Popeyes the product (my food order was completely, wrong but charged $33.95)

30 mar 2016 @ 19:56, store #10520 in victorville, ca.

I ordered several items which were: 1 (11) pcs (strips) h/h meal (I got regular chicken legs & thighs) which includes the (2) lg sides & (6) biscuits which I didn’t even received for $14.95, but was charged $24.99, (a little high which doesn’t add up and my whole order was wrong). then I also ordered the following items to be added to my order: (1) red beans & rice (small) for $2.19, and (4) apple pie's for total of $3.98. the problem is that the last 2-items I didn't receive them, since my order was to go, and I was already running late to work, I just grabbed the bag, said thank you and left without checking it first, (my bad). but once I got to work that's when I noticed that my order which I payed a total of $33.65 for items that I never got.

Since I have been a loyal customer of this popeye’s for several years and this is the first time that this has happened to me, I am willing to look at this issue as an honest mistake, but I still want to get my money back, get a completely new order correctly this time, and get the items that I didn't receive. I will go back to that store tomorrow morning, I hope to get this corrected with the store manager, but we will see what happens and yes I have my receipt. will update later today.

Popeyes refusing me a refund after receiving old chicken

on march 17, 2016 at around 1:40pm, I went to popeyes to purchase the 11 piece mixed chicken for $13.99, I paid cash for my order, went home never looking in the box to make sure that my order was correct or fresh... 5 hours later, my daughter woke up so I finally open the box to get her something to eat since popeyes is her favorite eating place, when I looked in the box I could not find one fresh piece of chicken so me and my daughter brought it back. when I arrived at the store and told them that I wanted a refund for my order, I was told that I could not get a refund do to the shift change that they can replace the order... personally, if someone served that old chicken the first time I ordered, way in the heck would I want a second order... I was extremely displeased with the service and I will NEVER go to that popeyes again

Popeyes customer service

On March 3, 2016 at 9:10 pm my church group stopped by Popeyes Chicken after a church engagement. Our pastor was treating everyone to a 2 piece dinner combo. It was a total of 9 ordered at the drive thru the young lady who took our order told us to come to the window to place our order. After waiting nearly 30 minutes in line, she informed us that they would have to fry more chicken and that we could go to McDonalds because they were open 24 hours. We left the window after her rude behavior but one of the church members decided we should let the manager know what was said to us. He stated that he only worked at that location 2 nights a week and that he would let the regular manager know. I have never been treated so rudely at a restaurant, the young lady doesn't need to work with customers because she clearly doesn't have the good of the company in mind.

Popeyes operations disaster / not does time

Popeye's is advertising a shrimp special that is delicious, at a steal, you should try it. But all Popeye's don't participate, call ahead. So I call and sure enough they have, I'm there in line, my phone rings so as not to be rude, I step aside and allow two guest to go ahead of me. I get off the phone and place my order. There is a gentleman complaining at the counter, they had a few guest ahead and the chicken is cooking, by the way the cook, David need a raise, anyways chicken up and gone, cook dropped more, six people, three standing around not prepping anything, , why just one cook and five others that dont multitask .The gentleman that was complaining still doesn't have his order, 10 mins, remember I ordered shrimp!, I approach the counter and I'm told by one of the two! people at the register a third worker is getting it, five mins later, 15 mins I ask about my order, I'm told they gave it away, even though when I ask the cook he say he didn't drop the shrimp.24 mins later, the shrimp, finally! . I'm offered a free meal for my troubles, I say I'll take a comp.card for a later date, then one of the three that's just been chilling says we can't give you a comp card or a meal, What! How about a soft drink or pie, are you freaking serious? Avoid this Popeye's like the plague

So you got out of line to answer your phone, which caused you to miss getting the food, and somehow that's the restaurant's fault. Food establishments LIVE to spit in the food of customers like you, so keep whining about things that aren't their fault, and enjoy that big spitwad. Yum.

Popeyes they never have chicken on hand

I go to this popeyes chicken at least once a week at different times most of the time its around 5 or 6 o'clock they seem to never have chicken ready for the customers I don't know how many times I have had to wait 30 minutes or more for chicken
Also the service and the attitude of the people that work there are absolutely ridiculous I am going to find a different chicken restaurant if this continues

Popeyes store

I live across the street from popeye's and. They recently remolded their store denver, co. 14th hudson st. 80220. They installed some lights that are shinning directly inside our home ;my 4 year old daughter complains every night of the "bright light shinning in her window", it is very invasive! It's bad enough we have the traffic and trash thrown in front of our houses outside from the restaurant (A trash can outside of popeye's by the street would be nice, so it would be more convenient for your costumes, instead of them littering in the street) , I hope these bright lights can be resolved. Popeyes food

