PMIdentity.com began taking unauthorized charges of $19.95 each month from my credit card. I had to call their toll free number, only to get an automated message, in order to cancel my "membership". Of course, in order to cancel I must know my "membership number" and key it in, or I need to key in my credit card number. I still have no idea how they gained access to my account number. I have sent a complaint to their website and threatened legal action if they don't reimburse, fully, the charges since April this year.
