POOR SERVICE/CUSTOMER SVRC

The worst, the worst, the worst! We have had this service for more than 3 years. It has been consistently BAD. Bad service/reception, bad customer service, bad technician service. First, we bought a HD receiver a year ago from Direct TV. This year, when he ordered another and wanted to move last year's to another room, they told us it was OBSOLETE. What?! Then, after buying a second one, NONE of the HD channels work - plus, the regular channels stopped working too! We missed ALL OF SEASON PREMIER WEEK! Now, I am sitting here waiting for an 8-12 technician to arrive. It's 11 am. I just got a call from Dispatch advising that he is running late and will not be here until 2pm! Umm, we have JOBS, which is how we pay for this bad service! I am so mad that I can hardly speak. Buy Comcast, unless you want to join this unhappy club!
