Pizza Hut ordered chicken meet ball but receive beef meatball at pizza hut jusco rawang malaysia

Hi . I am an Hindu and ordered chicken meatball at pizza hut jusco rawang malaysia. What i receive is the beef meatball and i have eat that 1 piece then only notice that is a beef. When i call the manager the said the cook is nepal and he never see the order properly. I dont know how many hindu are eating this beef meatball all the time here. Hope pizzahut malaysia will take action on this . I have all receipt with me to prove.

Pizza Hut absolutely disgusted! horrible experience!

Pizza Hut was my favorite place to eat pizza! That was until now!
Last week I went to my favorite Pizza Hut restaurant and ordered a pizza.
I found some hair in my pizza and when I noticed that I called the waiter and demanded some explanation. He said he was sorry for what happened, took the hair (with his hands) out of my pizza and left. So what was I supposed to do with that? Maybe they thought I'll continue to eat it?
They did not offer me a replacement, they left it on my table and touched my pizza with bare hands! What's wrong with you Pizza Hut?

I usually order from dominos, but thought i'd give pizza hut a try. Mistake.

My pizza arrived one hour and 17 minutes after i ordered it. It is cold. Not even a little bit warm.

It is also not the pizza i ordered. I ordered a pan pizza with a garlic topping crust. I got a hand-tossed pizza with nothing on the crust.
I ordered extra sauce. This pizza does not have it.

Very dissatisfied. Will not order from you again.

Pizza Hut I am complaining about the manager at 5510 suite 270 lafayette road by the name of james

Every time I work with this manager he sends me home. James had a problem with me saying that I wanted to see him put my drop in the box saying I don't need to see him. I understand that the manager has to verify our drops but we just had an issue with drops and I just wanted to make sure that my drop was put in. He has told many of people that he knows how to manipulate the system to make it look like money is there that is not and then when I I asked him is he made because I asked to see him drop my money . I do not think I was wrong for asking to see him drop my money but it was cause he told me to clock out

Pizza Hut anything cooked

Pizza hut in canton was recently "updated". Since moving and updating - across the same parking lot - everything they cook, they burn!

I have been screwed three times with black, unidentifiable food. I took the time to ask that my food not be burned when I ordered and was wholeheartedly reassured that all would be well. Needless to say, my cheesebreadsticks were beyond a little bubbly brown - they were black. If I did not know that I had ordered cheese on top of my breadsticks, you would not have known that there was cheese on top. When I requested my money back - they acted all shocked and blamed the ovens. Well - regulate the ovens! Especially when I specifically point this out when I order!
What a waste and what a disappointed 8 year old with no breadsticks!
Customer service has gone to hell in canton ny and ps when you ask for your money back - that should include the nys tax and the charges for the extra sauce - just saying! 11/16/2016.

Pizza Hut your online ad is misleading and incorrect

Really? Your online pizza ad says order online for fast delivery...false advertising. I ordered a med pizza, 8 piece wings, and a 2 liter tonight bout 9pm (11/5/16) online from the Scottsburg, Indiana Pizza Hut...expected time of arrival? 2 hours and 40 minutes! Nearly 3 hours for a 3 mile delivery? I called and complained about the time and was told, "yes, thats correct, we only have one driver". Would you want to wait nearly 3 hours for your meal? Would you find this acceptable at a restaurant, esp since you had already paid? Is this a clientelle problem or a management problem? Whatever, wont be ordering Pizza Hut again anytime soon...hello, Papa Johns, ...what do you want to bet that my food gets spit on cause I called and complained? T. Campbell

Pizza Hut service

I had coupon for $10 pizza any size any way you want it I went to Pizza Hut on Highway 78 Loganville Ga 30052 on 11-05-2016 at 16:50 I order 3 large pizzas which was suppose to be $10 a piece just because I told cashier I want a lot of sauce on pizza because last ones I order was dry she charge me extra for 3 pizza that was suppose to be $30 I was charged $44.38 which I think is very wrong because I was charged for 4 pizzas just for asking for sauce when I complained I was told they had to charge extra for sauce which I think is very wrong because sauce is not a extra topping and should not cost me the same amount as a pizza can you tell me why I got charged for 4 pizzas when I only order and received 3 pizzas.The 3 pizzas should not cost me $44.38 and the employees should have not got rude when I complained they should have helped me.If this is how I'm going to be treated then from now on I will take my business some where else because I treat others with respect and I deserve to be treated with respect not ripped off.

Pizza Hut pizza

I made order from Pizza Hut today from 19000 call center and he said it will be delivered after 45 minutes and thy called me for one time before the 45 mintues and the network give them not available at this moment. Then thy cancelled the order before calling me again or try with or follow with me and it's not the first time from this branch El akabal branch at Alex it's happened 3 time ago

Pizza Hut customer service

I ordered a pizza at Dexter Missouri pizza hut at 5.13 at 6.30 still no pizza I call he said pizza is on its way . Time goes by still no pizza. I call and tell her to keep it she then calls back and says my order was placed on cat your she said you still want your order by then my company had left and went to little ceezers. I said no . Very disappointed in how it is bending run . This is not the first time.

Pizza Hut vat on egyptian bills

VAT should not be added to bills when buying Pizza from pizza hut stores. This is illegal in Egypt, food are not included in the official list to add 10% VAT.
City Center in Alexandria have a Pizza Hut station in it's food court and they are applying VAT 10% on all their bills.

