Playtika games: diamond life (99 mil pnts) and around the world in 80 spins. (90 mil pnts)

While playing a couple games, three times, after hpaving been playing them several times, I got this message DURING FREE SPlNS! "Oops, looks like you're playing another game" (Which was impossible.) I hit Okay and reopened the game with one BIG problem. I lost 9 Spins, at 10, 0000 pnts 90, 000, 000, 3 spins at 9, 000, 000 points, and AGAIN, 9 spins at 10, 000, 000 for a loss of 90, 000, 000. That's 189, 000, 000 lost points, which I want replaced or paid back.

Playtika giving out my phone number

I don't know if I am making a mistake, but it seems that someone from Slotomania is giving out my Phone number to disgruntled customers! Got 2 calls, (thank God I have their names and Phone numbers, ) in the last 12 hoursI A couple of others where I have only one Name to provide! I stopped playing their games about 3 months ago, due to their loose way of doing things, and I feel they are getting even with me! I cannot get through to anyone, and I don't even want to think about SLOTOMANIA anymore! Others have to kn ow what is going on! Thanks..

Playtika slotomania, cheating games, no bonus on pixie queen, no way to contact.

I just played the featured play all pixie queen game for 40 mins. and lost 12, 000 coins trying to get the bonus. I got the bonus 1 time and I have a good eye and good strategy and don't ever have a problem like this from any other game on Slotomania. I feel cheated because in the first row when a bonus would come up, it would turn pink, and then it would completely skip the middle row and the last row bonus would come up. It did this plenty of times and on all the other games when you hit the bonus and it turns pink, the other bonuses pop up. I really think this is an issue that needs to be fixed because with an awesome feature to pick your bonus, it should be fun and entertaining and instead it is frustrating and cheating. I really like this game but not being able to hit the bonuses like the others makes it no good to play. With that being said I will no longer play this game until its fixed, it really is a sad loss and this is exactly why I still have not rated this game with 5 stars. Thank you for your time, I really do hope this issue is fixed, not just for me but for everyone especially considering its not very easy to win coins in some of the games, and a big loss like that is enough to piss someone off and not play this game again. Also, they should have more options in the suggestion boxes for the problem so everyone can get the full customer support they deserve. I had to get on my computer to contact them because on mobile, it will not let you hit the submit button after entering a suggestion. Then after I enter my concerns and press submit it says, "Failed to submit, please try again later.." It makes me very mad that you cannot contact them with your issues, its like they don't care to hear what you have to say. This would make for a really bad review. Please fix these problems and I will be happy to give 5 stars.

what they perhaps do not see ist that everybody with this experience feels the same way and are no longer interested in playing slotomania.

Playtika coins already in my account

playing slotomania last night. I began playing with 92 million coins and a fter going to a bonus I was down to a few thousand coins. I was only betting 10 thousand coins in the first place. why are they cheating me out of the coins I should have. I have over 19 million coins in the piggy bank and I am unable to break the jar and get them. and why are they charging me $11.99 to breakthe bank and my cousin only has to pay $5.99 to break the piggy bank. slotomania is just out and out cheating. I want my coins back or to be compensated for them.

just don't play slotomania. I was playing Godesses of troy and all my coins just vanished. what is really going on? I kn ow someone else has purchased this game but why are they taking your coins away? out of 92million coins betting only 10 thousand coins per spin, within a matter of about 2 minutes play I was down to $159.they are really openly stealing the coins from you. cheaters, cheaters, cheaters.

Playtika slotomania - rip off

I spend a great deal of money on these games, or I used to. Hundreds of dollars to play a few min or even seconds is ridiculous. I just spoke with one of the Superglue, and about 119, at this point are talking class action suit and unfair gaming. The system goes down or freezes a lot, especially when you are about to win some amount. The games do not calculate wins accurately. One night I lost over 8 mil on 2 games. ... and that's just the tip of the iceberg. Spending too much on sloto. I am writing to you to either give my money back, or give me enough coins to play longer than a mere few minutes or seconds Please don't tell me to contact worthless and helpless Playtika. Pathetic is a perfect explanation. am not paying any additional monies, until I can okay for a decent amount of time. I have been ripped off more tines that U a count. Like now, I have no coins to play. I have been trying to scrounge some coins... no luck...

I had 300, 000, 000+ coins missing from my account. I have proof and time stamps and they keep refusing to look at my account. They can see the 5 minute time frame and see I never spun during this time but they keep ignoring me or answering me with emails that have nothing to do with my problem.

