This coming september 24, 2015 will mark one year since I left pof, the very worst online dating website in the entire world. that website has costed me a dating life all because they didn't want me to be matched with asian women at all for no reason. pof has blocked my messages that I sent to asian women, and they also did the same to the asian women who sent me messages. they have shown bigotry towards all men who want to date asian women, pacific islander women and hispanic women. pof is a racist, bigoted online dating website, that has violated the rules & regulations of the online industry. I have filed several complaints againist them with the federal trade commission, the ic3 division of the fbi, called my congressman and senators several times, nothing has been done by either the u. s. or canadian governments to shut down and put pof right out of business.

I tried Plenty of Fish and upgraded for 3 months to messaging option. I found someone(not on the internet) and quit using the site. However I did not delete my profile. I did not sign up for automatic renewal or any other option but my account was still charged. No way to contact them to dispute the charge. Submitted fraudulent charge complaint to my financial institution.

I Claire grinsell have been on plenty of fish for to years I deactivated my account on plenty of fish from December 2015 before I deactvate my account I had conitus problems with a so-called friend on plenty of fish and iam unable because of this so called friend to be able to use that dating site may you look in to this matter for me please.

PLENTY OF FISH or POF as they prefer to be referred as (to try and avoid google searches obviously) are a dating and credit card scam. Please don't fall into these scammers, they use your credit card on a heap of other sites and also sell all your personal details on to other sites. If you have the audacity to complain to these vultures they delete your profile and on sell all your information. Because they are based OFFSHORE they can get away with it because they are an internet scam.

On 2/6/15 I sent company plenty of fish. com an e-mail letting them no, I want to cancel my membership for on line dating site. they sent a reply to my email stating that a rep would get back to me soon as possible then all of the sudden now my pass word nor e-mail will work. Someone on Plenty Of Fish has been using my pictures and has given people my number. I am not on this site and there is no way I can report it by myself. This person has written rude things about me and have given people my number, which I don't know how they got a hold of it. It unbelievable how plenty of fish can even let such profiles through, it's disgraceful.

As many have experience in 2014, my profile of 7 years was deleted without reason or cause to me. Everything was going great with my pof in early nov 2014 to the last time used, never any problems in 7 years, I went on vacation, when I return by Thanksgiving, it was GONE, couldn't even say goodbye or happy holidays to my friends of many years? They're idiots, wrote them 5 emails over 5 weeks, trying to find out what happen before finally just receiving the automated B.S. email, indicating violation of Terms and Conditions, no actual details.

How can we get this mad man (Markus Frind from Germany) to stop this? Is this nazi germany to where ONLY one man decides the outcome and the freedom of choice of all at the same time being discriminating and providing undeserved outcomes, are there any laws in Canada to assist anyone? There should be an appeal process and if someone has made a mistake, given a second chance to amend, even criminals get this system or is Markus Frind perfect and everyone else not. Markus will probably institute the death penalty for those who commit any errors on POF in the future, hail Frind...by the way, have you noticed that there isn't any information on this chap's family or marital/dating status, difference of age with his parents or anything, he's basically invisible on the net!

This board of complaints has allowed Donna J..Sykes to state things and post my name with her lies. This individual is manipulative, and has posted to a dating site that only SHE EVER USED. In my name, she has stated things in order to excuse her own behavior. I have sent repeated emails to POF and this site in order to remove this from this complaint board. Nothing has been done, so at this point, I will involve an attorney for defamation of character against Donna J. Sykes; with POF and this site also listed as aiding her in this process WITH KNOWLEDGE.

I was charged 35. 16 card# 4724 xxxx xxxx 6357 and I want it back in my account, I had no idea that they pof would charge me I thought it was free and I never upgraded to anything and i'm very disappointed and stressed over this, i'm on disability and would not have charged anything. Someone has completed a profile to meet women using my email address. I have emailed POF many times via email and they will not respond. I even called there mystery accounting number and left a message but no one has replied, I want them to contact this person and ask them to cease this activity. I have changed my email passwords and changed the password on the illegal POF account so the person can't access it anymore but the company showed have the decency to contact me to rectify this situation. Very poor customer service.I have never signed up for a dating site-I am happily married for 20 years.