I ordered a 8 piece meal half spicy. Well what i got was old dried out and tasteless. I did not get any breast in my order of which i was supposed to get 2. Popeyes store 2131 service time: 11:35 date: 11/13/15

First of all they only had one cashier, she was in training and no one was helping her(at least I thought she was in training).. She was so slow that it did not take long for the store to get full of people waiting in line to order. When we finally got our order and we had to go back up there 3 different times to get all of our order right. They did not give us our cups for our drinks, no utensils in our order, and they left out my One chicken wing. Every time we went back up there we had to wait AGAIN to get what we needed. I guess it was the shift manager was standing around with one of her male employees instead of her helping behind the counter and then that same male in employee, that was off that shift went behind the counter talking to the other employees. I will not say what company that I work for.. We manufactured Popeye's product.. Your specifications standard were a lot stricter than what you have for your stores from what I have seen. Very upset

Popeyes service

Iv worked in this establishment but i do not want to revele myself because i dont want to be judged at my job but iv noticed this has been going on for a few months now and iv been wanting to speck up about it but iv been scared. But iv had enough one of my team crew members (ASHA HOLLAND) has been selling weed an smoking weed on the property for several months now she smokes weed on her breaks an comes back inside smelling like it but the mangers dont seem to notice because they work in the back an iv caught her 3 times selling little white pills to her friends that come on break they meet up in the bathroom so it doesnt seem like anything is happening but its so unprofessional an i honestly dont think she deserves to continue to work here its terrible for business.

Popeyes customer service/specials

Went to Popeye's today and ordered the Advertised Special for $4.99. I also wanted to order some onion rings which I saw on their website. When I inquired about the onion rings the girl that was taking my order laughed at me and not in a nice way, either. I told her I saw them online and she replied, "well not here." When my order was done I asked for the sauce that was advertised to come with the special - I was told they did not have any. It seems that every time they advertise something they never have the sauce or the actual chicken. I also wanted four blueberry cream cheese pies but they only had three left so I ordered the three and a regular apple pie. When I got back to work to deliver the food I was told the apple pie was not there. Again, this is not a first for the Garden Grove Popeye's because the last time I was there I ordered two Big Box lunches they come with two sides each; I received only three sides. I don't know what is going on at this location but I cannot imagine this is the type of place anybody would want to own.

Popeyes bad image of restaurant

Okay, so yesterday I was at the popeyes in Garden Grove and while I was waiting in line I witnessed how the managers were mistreating the employees, and using inappropriate language. I believe that as a manager you are there to help them no trash talked them and make them feel uncomfortable at work, I don't know if they don't know that corrections to employees should get done in private and not where all the customers can see and hear what is going on. It is really uncomfortable to be there seeing how employees get mistreated by managers without work ethic.

Popeyes chicken that been served!

Good Afternoon!

First of all this is about the East Cleveland, Ohio Resturant! First of all quality of food, Speed of Service, Operation Awareness, Attitude tour the customers. The customers makes the business. If they stop coming who would be out of business, you guys will. I been a restuarant manager for McDonald's, Burger KIng and i never seen nothing like this before, Do you guys really care who or what you serve to customers bysides a bad attitude. Or are you just trying to make money with those Tuesday special. If the Operation Manager get from behind that desk and visit some of the restuarants to see how they are running, Me my self would be training a new staff, and hiring new managers that care about the business and the people. Instead of a check. Believe me i became a manager when i was 19 years old in the downtown area of Cleveland and moved up by handling a staff of forty people. So don't say it cannot be done. Popeyes customer service from restaurant manager

I went in to the new popeyes location (Davis Dr.) in Newmarket, Ontario and bought $55 worth of food. 16 pieces of chicken and a chicken sandwich platter witch contained an extra large drink.. i politely asked the manager if i can replace the extra large cup for tqo medium cups so i can share my drink with my in-laws. She said she can only give me two small cups.. ok, that's fine, like giving me two medium cups is a big difference in cost to the restaurant.. next i asked if the sauce was in the bag and she said yes, so i asked her again because i doubted it was there, .. is the hot sauce for the chicken in the bag. So she gives me 3 packages of hot sauce for 16 pieces of chicken.. so i tell her there is 16 pieces of chicken in my order, can i have more hot sauce.. she gives me 3 more.. i thinking how did this manager become a manager? She can't afford to give me enough hot sauce for 16 pieces of chicken? Such a stupid manager. Please get rid of her, she is not giving popeyes a good name.. poor customer service.

Popeyes $5.00 box meal...

I entered a popeye's chicken restaurant around 8:00 pm, friday september 4, 2015, ordered a $5.00 box meal, a breast and a thigh, the manger tells me that I have to order "white meat or dark meat", but the advertising says $5.00 box meal, "2pc. Mixed", angry, I order a 2pc white and ordered a thigh which costed $2.07. I want a free meal for that.

