I can't be sure, but it seems as though my account [Birdland007] has been suspended, perhaps by a complaint from someone. Under no circumstances do I use profanity nor do I agree with the many insulting antics that go one with some members of this game club. The suspension seems to have occurred after a bridge game with an opponent named SeaBisquit, who very promptly put in the computer in place of my partner after my real partner left the game. He didn't allow a moment for my partner to return. So I refused to bid. Eventually with 4 real partners partaking in the game they would be able to boot me from the game. But I didn't stay to see the outcome. If stalling is justification for suspension, then there ought to be a reciprocal penalty for deliberately replacing someone's partner in the game with a computer. The computer cannot bid properly. I am incensed that my account has been suspended. And it is very clear that SeaBisquit did this deliberately because I asked who replaced my partner with the computer, and he said "Who do you think?" ... as if tough; what are you going to do about it? Please consider suspending SeaBisquit with his orange-ranked score for inconsiderate unsportsmanlike conduct, not me.

Have played for quite a few years and then I bought a new Apple computer Now I want my money back because I can not play any of my badges. They do not seem to care or response back. I am looking for another website.

it would be nice to see my name appear on the screen to when i win last year i won 100, 000 on monopopley 50, 000x2 points it was like i didnt exist i used mmy credit card to pay per month for the time being to see if i woulsd enjoy playing pogo.com so far nothing but trouble

i charged on my credit card last year 29.99 for one year of playing games on pogo.com and now they didnt even ask me if i wanted to renew for a year. they just billed my credit card and i am very mad about this being done. they need to ask before doing the charge . other wise that is fraud... what can i do there is no phone # for this company thank you LINDA BURKE

i joined pogo.com games and they are taking 5.99 monthly out of my checking account plus tax and i am lock out. i have tried to sign in with my password and they keep telling me there is a problem that they will e-mail me in minutes. this has been going on for weeks now. i have no way of getting in touch with them and they continue to charge my account without me being able to play!

Please do not charge my credit card for unauthorized charges. On 1/14/09 you charged my account for 39.99 . Please reverse this charge. I have already contacted my credit card company and they are disputing this

after paying $39.99 for a 1, year subscription to pogo, now the games are hard toget into to play. The letters will stick or not move at all. The games will just cut off at any time, completely off. I AM REQUESTING MY $39.99 BE RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. ALSO INSTEAD OF ONE GAME SPACE COMING UP ON THE SCREEN IT MAY TWO OR THREE.

My dad won a check for 3950.00 through one of thier tourneyments for pool. *9 ball* Weeks later in the mail he got a check for above said amount. Well we took it to the local bank. The bank manager immediately flags the check for being a stolen account nmbr that the company whom it belongs to never authorized pogo.com to use. So not only did we get embarrassed but we gained nothing as well. Pogo lies when they say they give out money.

I won a meager $10 on Pogo.com in a jackpot spin and they REFUSE to pay me, saying that I, too, cheated (as they have told many of you - which is ridiculous!), and I SUBMITTED PROOF THAT I DID NOT! I told them I would be having them investigated for fraud and all they have done is repeatedly sent me generic emails that say the same thing over and over again. SOMEONE PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY! What they are doing is ILLEGAL!

Whenever I try and sit at a pogo spades games table, I am not allowed to do so. I have been playing at pogo free games since I had my computer and have tried to contact it's customer service dedpt. without success.

Downloaded a free trial of Bookworm over a year ago. No one in my family has used this game for the past 8 months or so. Three months ago Pogo.com began charging my bank account for 5.99 each month. There is no easy way to get to my account information to be able to stop payments. Help!

In order to win the challenges I am not able to go into the option setting and change anything. I have been a club Pogo member for years. Why do I play if I can not get credit for it?

I got my Mastercard bill today and there is a "online games popg/ea.www.ea.com.ca" charge of $46.23. I have not been on the pogo website since 2009 and certainly didn't authorize this charge to my account.

for the last three weeks alot of pogo games are freezing up in instantly or in two to three minutes. i ve never had this problem before and i had my computer checked and everything is okay except for pogo. what is going on.tried everything .

This involves Pogo.com games. Recently I was informed that I needed to change the way I am able to receive my game and was given a new way to do so by accessing the Java system. I tried to do this and asked others to help me to install the system all failed in spite of following the directions.

Everywhere I look online I see complaints about Pogo. I'm totally on board with that. They've actually stolen a year of paid membership from me. I haven't been banned - they just lost my membership. I suddenly found myself out of Club Pogo a year prior to the end of my paid membership, and yes, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to talk to about it, so I'm just out my money and my gems. If anyone knows of a class action suit, please post it. I'm not rich. I can't afford to have money stolen from me by a huge corporation.

I signed up for a 1yr subscription about two weeks ago and when I enter the sight they tell me my time will expire on the 10th of September when I signed up they said: I would have two weeks free but now they are telling that my time will expire on the 10th... It has not happened yet but how do you speak to them to find out what the story is...

pogo use this place in India same one that Dell Computers use when U call for support, they tell U that something is wrong with your computer & they can fix it now it U pay $99.00 one man I"ve played with said he paid it & he did have the same problems.
I'm contacting them at their Raleigh, NC office & Orleando, Fl. before I contact BBB.

Pogo is gay and no one should play it for prizes. If your looking for fun games, deffinately the place you should go to cuz if your looking for a prize... OPEN YOUR EYES! They won't just give away $4999 to you. They probably only do that once a year. Everyone always gets an email saying that you cheated or something like that. I have one the jackpot before it was at $4999. Not even joking. Guess what I got back 3 weeks later. "We are sorry but we have detected a 3rd party device and have found you have cheated." Well it said something like that. Don't buy their scams it's really ###ed
