The worst customer service experience I have had and it is still not over. I gave my camera for repair and it has been almost 3 months since I have seen it, when it was supposed to have 2 weeks at the most. They are full of execuses as to why it is taking so long. There was even confusion as to how much I owed. An in store associate was charging in addition to the deposit that I made where they had told me that the deposit would be included in the final estimate. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

No one called between 7-9 AM to give me the "window of time" that they would be coming today. It took me 48 minutes on hold to get to someone who told me they WOULDN'T be coming today anyway. No call-they were just going to not show up!
I get to do it all again next Thursday. I asked for a more direct number to call about my appointment and they said they don't have one. If he said "I apologize" one more time I was going to reach through the phone and strangle him. Just do as you said you'd do and stop wasting my time.
