I have been calling and emailing over a week to cancel the product Pom Clear as I am not taking this. I had to cancel my bank card to prevent them from charging my account and removing money.

I have also tried to reach customer service by telephone and email with no luck. I stopped my back card and will just hold onto the crap product until someone from Pom Clear instructs me on how to return it. They can keep sending it...but I'm not paying for it. This company needs to be exposed. They are truly scam artists.

contact the Attorney General Office - Better Business Bureau
to report their scam and you can do so as well! If we get enough people to contact the Attorney General Office we will and can shut them down and have the AG investigate and press charges on all counts! Don't just sit there and complain take action and contact the Attorney General Office - Just use your favorite search engine to do so and look up Attorney General Office for the Phoenix - Arizonia State ! It a great way to get back at these scam artists!

I research and found more information on this company! Their distribution center is located in Largo Florida! So here is the
information I gather from using my search engine which I think was to easy to find! Dynamic Health Products Inc.
12399 Belcher Road South #140 Largo Florida 33773 for refund!
But I also will contact the Attorney General in Florida to submit a complaint as well as the Better Business Bureau! So here's more information to add to your complaint file!

The comments I've read only begin to portray the scam. First is the "Free Trial". It is only free if you accept the monthly shipments along with a monthly bill. You are automatically enrolled once you order the "Free Trial." Then there is the Hoodia crap they send with the "Free Trial" which also has a bill attached to it, making the "Free Trial" $44.95. You are supposed to decline the Hoodia when you order but doing so does not eliminate the product from the order. When you ultimately cancel the order and any future orders you are again billed $39.95 as the "remaining balance."

If trhere are any ambitios attorney's reading this, there ought to be a decent class action suit here.

I was also charged for the product that I have NEVER received. I sent several emails but never got any reply of course. Does anyone know how to stop the monthly payment? do we need to cancel the credit card? to block something? I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO ANYONE

I also can't get ahold of the company. I had to contact my bank and freeze my account. POM is a scam and I am almost emabarrassed to have fallen for them. But, the link I used to inquire about POM was from Oprah's site!
They can't get any more money out of me but I am sure I will never see my $$$$ in a refund. I have truly learned my lesson and until the companies are held responsible etc. shopping on the internet is no longer for me. We get comfortable doing everything on the internet from paying our bills to planning vacations...I hope and pray that someone gets through to the right authorities soon so others won't have to put up with this!

This company is a croc of shit. The only thing I've been getting is my account filled with overdraft penalties, I hope people that are searching for more employment like I was, buy nothing at the end of "Work at Home Sites" that offer this product because you will receive only a nightmare that won't go away. The account will only overdraft larger with a product after receiving it. Just be careful everyone. Thank you for reading my comment. Jean from the ATL.

Very awful in customer service, much of misinterpretation, also charges 4.90(estimate) but then tricks you into buying other items if you do not see the small little checks, but the worst part is that they have apalling customer service!. . .
