I won a jackpot which was doubled since i have been a member for 4-5 years now. Finally after doing all the links and giving them all the info needed the page said to wait 60 days well 60 days went bye and i emailed them which took at least 6 different times because all they had was some crazy automated email reply then then send me email saying i wont get the money that at some time during my member ship i have cheated, and that it may not have been me but maybe someone using my acct. thats a dang lie and they don't have to prove it they said. I like to play games on the site and never played for the jackpot. If they aren't gonna pay people when they win then don't have it.

I play Turbo 21 and often am given 1, 000 or so points less than I have won. The game scroll at the bottom of the game lists points before I am even done!

I have done the two weeks trial for pogo games and won most of the time on Monopoly game, due to not being able to afford to play these games as a member, you can't win maybe on game out of ten. Got to marking down how many times the robots landed on each others properties and on the properties that I had bought they landed on each other 38 times to me 11 times. Someone please tell me what wrong with this picture how can you get your points to move up when they cheat you out of getting these points just because your not a member. To me this is not right, people like to play these games but can't afford to buy. and you can't play but only a few without being a member we should be able to play the same amount of games as those that pay. Me I like playing the hidden game objects but they just let you play a few and want you to pay to play more of it. give us people a break that can't afford to pay a chance to play these games also.

One of their games caused my computer to crash and now two of their games are corrupted, with Internet Explorer preventing them from opening. There is virtually no way to connect with Pogo because they direct us all to 'forums'. What is the point if a company is hiding behind no contact? I would like to cancel my subscription, but again - how on earth can I do that if I'm blocked from being able to contact them? I find this disreputable and questionable for a company to not make themselves available to paying clients.

I have been a Pogo Club Member now for 4 years - just had my membership renewed in December. For two days now I have been unable to sign in, my desktop icon no longer will log in, I get messages that my password is incorrect and I do not receive replies as to what my password might be (I haven't changed it). They tell me that I do not allow cookies and I have been through all the changes under Tools. I am totally frustrated. There is no phone number for me to call. I would love to hear from SOMEBODY!

Pogo has suspended my account for inappropriate use. Have no idea what they were talking about. Then I received the following e-mail: We have determined that your account name is in violation of the Electronic Arts Online terms of service. As a result this name can no longer remain active on pogo.com. As a valued customer we wish to offer you an account name change. This will allow you to keep your stats, tokens, friends list, and badges while operating under a name that is in compliance with our terms of service.

Screen Name: SKPCOON.

I have been a member since 2001 and have used this screen name so why after 6 years is it in appropriate? I have been trying to contact pogo or EA customer service to no avail. Does anyone have a way to contact them? Or have had this experience?

Like so many other people who have written to other websites: I won a $5.00 prize on 01/31/2008. They sent me a confirmation email and I immediately filled it out anf returned it. On 02/15/08 I was sent a letter saying they had decided I had used a "cheat program" or "auto-run" program. I immediately responded as saying not true. They apparently think they can accuse you of any thing and get away with it. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the California Attorney General's Office. I have asked for all information under the Federal Freedom of Information Act and Pogo has ignored that law.

This is a great scam and apparently it is legal. They refuse to suspend you because then they can be prosecuted by your credit card company. I intend to notify the FCC next... somebody must know of a way to stop this scam and libelous behavior of an incorporated company "acting in bad faith".

My payment for one year from my checking account was charged without my approval which caused me a problem, It was my understanding that it would not be charged to me until April 1, 2009. Pleased correct this and if it is not then my pogo account will be closed . Please notify me quickly or I shall notify my bank not to accept your payment.

Hi. For the last couple of days I haven't been able to get on clubpogo.com. I manage to sign on and as soon as I get to the homepage it kicks me out and I don't understand why. It's really irritating. Please fix this so I can play the pogo games. Thanks.

i have already sent you a letter asking you to fix the bingo balls numbers. The 10, [protected] and 70 does not have the 0 on them when they are called would you please do something about it. i was a pogo member for 7 days and that was when it started. you upgraded the bingo and after you did that the numbers havent been right sent.yours truly grandmalovely@hotmail.com.375

They continue to take money from my Visa after I quit. Is this not illegal? How do they get away with it? Not a contact number my bank checked. I have put a fraud charge with my bank. I want to get rid of them.

Paying for pogo and getting cut off mid game or not getting into site when needed//takes at least 5 minutes before any action is taken by Pogo/then 5 minutes more before game is in progress.

I have an unauthorized charge of $39.99 on my credit card. I joined for one year. After joining, the web site would never let me play chess. The web site worked great until I joined. I never gave permission for my credit card to be left on the site nor for any more charges to be put on my card. The credit card has an expired date on it but the company Intrust allowed the charge. I will never pay it. Glad to see that I am not alone in dealing with this company who seem to be scamming people.

I paid club pogo on apr.10, 08 for ayear, i do not get pogogames anymore because some how I was cancelled, i would like to know why, when i paid for pogo on Aprtl 10, 08 I shouldnt have to pay until 09 I was cancelled on April 27, 08 I need an explaination...

