Ordered a large pizza with 4 toppings and some pepperoni bites at 6:35 pm, came in and paid for this order at 7pm and was told it was still in the oven. I continued waiting until 7:15 and said can you check on my order, a lady came out from the counter and said oh I just found out your oder looked like a supreme and was given to someone in the dining room. I asked for a refund she went back and talked to management who then came out and said he would remake it for me and give me a 20% discount I said um no you can remake it and give me a 50% and keep me happy and coming back. He went back in the kitchen and came back out 2 min later saying he can only go 20% so I then said refund my whole order and I will not be coming back here as I will also tell everyone I know how you treat customers who are supposed to always be right! Especially when you make the mistake PIZZA VILLA!
