Poor service

Complaint Rating:

I submitted my handset nokia 3230 for repair on 29.12.2006 at HCL nokia care centre S-10 Green park ext New Delhi. I was given delivery date 01.01.2007. But my handset is still not repaired.there is very poor and slow customer care services from this care centre. When i inquired, I was told it will take another 3 days. When I inquired again I was told it will take another week.

I am totally dissatisfied.

I submitted my handset nokia N70 for repair on 16.03.2007 at HCL nokia care centre S-10 Green park ext New Delhi. I was given delivery date 23.03.2007. But my handset is still not repaired. There is very poor and slow customer care services from this care centre. When i inquired, I was told it will take another 3 days. When I inquired again I was told it will take another week.

I am totally dissatisfied.

I submitted my mobile N70 on Nokia care green park branch at 15th august 07 and problem was that the Memory card was not working. I take back that handset at 23rd august, but still the problem is unresolved. That foolish person are just reinstall the software and the didn't check the mobile problem. Don't go to NOKIA care green park. There service is too too bad.

In most cases I agree with that Nokia Care Center doesn't provide us good services related to our sets. I think most of there handsets have technical problems Really very bad. Do Nokia Something otherwise in India You face lots of problems in coming future. With best of luck ... your one fed up customer.

I never seen before like this service, I don't have a word to say that how they treat there customers. I have given my mobile nokia 7610 for repair but you no what they did they have taken my mobile for 2 months and now they give me but same conditions. Very poor poor poor service. Really I suggest to those who want to purchase new mobile from nokia. Pls dont purchase nokia go for any other..

I Anuj Batra, owner of Nokia E-90, facing some problem with my set from last 1 month (regarding voice cut during video recording, and hanging problem) and for this purpose I have submitted my set to Nokia care, Patel nagar, New Delhi, 4 times, but they failed to repair my set. Every time they committed to replace it if they failed to repair it, but now they are not doing the same.
I feel being harassed by the company, as it is very difficult for me to stay without the mobile for such a long time, and being a student its very difficult for me to go again and again to Patel nagar.
So please look into the matter. I believe that my complaint would be considered and I would be relieved from this problem as soon as possible.

I submitted my handset Nokia 6275 for repairing on 19-12-07 at nokia care centre, dakbunglow road, Patna.

He has given dilevery date 21-12-07. But my handset still not repaired. There is a very poor and slow customer care centre. When I inquired, he told me -you could takeout this mobile after 3 days.
When I inquired again, then he told me that you can takeout your mobile another week.

So, I am totally dissatisfied.

Sir,
I had bought a Nokia 5700 Xpress Music Phone on 9 Nov 2007. But i face so many problems in my phone, then i gave it to Nokia care at 3 Dec. 2007. I got it on 20 Dec. back.
But when i got my Nokia set, the keys print of body rubber were not there and i also shown it there on delivery and i was also not satisfied with service. I also wrote it on jobsheet that i am not satisfied.
I gave my set to Nokia care again on 08 Jan 2008. My jobsheet no. is 458434038/080108/24 and set IMEI no. is 353965011998421. In my nokia set there are so many problems like down joystic, hearing speaker is not working properly and infrrared is also not working. On last service thr print of body rubber also got damage and there were scratch. . In this set so many manufacturing problems are there.
Now I want to get changed my set from Nokia Company. So, send me the another piece of Nokia 5700 Xpress music set soon, because I am not satisfied with this set.
