I have emailed POF many times without any replies
They had a lady on POF that was suppose to help members.
I tried to post an event and ask for her help on 2 occasions and she accused me of being rude and blocke me from POF til September 2014.
Why can't POF tell me exactly what I did for them to allow this missallison to block someone for asking for help.
No problem though I found a better sight now
datehookup.com lets me post and they are very helpful.

Advertising was good enough for me to upgrade but then after I upgraded on the website I did not know that actally I will be not getting the full service I will get if I upgrade, in the other hand the website said they can't refund my money back, that is what I call stealing my money without providing the things I expected to get from the website and without a refund from the website I did not know the website is actually unsafe to upgrade on and my username is habibs on the website.

Is it possible that the language to what you agreed to said that you would end up paying $5.95 a month but that the fee was to be paid in a lump sum? I know a lot of sites do that - charge you for several months at once but show you how it breaks down to a per month charge. But if you disputed the charge, they may have rejected your payment and that may be why they canceled your account.

I deleted my pof account yesterday night. I was told by one of the people I was in contact with they can still pull up my profile, only my photos are deleted (which I did before deleting, thank god) I did a user search of my user name, and it does not come up. I also can not sign back in to delete the write up. Why is it -still- up? I want it removed completely, as it still looks like I'm on the site. What's up with this BS?!?

Suggestion...Delete your photos and most of the content of your profile description. This will keep others from contacting you. Worth a try, few people will contact with no photos.

****WARNING, RED FLAG, HORNS, BEEPERS, WHISTLES**** Ladies on plentyoffish, beware. There is a guy in Grand Blanc, Michigan that is totally and completely lying to you. His screenname is LUC_E_ME. His profile says HE IS A GOOD GUY BUT HES NOT. How do I know this? Because up until 2 week ago he was my boyfriend of almost 6yrs. Half of whats in his profile is a lie, and his profile has been up and down several times over the last 6 yrs or so. He is a cheater, a lier, and never has only 1 woman at a time. He hasn't been "Single" in 14 yrs. He jumps from one relationship to the other, and his relationships always overlap. He starts with a new woman and she thinks she is dating a single man. He goes back and forth between the new woman and his unsuspecting girlfriend. He has given me 2 STD's. This guy is a dirtbag. He is a very good looking guy and can be extremely charming, so watch out for him. But trust me ladies, that pretty face is ALL he has to offer. He doesn't have a real job and is always looking for the next big "scam" in order to make money. If you decide to ignore my warning, then you are on your own, and may God have mercy on you for all the heartbreak you are going to go through. Well first off, I vote that Markus should be professional for when it comes to letting some of his customers know whats going on when it comes to finding out they have been banned, I made numerous accounts, sometimes been on it for a few minutes, than "BAM" out of nowhere Im kicked off and tried even seeing if my email address is in their system and they claim to say its not. Well its not hard to just make a new one, but these so called Moderators need to do their research and actually go through the rules & regulations cause their are large amounts of discrimination issues going on for something you DON'T have to pay to use. Boycotting sure wont get anywhere but the word out that Markus doesn't know how to run a business surely one that people use for simple reasons (not mentioning them on here ofcourse). I myself can do a much better job without having to deal with moderators, (basically anything goes). I know several people out there can agree with me that POF has become a Sea without fish. That expression theres plenty of fish in the sea has become an oxymoron since Markus and his moderators have been "poaching" us free willing fish out of the sea. I tried to sign up for a 3 month membership for $39.99 and was charged for a 12 month membership for $119.99. I contacted them immediatley and told them I wanted the 3 month membership they told me that sales are final and they do not give Refunds!

plentyoffish has charged my bank card $29.99 on 2/5/23 and$29.99 on 2/6/23 both of these charges are unauthorized i have never used there services for online dating past or present. i would like my money back asap i have called every number they have listed but none of the work. i am making a report of fraud against them.

I have tried everything: Security levels in internet options tools in at the lowest level, cookies are enabled, i have had to ask an expert in justanswer.com which is costing me money, to add insult to injury.

I was discriminated on plenty of fish becauce afater I signed up.Thre was guys sending me dirty messages 1 inperticular that calls hisself sensibleguy540 .Every time I got a dirty message from someone I told them they must had not read me profile.Because I explained I didn't like dirty talk. Guys were sending me emails about wanting BJs and this gur inperticular was very filthy mouthed.I thougt POF said there was not suppose to be any sexual content written in messages or your count would be deleted.Because the people got mad and blocked me because I sent them a message back stating how I felt about their language. POF sends me a warning that if I got blocked by so many members I would get kicked off POF.I think the guy that runs this site is a ricist.Because I'm a women and I"m a decent lady he threatened to kick me off so I deleted my on account.But the guy that sent me those horible messages far aas I know wasn't ever even sent a warning and I complained 2 times on him.Does anybody have a number I can call this Markus.It made me so mad I want to take him to court for racesim.

I keep getting my profiles deleted as well. When I write to Markus I never get a responce. I feel like its because I am not goodlooking. I am attaching my picture as well to this. I made a mistake when I signed up and I did not mean to process the transaction, it was done as a very honest error. My son is on medication and I need the money returned to me. The plenty of fish have no phone number and keep telling me its my fault and they won't do anything. They are jeopardizing the health of my child as I need the money. We all make human mistakes...this is rediculous.

i cannot get pof to work it keeps deleting my new profiles right after i make them how can i get acess to pof agian i was told my photo is still there

Plenty of Fish is run by one person, so you can imagine that he probably gets millions of e-mails as he is the largest dating site around right now. Its kind of the you get what you paid for saying... in this case you paid nothing so you should expect a crapp solution unfortunately. People are wierd and you always have to be careful on any website you go on. Sorry you had a bad experience
