Poor service by nokia

I am submitting my mobile NOKIA N70 to Nokia Care jalandhar Branch on date 2o-06-08 JOB SHEET NO_ 344434038/080623/11 for the problem of mobile. When i switch on my mobile it starts but after that its automatically switch off . So when i go to nokia care office to solve my problem they said that after two days we will given your mobile. Today is 22-07-08 & there is no response from that people. I am very unsatisfied for their service. They are not giving any response of my phone calls also.
