Please don't use caps locks when writing a complaint. It just makes you sound like a whiney person and nobody, not even me wants to take you serious. All your contact information for this company is false. Just go to their terms and conditions and scroll down to the bottom. It has their contact information right there.

I ordered the free trial and they sent two other items besides the free one and is charging me $44.85. I have called six times and each times they say to leave a numebr and that they will get back soon. They have not. I do not entend to pay for the item I did not order and if they want it back then they can send me a postage paid envelope. Oprah should be more careful who she endorses. I plan tp protest the charge to the credit card. I do believe we may have found a crook. If not and they take care of this hassle then maaaybe it was just a mistake. The proof will be on their side.

This is totally a raket! I too was treated in the worst manner ever by thier customer service department when I tried cancelling this deceiving trial offer. The man (Brett?) told me I couldn't read and that he would never want to be my friend (shows his intellectual level) and threatened to hang up on me! Needless to say I was very angry and am returning their trial bottle and am attempting to ask for a full refund, even the 15% restocking fee (how can they restock an open bottle of trial merchandise?), and the extra $39.95 they charged my account for this supposed trial bottle...(very deceiving...14 days from their ship date or not, this is not how to grow customer base!) They will not return emails or even answer their phones any longer (must have caller ID). I changed my bank debit information as the POM people will not deal with me. Do not let this happen to you. The product is not worth it.

I have also received the 2 extra items in the shipped package. My total came to 41.85 and today i sent the items back to them. I have also demanded a full refund as i did not order these items, they just sent them. There was NO place on the free trial (for 1.95) to order any extra items, so there was no way i could have made that mistake!
I will wait and see what happens - this is definitely one for BBB to handle if I do not get a response.

This company has a very unethical way of doing business. Everything I have read here is true. When you order the "free trial" of Pomclear they ship and charge for extra products that you didn't intend to order. Then 2 weeks later they charge an additional $39.95 on your credit card. Replying to my inquiry about this charge they said it is the balance due for the "free trial" (?) I had ordered.

Hopefully some state Attorney Generals will get involved and put an end to this type of "racket" and get some compensation for the many victims

This product is horrible. I was mislead and charged twice for outrageous amounts. 4.95 free trial...yeah right! the charged me 40 bucks and 20 days later charged me another 45 and caused my account to go into overdraft. They don't give any indication that they will be doing so either. No one answers the phone calls and no one gets back to you, even if you try to reach them through email. HORRIBLE!

I also ordered the free trial after looking at the website and trying to click out of it got the 1.95 special offer. I did go through with it then, recieved only the one free trial offer bottle for 1.95 only. On their website, it does read in black and whit at the bottom that if you do not cancel within the 15 days, you would be sent additional bottle at that 44. 95 <or something near that amount> cost to your credit card. I have used it and actually like it. It's not addipex or anything like prescription appeitie suppresants I have used in the past, but I am a pommegranate lover so I haven't had any complaint yet. You can actually let your credit card people know not to allow them to charge your account for the second item and just for the shipping and handling charge before you even get it.

After reading the above complaints I agree 100%. I as well
only ordered the POM clear free trial bottle with 1.95 shippng and looked at the packing slip and hoodiburst gum and bottle of hoodiawater was also shipping to the grand total of 41.85.
I sat on the phone listening to their elevator music for 10 min and the message then read then all calls will be taken after hours and not to call during business hours.
I charged this amount - how the heck do I get my money back and off my credit card when this company will not do any contact with you.
I am very disgruntled.

Even for a very old geezer who has been around the track countless times, my experience with this company, this
morning, was unbelievable. Totally unbelievable. First, after a 45 minute wait-on-hold I reached a very young sounding man who seemed to know right off the bat what my complaint was going to be. (I had never ordered the stupid products!) He was rude, totally unreceptive to my complaint, and finally switched
me over to "the fraud department." Here, another youth shouted
at me that I had "ordered the full package and the charges are
legitimate." He ended by saying I was going to be charged with
claiming their business is "a fraud" (which I had not done!) and
that they are "legitimtate" in all respects. He talked over me
constantly, never allowing me more than a word or two. Finally,
he screamed that he had had enough and hung up the phone.
Now, my bank advises me that the only way to block any
further charges is to close my debit card account and start all
over again. What a fine mess! And to this day, I have no idea
how this company got my charge card information. I try to
be very, very careful about how my account number is used.

I don't care how good this product may be, I will never do business with this company again. I have not yet received the "free trial sample" for $4.95 shipping but there is a charge of $44.85 on my credit card. This is just another example of why this country is in the shape it is in. Businesses not caring about their customers. Just out to get the almighty dollar. I question Oprah's integrity. Shame on her for touting yet another discredible product.

This is a hideous company that is rude and EVIL! I just want to stop them from shipping a product I don't want!!! As to Oprah, if you noticed the wording it states that she believes in Pomegranate...not PomClear, don't feel bad I fell for it too! Any lawyers out here? Maybe we can sue them into submission!

PomClear is deceitful in the way they offered the "free" product for cost of shipping. There was no mention of going on a mailing list. Thought this was an opportunity to try and then order if product seemed to be one to continue. Shame on you, PomClear, and shame on me for getting into this fiasco. I have written an e-mail to be taken off the mailing list, will contact my credit card company and will also attempt to call. Also will mail a letter to their mailing address. If the product was any good, theywould not have to conduct business in this manner!

I'm also disappointed with this web-site. I ordered the PomClear and they charge me twice for items that I didn't order. I ordered the trail of PomClear and they sent me Hoodiburst Gum and Hoodiawater 1 Unit that I didn't even order and now my charge account has been charged $84.80 this is a rip off and the 888 692 8352 number is bull because they are not that busy that they can't talk to a customer this is poor customer service.

Don't believe the add. I did the supposedly free trial just pay shipping and 30 days later I was charged 39.95 on my card. So they keep your card on file for who knows how long. I also read the warning comments online and didn't pay any mind. And in the end I got screwed. So BEWARE!