Popeyes rude service

i was the only person in the restaurant on July 26 2015 store number 4696. So one of the worker after i order my food told that the fries is going to take three minutes are you willing to wait and i said yes. So by the time to food was ready and i was still the only one left in the restaurant. While I was leaving the cashier name Iphica told me get out. Now i don't this how you told your employee to talk to their customer. But i felt like this was very unappropriated and i need something to be done,

Popeyes food

When I go to Popeyes I usually got the family meals. They have a meal for 16.99 with 2 large sides and 6 biscuits, but for some reason i have to pay 26.00 to28.00 dollars. There is a charge for biscuits or have to pay extra for the side orders. No one can tell me why . They offer the meals for a certain price with the sides and biscuits and i do not expect to pay extra for what they advertise. This has happened to me 3 times and it will not happen again. Popeyes is not the only place to buy chicken.

Popeyes reselling stripped chicken breasts

Bought 11 piece chicken special.
Most were tiny wings and legs (Looked almost the size of cornish hens) , but the most outrageous part was 2 of 3 chicken breasts were stripped in the middle & side of meat (2/3 of meat removed).
I took pictures for proof.
Just wondering if this is standard routine now or a rogue exception.
Never saw this in chicagoland years earlier.

Popeyes uncooked chicken

I purchased a meal on 03/03/2015, of a 2 piece white meal, I started eating the chicken, and start tasting something funny, when I reviewed the chicken I had purchased, it was not cooked, and I saw blood, I followed up with my local hospital e r room, and was admitted for food posiosoing, when I call the distract manager, he iinsisted that I retun to the store that served me the un cooked chicke, due to the fact, he stated that they did not have a telephone, due to being ill, I was unable to return to the store to file my complaint, so instead, I took photos of the uncooked chicken, and text my chief complaint with hime about the uncooked chicken I was served, he asked if I had a receipt for the purchase, my reply was no, I placed it on my bank visa cad, and that my bank has a copy of this purchase, I will follow up on monday with the corporate office in atlanta georgia, to continue my compliant, the phsysican at er said that I would be sick for 24 hours, and I was giving medication throughtwo ivs, to help get the food out of my system, I have photo of chicken in my cell phone, in addition, I froze the remainder of he chicken for litigation purposes

I went to Popeyes and ate a two piece dark meat chicken with potatoes and coleslaw. Within two hours I was sick. I began to vomit for the next four hours along with diarrhea. I passed out twice and luckily only received a few bruises. Worst night of my life.

Popeyes dirty, employees smoking pot in parking lot

I've been to this new location twice. The first time I expected some disorder because they're a new place. However the first time I brought my children, the employees are rude, got the order wrong 3x & they were cursing up a storm & I had a 2&3 yr old w/me. The 2nd time was worse. Employees who were in the back I guess on a break were smoking pot. Then we're very annoyed when they saw us walking in because it was like we were interrupting two of them. They didn't use glove while handling our food, were once again rude. Hair was in our food. It was a nightmare. I'll never go back. Neither will anyone I work with or any of my friends. This place is gross. Don't you drug test employees? The one nasty girl I think was tina and the one guys name was francisco I believe. This popeyes is a health hazard. You should really drug test your employees because you have a bunch of drug addicts handling the public's food and this is unacceptable. You get drug tested at kmart but not a place that handles food? Shame on you popeyes.

This Pope's location is full of scammers!

Watch out especially for an employee who works over there by the name of Mohsen. He is the 5 foot 9 inch, anorexic, Pakistani guy who works over there.

Watch out for him because when he gives your change back, he takes 75 CENTS OF YOUR MONEY AND KEEPS IT FOR HIMSELF! And when I argue with him, he yells at me AND THREATENED TO KILL ME! He told me this:

"LISTEN YOU ###ING FILIPINO PIECE OF ###, YOU WANT TO KILL ME, I WILL DO IT HERE!".

And don'r bother with the manager, because he is on this CON-ARTIST MOHSEN'S SIDE. The manager's name is Riyaz and can't do anything.

If they were on break it is none of your business what they were doing, but obviously you are lying, how are they preparing your food if they were on break, and they have every right to not be interrupted if they are on break. Sounds like you were fired and Tina and Francisco reported you which resulted in you getting fired. One more thing don't go around calling the employees girls when you act like a child.

Monday evening at 4:30pm I gary lewis. As in the at 31st popeye's. And I told a cashier, that I wanted a large mash potato and a large ted bean and rice. And as I was waiting, I notice the cashier had her index finger in my cup. So I told that didn't want that cup, with her finger in it. So after that she got me another cup. And she shook her head.