Playtika tournament winning not credited and glitch in tournament history

I have sent close to 100 emails to customer support at Slotomania/Playtika and have NOT receive a single satisfactory response; rather, a brush-off, non-supportive, non-investigative and no effort to answer or resolve my concerns and frustrations. Below is the email I have sent for the past months: ------------------------------------- START - Various DATES ------------------------------------- I'm writing again, for the 44th email - i don't understand why i haven't gotten any reasonable response from Playtika/Slotomania concerning my issues; I am a paid Slotomania member and this is how I'm being treated. I feel very much ignored and robbed. REPEAT MESSAGE: I haven't heard back from Slotomania about the Tournament winning I was supposed to receive from placing 13th place in the Chili Loco slots machine sometime in August of this year. As you can see in the picture attachment, there's some issues with the date of the tournament as well as the icon of the Slots machine I was playing at the time; the icon of the slots machine should be Chili Loco instead of the Love Boat [which I've never played - or pay to unlock] - it is still locked, thus how could i have played a machine that i haven't even pay to unlock?! Playtika why reduce my point whatever you like!!

Im slotmania fans since i know this game but why this game become more worst and worst?Customer spending so much money for your company is just to reduce our point suddenly or for fun?How much i have been spended?dont have any records? If the game company are not respecting customers, why we need to support and respect your game since many years untill now?I really disappointed to slotmania!

Playtika must be punished as they took away the hard earned money/time spent on status points for those players who started on 2015. They are souch after money. It's a real gambling app with virtual coins as there promos are all about how to fork money from customer. These company are rip off .

Go to vegas instead. Beware. Stop. Please do not download this game. This is not free. Truly free games don't earn almost 6 million dollars in monthly revenue. Thats real dollars. Not the gold colored, digitally created intangible play chips they "give" you in return and then dabgle the bobe just long enough to make you think you want to try one more time. Slotomania is exacerbating the already rapidly growing epidemic of gaming addiction. This is the newest heroin but it is worse because it's offered to the entire population simultaneously, 24/7, it is legal, and they take credit and debit. Thats every drug dealers dream come true. You will regret downloading this game very soon but some of you will not be able to stop. You will delete the app only to download it the next day or even the same day. My niece is on level 300 or 400 or something and she has spent at least $2, 000 in three months. It could be more. I'm actually afraid to do the math because it's my money too. I see people on level 6, 000! I think, holy [censored]. These poor people have it bad. This is what my niece wrote on her wall on facebook: at first i was impressed with these high ranking players, but that was before i had spent all my money. It doesn't matter how much you have in there. You will use it up and you will want to buy more. That's an absolute fact. Spent possibly more than $2, 000 in just a couple, three months., tops. Thank you, slotomania, for getting people hooked on something they otherwise would have had very little to no access to. And this is for play chips. We are the sorry excuses for buying this crap with money we actually had to work to receive. That makes us what is called an addict. I im in the same sittuation as you are i feel embarrase and i did to spent few grands in less than two months got up finnalyto 3 billion chips... Lost them all in les than 5 hours very frustrate it with them i erase the app and instaled again a few times but this time im decide it couldnt take it at some point i spent 100 dollars in chips in like 2 minutes felt worst than when i used to gamble in Las Vegas at least back them some days i got luckie but here even when i won lile you say is fake. Money well thanks for the complaint

Playtika slotomania

I was on level 850 something with about 12mill coins and lost it all after update and signing in to FB on my iPhone 5c. About 3 or 4 weeks ago, my iPhone 5c was hacked thru a survey email I opened offering free coins for the app slotomania. The virus affected everything on my phone. Since starting over and trying to repair the damage done, I have updated my phone to the os9 and my slotomania app, logged in with FB, has started me back to the very beginning. I know that this data is somewhere. I have no backup now, that I can find. Can u help me? A lot of time and some $$ is invested here. Thank you! Those running the scam were still using my old FB accounts to send the emails. The one hacked was Vickie Ramsey. I have 2 now with Vickie P Ramsey. One is active it was Vickie M P Ramsey. Please help me recover my lost data.

Please someone get a hold of Slotomania tech support anf let them know that customers are getting sqiggles and pixels, so can't play game. Looks as though Slto classics and current games are overlapped. I haven't bee able to play since sometime early Tues (2/14/2017).

Playtika have not been receiving winnings

Have not been receiving winnings from Bonus games such as Wild Pizzeria, where I was playing the Bonus game, won 550x2, @ 500, 000 bet and was kicked out before receiving winnings. Played this game several days ago.

Am playing Allstar Christmas game right now, and every time I get a 4 bag Bonus, am kicked out.

Therefore, it seems to me that when there's Bonuses involved, money to be paid out, it's not going to happen. However, in contrast, there's no problems alerting to buying coins.

During the time of Meyer Lansky, NYC gangster, he ran straight games in his casino, finding it wasn't necessary to scam people at games. If they were winners, they'd come back, and the losers left their money in the casino...

In the past two days i have not gotten two of my tournament wins! It came up and said winner so i pressed the collect button, and it shows the coins going up to my balance but nothing is getting added, my father and i have both lost several coins, he has lost a lot more then i have, like millions of them. I am starting to get very angry. Him and i spend money on this game and to get no coins for what we have earned is just irritating. Also i bought coins yesterday, and i never got my five Sloto Cards that it said i would get. Is there anyway him and I will get all of our coins for the tournaments back or no?

