Horrible customer service, no response to emails, phone calls.. Fraud?

I placed an order with this company for a new touch screen monitor. I didn’t get any shipping information from them. I called them 4 days later and the lady on the phone said that my order has not left their warehouse. She offered to have “management” call me right away. The way she said it and how quickly she offered to have the “management” call me, made me feel like this is a common problem with them.

I was promised a call back, well guess what? No call, I followed up later in the evening… no answer. I sent an email just to get an update, no reply (except the automated one). I called the following day, no answer so left a Voicemail. Called after a few hours again.. still no answer.

They charged my credit card and don’t know what if they will even pick up or reply to the phone. I would stay away from this company. Horrible service!

I had the same experience with this company and after looking around at some other reviews, I found everyone is experiencing the same thing... Never received my printer, no correspondence returned and no refund has been given after 3 months!...Reported to my card company and the BBB...Take your business elsewhere!
