The Nokia 3110 C was purchased from TOTAL SOLUTIONS , 54 B & C, Ashok Nagar, Bhubaneswar. I found the Camera & the Speaker Defective & I reported the matter to the Concerned Shop who referred me to the side by Nokia Care servicing center. But It's been 20 days still The Mobile Phone is not repaired or Exchanged by the Company. The Employees are totally irresponsible in giving a proper date of delivery of the product.I'm staying in a place 120 k.m from Bhubaneswar, from where I purchased the phone & the nokia care being located in the same city compels me to travel to this nokia care center again & again which is again expensive for me.

Beware people!

the only solution to this problem is to get a software update done... i too was facing the same prob so i gave it to nokia care they said my software was corrupted (don't know how) and reloaded the software and now it is working fine even with a 1GB transcend card... hope this helps all u people... By the way nokia care also told me tht we can update s/w at home if we know how to do it and the warranty will NOT BE VOID... I have again started liking the 3110C.

I have the nokia handset 3110 c .
It had too much problem .
I renewed the software 5 times .

NOKIA People are earning money by putting this cheap(in quality) products into market.. Non-sense,, they never think of others time while servicng or exchanging the product.... speak to them very seriously, never give them a chance or never take their personal words,, damage the things in their office,, nothing they can do...

I bought my Nokia 3110 c on oct 2007
now it is getting restarted repeatedly.
I have updated my software last month in your serivce center at mumbai, because of same reason only.

Updating my S/w in Nokia site can Remove this defect or not?
Will this affect my warrenty?

I have purchase Nokia 3110 C on 3rd of March 2008, but it started giving problem in the month of September 08. There was a display problem, totally the display has been disappears. As per the discussion by the retailer, "Patel's Collection", Nirala Bazaar, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, I went to Nokia Care at Mobile Solutions Plot No. 19, G-Sector, Town Centre, Aurangabad on 23rd of September, they told me that this has to be sent to Nokia Company for Repairs, But till date i.e. 20th of October they have not given me the handset after repairing, I think there is too much of problems in this model. Every time they told me thay it will come in the next week. I think the Company should see in the problem seriously and change the handset.