Playtika - lost points twice

This happened twice in the short time I played SLOTOMANIA!! I went in to play the next day, finding that my Points total was reduced from the amount I left it at the previous night! The first time I left the total point at just around 2 Million! The next day it was at around 345, 000! I wrote in a complaint and was told that they couldn't find anything...

Playtika takes all your money, never pays out

I have foolishly spent thousands of dollars on this game. I was finally up to 9 billion points. Lost it all in less than 2 weeks. No fun playing a game that costs you money. And can't even pay you back in FAKE money. I will stop playing, feel foolish and stupid for falling for this scam game.

I was also stupid and bought coins, it’s funny when they have a special game going on like CivilitreasureS and the sticky wilds on the free spins you may get one 5 free spins, I have never gotten the 15 free spins or a retrigger, if you do get a free spin it will be for a small amount, but as soon as the game promotion is over, you will start to get the 15 free spins and retriggers, of course your coins were depleted during the promotion. For the customer service group you got have players in the game and make them win especially if they are buying coins, the more they play and win the more likely that they will buy coins, players are going the stop playing and buying once they realize what a rip off it is. Just go to a real casino, at least there you have a change of winning real money.

I even check the Wi-Fi or internet Slotomania is my all time favorite. It was my first gaming game on my Kindle Fire and is also on my phone. I become up set when this happens. Please tell me what I can do to prevent this.Best Wishes, Patricia L. Long

Playtika Will not let me collect my coins from my friends

It has been 3 months since I have been able to collect my gifts from my friends that send me ever day I have over 4, 100 friends that send me coins and I have sent many lethers to slotomania and I got one letter that said I should hear from someone by Oct 26 and never heard anything and still not fixed

on slotomanias facebook pageit said i would get half a million coins if ifollowed the 3 steps which included liking and sharing it on my facebook page which i did aswell as thanking lucy and commenting on a number of slotomania pages. i still didnt receive my half a million coins after trying for a number of hours. i then did a survey for camorra research for spark telephones that wa linked on the slotomania page which said i would get a gift of 500000 coins which again i didnt receive. i completed the survey successfully i might add but got nothing. please could i be compensated for thisin some way for the time and coins i didnt receive. thanx

I clicked on a gift que in Facebook, and when I was directed over to Slottomania's site, the counter read "null" and stripped my account of 281, 830 coins. Some of this bank I won, a lot I payed for. I wish to be reimbursed what was mine. Nothing more.

Playtika They wanted to get money from me and continued to send fake messages

I used the website of the company Slotamania. Once I got email from them, where they offered to get large bonus. I needed to visit their website and the rep provided further instructions, but they wanted me to sign up on Facebook and after that they wanted to get some money from me. I refused and they continued to send me different scamming emails and offerings. Please, share this info and post comments if you had the same problems with this company.

Playtika I had to up date the proram and my chips are gone

My name is James Callahan I have been playing on the WSOP website on my phone. Last night I received a message to upgrade my software. I did and when I got it back over 2, 600, 000 chips were gone. I played under Card Master and now I'm Jim. I lost my status of level 30 something. Now I have 24, 000 chips and level 4. my cell number is [protected]. My old I.D. was[0a602b4-ab89-4d18-9eb-45520c2cd745]. I am disabled and really enjoy my poker friends who are also gone. that old I.D. was the number they used when I was transferred to a face book account on my phone. I hope you can help. My Slotomania page is not listing the correct amount to gamble with in the upper left hand part of page but is listing correct amount at bottom right. I have a photo of this of needed.

Playtika level up

I was playing Slotomania and needed 10, 000 points to level up to level 700. I passed the amount that I needed and it ignored it and changed the amount needed to another 80, 000 points. I want my level up reinstated to show 700 and I want my 1, 300, 00 owing to me. Thank you.

I was playing Slotomania this evening and I went up several levels several different times and it would tell me how much I got for the level up bonus and asked if I wanted to share. I answered yes and then it came back to the screen and said a similar occurrence is happening on another browser and wouldn't give me the points. It cheated me out of several points. I went from 30 some million down to 8 million and never got any level up points. I went up about 20 some levels today. what is going on?

I cannot access Slotomania.com on my desktop any longer. I was at level 398 with over 1.5 million credits. Is anyone experiencing the same problem?

Playtika wiping out credits periodically

Twice now in the last month or so I have returned to the """Slotomania""" games to find that my credits have mysteriously disappeared. First instance was...I had 34, 000 credits and clicked on my bonus of 7000 and turned my computer off. When I returned my credit balance showed 26 or 28, 000. Not sure exactly. But the balance should have been 41, 000. What happened? Just today I had approximately 10, 000 credits when I left the game...came back to load in my bonus of 7000 and when I looked up my credits were at 230+ and after loading in my bonus I had 7200+. What's happening and how can I get my credits back?

I play slotomania game as free user, since they came out a game to pay $15 to unlock and i paid $15 to unlock the game, they never unlock my game and support no respond. This is some kind of ripoff service on the internet needed to be shut down.
