trial with my dbit Visa card. I received a bottle of 30 capsules and they debited my ATM Visa card $79.95 on my account..under the name, "Super Healthy Lifestyles, " I'm having a terrible time with them (and with my bank, San Diego National Bank ) trying to get this refunded . I finally found their phone number but they do not respond to that nor to my emails. My bank is not all that interested. I finally located an address: GenReserve Trading Ltd., 642 Main St., Charlestown, Nevis, looked up "Nevis" and it is in the West Indies. The original ad that appeared on my screen cannot now be found but it is the same, exact ad that is out there now for Acai Berry. These people are criminals and have committed fraud. I will appreciate any advice about getting my $79.95 back.

I also have been ripped off by the Power Colon Cleanse company. They took 6.01 the day after the order was placed then 86.15, 8 days later from my account for a product I didnt even receive until 14 days after I placed the order. Which was refused at delivery and sent back. Now they say that it was not returned correctly which was two months ago, and that I should try to get it back from the post office then they will let me no how to return it correctly, knowing that there is no way for me to get it back now and so they have a excuse not to refund me. So I had to close my account and get a new card so they could not get anymore money from me. I have been trying for months to get a refund and if you can get a hold of someone which I have found only thru email, they come up with all kinds of excuses not to refund your money. I finally went to the BBB site on line and looked up the company which the www.freepowercleanse.com distributor is according to them locate in Scottsdale, AZ and there has only been one complaint about them at the BBB. Maybe if we all file a complaint with them we will see an outcome for our benifit or at least shut them down from ripping off anymore innocent people of there hard earned money.
