I was charged $99.95 out of my checking account without my authorization. When I called them to tell them to refund my money she just kept telling me that I recieved an e-mail saying what the service was and to respond in 7 days to cancel. I told her I did not recieve an e-mail and I want to be refunded she just kept telling me their company does not refund any money. When I asked her who owned the company she hung up on me.

the same thing in essence happened to me ...just was charged twice 99.95 for a total of 199.90
This is straight up robbery, and fraud ...i have gone to the bank to try and remedy this mess, and have filed a complaint wit the internet crime complaint center

trying to do a bbb complaint as well online about them but it seems that this company has multiple fronts for the 800-972-8094 # im just at a loss for words, i called the # and was spoken to, same as you with the bs about e- mail sent to me ...there were none... no refunds and hung up on ...how on earth is this company still doing business?
i did not agree to ant terms, kept hitting disagree to terms and could not get off the page after repeated attempts...finally i got out of it...hope i get my money back...and these people get arrested...my e mail is vinceabate13@gmail.com if you want to correspond on what can be done further to bring these frauders one step closer to the law and in jail...i just dont give up |

THE SAME THING HAS HAPPEND TO ME, I TOLD THEN 2 DAYS IN A ROLL THAT I DIDN`T GET AN E-MAIL BOTH DAYS THEY SAID THEY WOULD SEND ME ANOTHER ONE I HAVE NOT RECIVED ONE YET. NOT ONLY DID I GET AN OVER DRAFT AT THE BANK I WROTE A FEW CHECKS KNOWING THEY COULD CLEAR, NOW AS THEY ARRIVE AT MY BANK I WILL HAVE MORE OVER DRAFT FEE`S. ANY WAY WE COULD HIRE A LAW FIRM TO GET OUR MONEY BACK?

| Went to my checking account and found out that I was in the negative, due to a $99.45 charge to my checking account. I called my credit union and was advised of this compnay and their 800#. I called and was told they sent me an email on May 5, 2010, and I recieved nothing by email from them. They were rude and wanted me to send to them by fax, a statement from my checking account and a police report. I have NEVER heard of this company in my life. They tried telling that I was approved for a $10, 000 line of credit and could only buy things from their catalog. They are out of their minds. I went to my credit union and signed a affavadit so that credit union can check into this. I am extremely upset and depise companies like this. I don't if I will get my money back, but it certainly screwed up my weekend. |

| Hey guys- the same thing just happened to me! I was applying for a loan and got this $99.95 fee taken out of my checking account instead. I did file a complaint with the BBB of Nevada. You can do it right on line. Just go to BBB of Nevada and they will take your complaint. I don't know if I will get a refund but maybe if enough of us complain, the BBB will do something about it. |

| Same thing happened to me, and I'm going to get the media to investigate this so called 'Platinum Services'. This confirms that the internet is not secured at all. When people can tap into your accounts for services unknown! |

| I checked my account last night and it was overdrafted and negative $66. I was charged $99.95 for something I did not sign up for and did not authorize. I went to my bank and wee called these people and they said they will not refund my money, that i signed up for acreit line of $10, 000 to shop through a website. Who ever did this( if any body did) had all my information . It wasn't even a charge through my check card, straight from my account number and routing number. I'm pisssed. This is not acceptable and trust me when I say, I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. and you will now pay. you messed with the wrong one. |

| They are doing the same thing to me. Every time I call to tell them to stop and refund my money they just keep talking about their service that I did not sign up for me. Somebody needs to stop this and make them refund everyones money. |

| The same theft happened to me and I am out $99.95. My bank account now overdrawn. I have filled out the affidavit of an unauthorized transaction on my checking account. Bank Of America is looking into the matter and will let me know how the situation will be resolved. All I can say is if I don't get my money back I will be relentless in calling and wasting their time until I feel like I got my $99.95 plus more. I have made several threatening and harrasing phone calls to the ghetto bitch operators there and they had the nerve to get ghetto on the line, LOL !!! Bitches can't even spell and wanna get big on the phone. She cancelled the membership and gave me a cancellation number and said it wouldn't happen again and she is damn right it won't, my bank will stop them from ever comming back to my acct, so she can dip all she wants and i will call and harass them every damn day until I get bored..for all the people they robbed i will harass them everyday, EVERY FING DAY!!!

Lastnight i was charged 99.95 just like everyone else. I have contacted my bank the BBB and e-maile the company letting them i have contacted the BBB and my bank and will be gettng refunded. Just a suggestion esspecially for those who are getting multiple charges from the company, close your bank accounts and open a new one asap. I am closeing mine today and since i opened a new one yesterday i was just waitign for my car-payment to hit but i will contact them later today. ALso don't do online payday loans ever again as that is more then likely how they are getting our information. It sucks but it's what we hav to do. If anyone has found an attorney that will take this to court please let me know @ wulfheart13@hotmail.com Just out in subject line Platinum fraud.

| Same thing happened to me!!My account was charged 99.95 on the 3rd of september!and I called her today because it was labor day yesterday so they were closed and their closed on the weekends, she said that they have a 7 day policy to cancel and they dont refund your money!She cancelled the whole bs and gave me a confirmation number. Its a bunch of bs and I never signed up for any 10, 000 dollar credit line!Their conartists and thieves and everything else! |

| same thing happened to me same lady and every story i have read has been my sitiuation as well!!! hopefully pnc bank will help me out on this they are going through a dispute process!!! so hope I will get refunded as well!!! I have reported this bitch as well!!! she hung up on my ass too and I have never been so angry to were I wanted to jump through the phone and ring her neck!!!