I have played as a member of ClubPogo.com for a few years. In the lst 5 months, I cannot stay connected to the site or it's contantly freezing. I pay good money to play these games and it sure rubs me the wrong way when this system fails. I've tried to register complaint on their web site and I haven't recieved a single answer. I've updated the Java and I make sure that my popup blocker is disabled. Other game sites aren't effected. I've had it!

I was miss lead about Club Pogo price. I thought the charge was for 1yr. but I've been getting debit charges monthly. About 6 months ago, I cancelled my account, I thought, but there is no clear way to cancel. I tried several ways. I want to cancel and get a refund for all that I paid, except the first charge. If the Club pogo people could look at my game play, they will see that I've never played the Club games because every time I try, I get an ad to Join club pogo?

We were playing free games on Pogo. We really liked one of the games so I decided to join Club Pogo for $29.95. After I gave that information, we can't get on Pogo any more. The site just freezes up so we can't get on. I have sent many E-mails to them trying to stop the transaction as I didn't want to pay for something I can't get. The only way we can play the game any more is through an E-mail that they had sent us and that is it and sometimes we have trouble getting that. Of course they already took the money out of our account. Any information on how to get ahold of them would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Someone is using the same I.D.name as mine is D2045 and my password is sd001919.They are using lower case d2045 with password of 001919.I paid to play these games and since they have showed up my scores are getting mixed with theirs and my rank has changed on some of the games, I have 1, 280, 986 tokens.I'm retired and i am 67 yrs.young.Please fix this problem.THANKS, SHARON DARLING 2045 W. This complaint is against a pogo employee who goes by the name beta_pogo. I beat him in a game of 8 ball pool, and instead of taking it like a man...he started to cry about it. He called me a coward after i decided to leave to continue to watch my football game. I wasn't happy with his ignorant comments and decided to go back in and call him out for another game...He [censor]ED out! He reset my points and hid from me like a coward.

Is this what pogo employees are all about?
I have never had a single problem with this company or its employees till now.
I want him removed and stripped away from his title.

Open-beta testing (OBT) of Warhammer Online : Age of Reckoning in Russia was announced to begin on Jan 22, 2009. Company has failed to make it smoothly and client-friendly. Besides, it requires registration to participate, which includes the receiving of the registration key.

The key distribution system is not transparent. Many players have been unsuccessfully waiting for more than 14 hours. Most respective complaints and questions on the official forums are either deleted or banned by the company employees.

As of now some people are trying to sell OBT registration keys. Advertisements were published on the game official forums. One may suspect some employees of the company are involved, as it's quite obvious that OBT key distribution system is vulnerable for fraud and corruption.

i was suspended from games for absolutely no reason at all. i do not resond to players remarks. and 70 percent of the time the players are well mannered. please lift my suspension immediately. i am a 50 year old women that wants to play spades for relsxation. granted there are a lot of people out ther that should be terminate

I was charged $39.99 on my credit card for an annual club pogo subscription for which I did not request a renewal. I will not pay this. I do not want this renewal.

I have with no sucsess to contact aol and pogo.
I have not played this game at all and for the past year it has continued to charge my credit card for 5.99 every month. Please stop i do not want to play this game . All you have to do is go on the pogo site and see i have not even logged on to play. I dont know how else to tell aol and pogo, I will have to cancelel my credit card that i have been with for years to get rid of pogo. again stop charging my card!

The Pogo ad said try out for two weeks and give me the runaround while I am trying to apply to try out and I end up paying for a year membership. I don't even like Pogo much and after a day, I realized that they had very little I wanted for $39.99 US. That is a lot of money for non satisfaction.

I tried to reach them asking for my money back but they are unreachable... they keep sending a person on to Wiki or some other thing when you click help or contact and I have their address on my PayPal and they refuse to answer that.

Such playing of people sucks and makes me sick. Does anyone know how to reach these money grubbing people?

Yes I would like to complain of the fact all the jackpot winners are not members and are playing on guest passes and when I go to follow them they aren't even in a room. I just want people especially club pogo to know that i have a list of names dates and games of "players" that have won the jackpots in every game but mysteriously don't exist! I also want to let people *pogo* that if actions aren't taken care of on their part it will definitely be taken care of my part!

went in to play free games, someplace it asked for my information, I gave it, (DUH!), and then I saw a price
of 39.99 and do not remember hitting a submit button. I never play anything but free games on the computer.
I am 70 years young, but, obviously made some kind of mistake here, and I cannot afford a deduction of this amount from my meek little budget ! That is money for meds., and or food !
I have put a warning out with my back and a claim with them. It could take up to 90 days, and that is a long time to be short this amount of money !
I need someone to give me a boost in getting POGO
to put that money back into my account !ASAP
I am hoping to hear something sooner. If this can help me, I sure do need something quicker than a 90 day turnaround.
