So I made my order for an ID from become21.com. Sent them 130$ (extra 30$ for express) waited and waited. Nothing. Then yesterday (a month later) I received an envelope with my name typed on it. It was post marked from Philadelphia, PA. I can tell there is an ID in there. I was excited . Then I opened it and found a piece of paper with my picture on it, UTAH printed on it, my stats except for my B-day, and some crummy graphic of a road. It was laminated. I couldn't even get a library card with this. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Talk about getting hosed. Why would people do this? They could make so much $$$ by doing a great service for people, but instead they try and make a quick buck by ripping us off. Is there really any legit place that offers a service that they stand behind? I am sick and tired of these fu***ng foreigners that rip us off.
