After receiving phone calls regarding vacation stuff, the company falsified information and withdrew far more than they were authorized to take. I reported it to my bank and was told that they would reverse the charges once I got proof from Platinum Services that they had done what I accused them of. I contacted the company and received a letter revealing the company name and address, but they refused to return my money unless I signed a document saying I would not prosecute over it. Being the only way to get my money back, I did so. The company actually tried to cash the original check I sent them (for something else that came up before finding out how they were ripping me off) a year later. Luckily the bank refused to cash it that time.
If you get a phone call that starts with the sound of a cruise ship, it would be best to hang up because they are Platinum Services, and they will rip you off the same way.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This Company had the nerve to STEAL $149.95 out of my checking account without permission! When calling them to find out what was going on they got nasty & said I signed up for this service which was a $1, 000 shopping spree for only $149.95 out of pocket. I contacted my bank & filed FRAUD charges & is being resolved. So in the future be aware of Platinum Services Stealing money from your bank account it shows up as an ACH debit!
company withdrew $99.95 from my checking account without my permission and the lady on the phone would not give me any information she just said i can file a complaint but i would not get my money back. i dont think thats right they take my money without permission and i cant get it back. i just want it back and for them to not try it again.
I've had $99.95 taken out of my account without my authorization. I tried calling the number provided with the transaction but it is "out of the reach of my phone service". I would like to know how to contact this company or whatever it is.
The same this just happened to me also. I keep getting told that it will take 5-7 business days to return my money. But never is returned. Then when i ask to talk to a supervisor, whoever Im talking to says, they are. I am going to contact local news stations to get the word out as well as facebook to warn other people about this scam. I will get my money back from these ###!
I did not authorize a debit of $99.95 to Platinum Services. I have no idea who they are, but I do expect my money to be back in my account sometime today. I am a single mother of 4, and I cannot afford to just hand money away especially to a company that I have no dealings with. If I am not refunded in full today I will have an attorney get in contact with this company.

I have a account open at the eudora bank in eudora arkansas its for my child which is disabled and she need her money every time that you try to debit my account i have to pay overdraft fees that are outrageous i never sighned up for any services and i wish that this would stop.
My account was debited for $99.95 by this company Platinum Services, I dont have any idea who thay are and I did not authorize them to take anything from my account, I can not find out where they are so i can file a report with the BBB, and I never get an answer from the [protected], #, somone please help

They took 99.00 from my bank account and was NEVER EVEN CONTACTED. Obviously another company info was compromised. Now they refuse to give it back.
I was charged $99.95 out of my checking account without my authorization. When I called them to tell them to refund my money she just kept telling me that I recieved an e-mail saying what the service was and to respond in 7 days to cancel. I told her I did not recieve an e-mail and I want to be refunded she just kept telling me their company does not refund any money. When I asked her who owned the company she hung up on me.
Platinum Services took $ 99.95 out of my account I don't even know who these people are! And I want my@#$%^money back!
Platinum Services debited out of my account as well as 200cash.com. I tried to get a payday advance and stupidly filled out the forms... now I have to cancel my account and am out a total of $120. Does anyone know how I can contact this company?

I have no idea of this company that is taking money from my debit account twice within a weeks time. I tried calling this number and it does not connect.
This Company, Platinum Services has been debiting my bank account for two years now and I do not know who they are and yo the best of my knowledge this has not been authorized by me. To date they have taken $ 14.00 monthly for the past two years.

I don't know who Platinum Services is, but they have taken almost $2000.00 out of my checking account this month!
I went to the mac machine today and found out i could not make a withdrawal. when i called the 1800# on the back of my bank card they told me a Platinum Service withdrew 99.95 from my checking account.I do not know who or what they are and i NEVER authorized and debit to them, i want my money back in my account!

Platinum Services debited 99.95 from checking account on 07/02/10. This amount was not authorized not do I have a Credit Card from this Company. Do not know how they obtained banking info .
ON 06/18/10 THERE WAS AN UNAUTHORIZED ACH DEBIT FROM MY ACCOUNT, AND I HAD ONE OF MY BILL PAYMENTS TO BOUNCE BECAUSE OF IT . NOW I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO MY BANK AND TO MY BILL. IF SOMEONE CAN FIND OUT WHERE THIS COMPANY IS GETTING THEIR INFORMATION ON US, PLEASE POST IT !

This so-called insurance company somehow obtained information to my bank account and had money withdrawn without my consent.
I do not even know this company. They took money from my acct and over drafted . I called the company to cancel and they were rude.

Yes, I think that they (Platinum Services) pinged my account number when I was getting an online pay day loan. and they have tried twice to make a withdraw from my account.

This company took 79.95 from my account without my knwowledge and consent..i called the company and the reps were very, very, very rude didn't want to give me any infrmattion about the company..Thats what you call fraud..
This is the third time this week that money has been taken from my account.I have had it with banks and anything to do w/ the internet.

An unauthorized debit was drafted from my account by using my checking account and routing number (not debit card!) in the amount of $99.95. I have no idea where it came from. I have filed a fraud claim with Bank of America and will file an additional claim with the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau if a refund is not issued immediately. I will also change my checking account to avoid future unauthorized transactions. I am incensed. This is ridiculous. Platinum Services "customer service" number is [protected].
