I read all these complaints and was freaked out, particularly when I couldn't get through on the return toll-free number.

I sent an email the day before yesterday and have already received confirmation that my "free sample" is the only thing I will receive or will have been charged for.

Big sigh of relief here.

FYI, I think that to a degree, it works.

it has been 4 days since my confirmation of my order for pom clear. i went to check my e-mail today & realized that there was a charge of $44.95, not $4.95 . this was supposed to be a trial offer?? then i went to the internet & found all these complaints. i am hurt, horrified, digusted that human beings know that they are intentionally scamming people. i am e-mailing the oprah show, i am calling american express, and i am so going to warn anyone that will listen!!i can tell you if i do not get satisfaction immediately, every news station will be at my front door, and i will have copies of these complaints!!! i do not want this to happen to anyone else. let;s take a stand!!!

hey! we have the same situation. I called them and they are rude..they hang up the phone bec. I was very persistent. I told them that the product they are talking about is I did not order. They are a reap off company.

I received a bottle of 60 capsuls of POMClear. Order Number 1221367 dated Sept. 30, 2008 refers.These capsules were not ordered by me, I tried to call customer service for RMA number and a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider but without success.
Please furnish me with the RMA number and other instructions if necessary.to return the capsules in question for credit. These capsules are not ordered by me .

I, Lucille Cuadra, also received the same order that was to be for a trial usage. I told them I did not want the water or the gum They sent it anyway, and billed me for the 41.85. I do not want the gum or the water products. I know you people are on a quota goal, for sales, but it is unfair to the public to deliberately take our money to secure your job, and make your goals. I am sending the products back to you and I want you o credit my credit card the money you should not have taken. I hope Oprah is aware of what you are doing.

I also was sent a big bill. Did you know that if you don't return everything within 14 days you will e billed $39.99 and get another bottle of this . I just started hitting redial and in a few hours I did reach a very unhelpful young man. He said if I stopped payment on my credit card they would send me to collections.

I am not the only one who has been *#!!!@*** over!! I am discusted that this company has done this to so many people. I am really pissed and do not know what to do except bitch like everyone else. I am holding for customer service but they say my wait will be 40mins. Do morals, values, ethics and common human dignity still exist!? Or do I live in a sepperate world in my head?! I also ordered the free 15 day trial and received the full 30 day supply, Hoodia Water and HoodiaBurst gum total cost was $44.85 on my credit card.No response from phone calls.I emailed them and said I did not order the Hoodia and DID NOT have to pay for it.Within a few days I had a credit of $44.85 back to my credit card.
On the order form are 2 boxes checked for the Hoodia products.If you don't UN-CHECK the boxes, they say you opted in to buy the Hoodia.

I asked for the free trial of Acaipure for $4.85, instead you billed me $44.85 for something I did not ask for. I will be returning my sample and I am requesting that you refund my money. I really didn't think your company would do something like this, but after reading the other complaints, I can see I am not the only one this has happened to. It is to bad because I really wanted to try the Acai.
Oh well, I will have to find another company who mails out what they are suppose to.

Here again, I, Lucille Cuadra received another order of diet pills, after telling you not to send me anymore of the product. What is it you don't understand? I, don't want any more of your product. I am, sending this order back to you. Please credit my account for the money you charged me. Each time I have to send this porduct back, it cost me $6.95 cents. You should also pay for this, since I asked to not to send me any more. This is what happens when you out-source our teller marketers. Do not send me any more of your products. I am closing my account as this notice.

I requestedthe trial 30 day sample of POMClear which was suppose to be only 4.95 for the shipping. I have received two other bottles of this product and do not want them. I decided to keep the first bottle, however, do not want the second bottle and want to return it. But, I can not find any way to do this. The form says if you just return something, you will not be credited for it, you must have an authorization number from them, but can't get one because it is an 85 minute and 5 second wait on the telephone and I cannot find anywhere on the comupter to cancel any subsequent orders. I guess I will just have return the product and call my credit card and tell them to not accept any charges from this company in the future.