My profile was hacked on Plenty of Fish. Someone took over my existing profile, Kept my user name, changed photos and a few pieces of information. No idea why someone would do this. BUT I have tried to contact POF numerous times with no results. Had to google to find any phone #. then, it says mailbox is full. Have not heard from POF AT ALL., Except for an automated response that says we received your email. Worst set up EVER.

Don’t waste your time on the website www.plentyofish.com. All women need only two things from you. They need surprises and free meal from you. After that you will never meet again. Total waste of time and money, so avoid these scammers and post comments about your experience on this website. It might be very helpful for other people.

I was a ethical gentle person never would break any rule or cause disruption, like others, found one day account deleted w/o warning or any explanation, I had Christian in my screen name to avoid individuals looking for more casual people. Yesterday a man who was disabled wrote me a friendly email first response was kind enough so responded back because I cared, wanted no one to feel like they are not just as worthy as anyone else in seeking love, on next response I got a severely abusive email that said God had revealed to him as he was special with special gift when had almost died of massive stroke he obtained this "gift" then goes on to say I need help I am hore who walked away for a godly man God had his hand open and I refuse the man god gave me -bizarre and hurtful to a spiritual person. Next to his comment is underlined in red like for all members" say report inappropiate msgs" I copied the conversations in full and reported it saying- please take this man off or help so does not hurt another woman !- Instead I was deleted and my friend says they left him active as paid for upgrade. This is against ADA1998 fed law and domestic violence act of 1998 in USA both Federal law . No one contacted me to help resolve any misunderstanding, when I blocked him, site then also it deletes the comment that was stalking/ abusive /scary so complained again with copy pasted- of comment shared with male friend out of security concerns and need to let male friends know as live alone...I responded to every legit comment w kindness on their site and would have history of my behavior, yet offered upgrade then deleted w/o warning . this site wanted only hookup type people yet had found one kind man was communicating with like minded person.I did nothing wrong they discriminated against me as not easy sexual ctc for men, Christian in screen name and that I complained and was not paying customer..Similar to putting an ethical rape victim in jail for complaining about the attack and not being type of customer the attacker found desirable-only time cut and pasted-anther's comment but they delete the comments when block! saved to my own gmail-really traumatized me, they allow sexual comments and male nudity to be dangerous to women but if you complain will delete you protecting yourself, I will tell everyone know if they are not going to resolve this act of discrimination and want to help other good women know they are not alone its not your fault

The dating site Plenty of Fish (or POF) has repeatedly deleted my dating profile because I am a trans woman and state so on my profile. There is no way to contact the website and they simply redirect you to their terms and conditions. I'm quite upset about this actually, and I think it is extremely unfair that they do this to me and other trans women. It is disgusting!

I have tried to delete my Upgraded account on Plenty of Fish
: Dating Website. However unable to delete my account. I type my e-mail address in and they say it is invalid. Plenty of Fish keep sending me e-mails from this address so I find it quite irritating to get e-mails from the. How can my e-mail address be invalid when they keep sending me notifications Please help me I just want to delete this account. I re-iterate that they can't recognize my e-mail account. What do I do to cancel my account? My password is also invalid not even able to change it as they can't recognize my password.

I registered on the website www.pof.co.uk and thought that it was my chance to meet beautiful ladies, but in reality I wasted time and that’s all. As well as almost all services are paid. I won’t recommend this website. I was so disappointed in it. As well as I waited to advise other people to post comments about their experience. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

Markus Freund the owner and founder of this dating website runs an unprofessional, totally unfair and slipshod website operation. Be prepared for major headaches-basically because of unfairness and the technical way he runs this
-he routinely makes cahnges to the website where massive numbers of users are either deleted or will never have access to their profile again-his system DOES NOT RESET TO AN E-MAIL ADDRESS -specifically the E MAIL YOU ACTUALLY SET YOUR ACCOUNT UP WITH -WHICH HE SENDS A LETTER OF EXPLAINATION AND WARNING TO WHEN YOU REGISTER. see proof of this on site "is pof down"
THIS MAN is obviously a power tripped-his whole operation is based upon threats and warnings
Only problem is he and his staff will delete the wrong people
My profile met all of his guideines- there were clear appropriate photos
I never abused anyone or said anything inappropriate-no reason to complain about me
Many women sent abusive messages-I finally reported them
BUT I was the one deleted
His unprofessional staff refuse to give any reason
This man runs everything on threats of deletion, has an enormous ego, and does not delete any real abusers-just people who should not be deleted or got caught in a technological change and could not reset password
