The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I purchased a Power4Patriots kit on line and was charged $29.99 including shipping at that time. When I received the material I noticed that I had been charged $67. I have printed a copy of my order and the company's follow u email where the prices were completely different. Would you please check into this as I have no way to contact this company as their return email does not respond. Thank you!
My email is [protected]@charter.net.

Go to the Nashville BBB and see the complaints mostly just like I said misleading claims, poor products, slow customer service and just a plain rip off when one can buy a similar component already built and anyone who can replace a circuit breaker in the fuse box can install the power-saver. No going to the hardware store, nothing installed outside, nothing on the roof... They claim to the BBB they have corrected their lies, but I will go to the video to see the changes if they did any, BBB can't compel a company to change but the regulatory agencies can and will.

This guy is a scam, there are other products for less money and actually save power from you system no tubes, nothing outside, nothing on the roof and the unit uses stored power before going to the grid for power. This product hard wires right in the fuse box and monitors and captures power from small appliances to dishwasher to save their excess energy that they don't use, then when the saved power is used the component opens to the grid to start taking power from the grid. I live in TX with a five BR 2459 SQFT two story home and since installing power save My highest bill in the past six years has been $250 and that's with the ice and snow super bowl month when we were four straight days staying below 32.. They normally run between 125-$150 a month. Search for power-save and the site will come up. They actually show a video of how it works not a dry erase board show, one can see the power usage decrease when the power-save is turned on. It has been certified by the UIL and several other independent evaluators and shows like GMA, The Today Show... So forget about the patriot 4 power guy and I say that because I just found another web site by this guy telling America to hoard food and again rants and raves how the government does not want Americans to see his video and the reason is because nothing he has said is true or works, it is just a scam. This guy owns patriots 4 power and he starts 2014 with food 4 patriots. He uses the exact sales presentation with all his drawings with the dry erase pen as he did for the power website, he really needs to be using a crayon. He is preying on Americans by using the would Patriot. I served this country for 20 years and I am 100% Disabled Veteran and this guy is no Patriot, he is a rip off artist. His next scam will be patriots 4 using toilet paper three times before flushing. it will save TP and water. He has been turned into my local DA, state AG and the appropriate federal agencies to get him off the internet and quit implying he is a patriot and scarring Americans into buying his crap and use Patriot as his eye catcher. He is no more a patriot than bin-laden, he is a rip off artist. A Patriot is those guys who died fighting the Revolutionary, Civil, and World Wars...They are the patriot's of America not this guy who is using the name and scare tactics to take advantage of Americans. He will get his on Judgment day both in court and with God Almighty!

On November 15, 2012, BBB met with the management of Reboot Marketing to address the pattern of complaint and to find a means of eliminating it. The company responded to BBB outlining the steps they have implemented to resolve these concerns. Specifically, the company stated:

"Due to the extraordinary popularity of our new product (Power4Patriots), we experienced a rapid increase in the volume of our sales in the late spring and summer of 2012 - we're on track to process 250, 000 transactions in 2012 - and as a start-up company we experienced "growing pains" with handling customer service (impacting turn-around time but not service commitments) for so many new customers.

As a result, we have implemented the following measures in the summer and fall of 2012 to help prevent, and better respond to, customer service issues:

1. We hired multiple customer service staff members...

2. We have invested in a cloud-based customer service "help desk" solution (accessible to customer via sending an email to help@power4patriots.com or online at http://power4patriots.freshdesk.com) to enable us to employ multiple customer service agents to help our customer faster and better. The software allowed automated categorization, prioritization and ticket dispatching as well as collaboration among our staff.

3. We have contracted with our warehouse to add 2 telephonic customer service agents to respond to customers who prefer to speak with someone on the telephone [protected]) as opposed to email. These agents have the ability to answer our most frequently asked questions and if customers need further attention their contact information is forwarded directly to our Customer Service Manager for immediate attention. We also acquired a toll-free 1-800 telephone number [protected]) that provides recorded information on our most frequently asked questions.

Additionally, we have added new sections to our website to help customers find the info they need faster, including info on how and where to return products for a refund (http://www.power4patriots.com/returns.php), frequently asked questions (http://www.power4patriots.com/support_technical.php)
