This is a bad agency. We booked our holiday villa through them in Bali. They only keep chasing us to confirm our reservation. We actually later wanted to book through the villa directly when we find out the villa website. But we were unable to. The villa has told us we have to go back to them after they know Sewatama has made the reservation for us.

The main thing we are due to arrive in Nov 2, 2009 today noon. We sent Sewatama and email on Friday which is Oct 30, 2009 to confirm that there will be their staff to pick us up at the airport. They confirmed and replied that we look out for our names.

Our flight arrived on time, when we came out of the customs there are many hotel pick up with nameboard. But none is for us. We waited about 10 mins and called the Sewatama sales agent personnel, Lorita. She did not pick up. Then we call Sewatama office, told them we at airport and no one is here to pick us up.

They say they will check and call us back. But in the end, it always us to call them back to ask for our pick up to our villa. In the end, we waited for an hour and their staff is here. Just use a small paper to write our name. ANd worst of all, there is no transport. The Sewatama staff is there just to help us on a public taxi and paid for it to send us to our villa.

If I need a public transport, I do not need to wait for an hour for it. I paid for USD275/night; which I think is a fairly good price and I expect the service that promise and come with the package.

We arrived in our villa finally but the holiday spirit was ruined by their unprofessional and poor service.

Many excuses was told to us on the phone, none is acceptable. As other tour agency or hotel can manage to be there on time for their guest to pick them up from airport. Why it is so difficult to manage such a simple service and common service!

Worst of all, we never here from them after we arrived at the villa. No apologies. NOTHING! ANyway, I would consider this as a blessing in the skies. I for one would not want to hear from them forever.
We will enjoy our holiday. DO NOT PLAN to let Sewatama to send us to the airport when we leave even we already paid for the services. WE DO NOT WANT TO MISS OUR FLIGHT.

For all the vacation planner, do avoid to use Sewatama. Hope you all will have better start of a vacation than us. Below is the Sewatama agency full name and address.

TIPS: It is better to book the hotel/villa directly with the hotel/villas via internet. Now most of them have their own online reservation. Sometimes for early birds you can HOT DEALS and GOOD Bargain.
