I need to know where to get a left brake lever for a Baja 125 scooter. I tried to talk my daughter and son-in-law out of buying it from Pep Boys. I have many 10s of 1000s of miles riding motorcycles and have not dropped one in decades. I rode the new scooter down the block and stopped in my driveway and put the sidestand down with the nose of the scooter facing the street. There is a very delight grade to the driveway. I turned my back and the scooter fell over. I know I put the sidestand down as far as it would go and I guess the front wheel turned slightly and pulled the scoot over. I am very embarrassed. The left front brake lever bent into a "U" shape. Where and how can I get a replacement? That sidestand only extends to 90 deg. it should go further. In fact the scooter should have a centre stand. But for now I need a source for the left front brake lever. I wish my daughter and her husband had bought a Honda or Suzuki or even a Vespa or Piaggio. I have a feeling this Baja thing will die before the summer is out.
