I went to Kmart only to stand in line behind 6 other customer & only 1 cashier line open! Then Customer service desk announces they will check someone out but only if you don't have very many items. I checked out at customer service only to have my newly puchased items placed into a white garbage bag! The clerk said" we are out of bags!" Out of bags??? I looked over at the one cashier and she was also putting things into garbage bags! How tastless! who does the ordering? couldn' t the get bags from another Kmart store. Then I noticed on my receipt to visit the website with 7 days of purchase to leave feedback...I thought perfect opportunity but wait... this website doesn't exist! I will never shop at Kmart again!

They could have just handed you your items to carry out if they wanted to be tastless. You likely visited the store just after our new ordering system came into affect when Corporate chose to switch who and how we got such store items as bags. It now takes a month to get them in after ordering but no one was told that at the store level so many Kmarts found themselves without the regular sized bags or without bags altogether and were using layway bags, trash bags, etc.