Pizza Hut very bad pizza

First I tried to take the survey so I could complain there, but of course after I put in the code nothing happens, left the site, and tried again. So as far as we are concerned something has happened to Pizzahut Pizza at least 12 to 15 years ago you pizza went down hill. We tried different locations all ways with the same results. The crust is not crisp, and sometimes the cheese if very melted. We finally stopped going to Pizzahut entirely. On Sept 5th of this year we ordered a pan Pizza for pick up, oh my gosh, the old pizza was back. Best pizza I have had in years well cooked and nice crisp crust. I could hardly wait to buy another and I told my family go back to pizza hut their old pizza is back. Well yesterday the Sept 24 we ordered another Pan pizza from the same location. Worst pizza I have ever gotten. The crust was not only soft not crisp, it was not even done. We ended up eating the outer edges which were some what cooked. The middle was like raw dough. They are just not cooking the pizza long enough, or they are not letting the oven get back to full temperature. We will not be going back for some time if ever. So disappointed, you used to have the best pizza, now it sucks.

Pizza Hut timing for delivery

I've make a home delivery order and it takes 2 and half hours tell someone tell me that they have a problem in that branch so i canceled the order, during that time i 've called them more than 5 times and every time he tell me that the order is on the way and he was lying to me.

Pizza Hut poor service / delivery issue

We ordered 3 large pizza and 2 bottles of soda on August 26, at 7:04 p.m and spent $72 worth of pizza. Then, they told us that we had to wait for our order but they took long so, we called back and they said we had to wait an hour more and we were getting irritated. We called the management and filed a complaint that there service is taking long. My kids were waiting for two hours and its almost 9:30 and when they came their large pizza looked like a small and if you look at this photo, we ordered all this for $72. The pizza hut is located in Wahiawa, hawaii so if you feel the same way, you should make this message go viral because, everyone needs to read this.

Pizza Hut delivery

on 08-24-2016 I ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery and it took them 45 minutes to bring my dinner out and when I got it the pizza was ice cold I don't know how many stops the driver had to make but it was awful and I couldn't eat it a total waist of money

45 minutes is not a bad wait time for a pizza delivery. But if it were cold, do you not have a microwave? Pizza does not stay hot long, even when you pick it up.

Pizza Hut shift leader management complaint

So tiday I had an eyedoctors appointment and had forgotten that I was scheduled from 11-1 yes juat two hours well I called the store to let them know that I could not make it on time well thr manager asked to see if I could find a replacement for me well so I did the person I was trying to cover for me wasn't answering at that moment so I called to let them know that I couldn't find anybody to cover for me and the chef manager shela johnson works as a shift leader at rupert pizza hut you going to tell me that either I cancel my appointment or I come to work so I acknowledge that I canceled my appointment I would or $25 fee I canceled just to show up to work call the moment I showed up to work I start helping the manager out with stuffed crust pizzas well a shela approached me and began yelling at me so I verbally told her that I had the right to defend my self she then responded to me saying that I had no right becuase I wasnt being responsible for my job when I was I called for the manger to come and I asked for her to stop her and since she was friends with her she didnt seem to even care at all I was honestly being humiliated in frint of the coworker who currently were on the clock so I couldnt handle it so I decided to quit. I personly think that she should be able to get away with it since its she has already had one person walk out because of her attitude toward them. I left for my own good and for the manager to not to defend me and be on her side is honestly something that cooperate should look over. I really liked the job but that fact that shela was always treating everybody bad was unreasonable!. I would really appreciate if somebody didnt let her get away with this because she treated me like I was nothing.

Pizza Hut terrible customer service

After waiting for an hour for our food (which technically was not an issue because we were quoted the wait time when making our order), everything was cold. My biggest complaint comes from the fact that when I tried to call the location to make management aware of this issue their manager (Eli) seemed not the least bit concerned after he muttered an, "eh well sorry for you." We won't be ordering from them anytime in the near future. I sincerely was not calling for any free handouts, but to feel as though the management did not care whatsoever speaks volumes. I will not be giving them my business anymore despite deals or specialty items that my kids prefer them.

Pizza Hut manager customer service

Pizza Hut - DESOTO, TX location seems to always mess up my order every time I order. I finally stopped using this place for a while but I do love Pizza Hut pizza so I gave it another try. I ordered 3 pizza's and again my order was incorrect on the toppings. I showed their ticket to the store associate and she said you are right and then called the Manager to the front - Manager told me it would take 15 minutes to remake the pizza however I had company at my house so I did not want to wait. I asked if I could get a discount on my next order and she informed me that they don't give discounts or credits that the only options was to remake the pizza or take the screwed up pizza. I asked for the corporate number and she wrote down a number but told me that it would come back to her and I would get the same answer. TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. So I called the number she provided and it went to the national Order department. Now she pissed me off. This Manager is a joke - she should be fired for her customer service.

Pizza Hut manager

I started at Pizza Hut about 3 weeks ago but after doing to the assessments and very little hours I have about a week of experience. The week of July 12 2016 Tammy, the manger really started getting really hateful and complaining to the other employees about the things she said I was doing, I can't even tell you how many times she would say, what are you doing, and then she would walk away. I was flipping the make line last week and Tammy didn't like the way I was doing the cheese and started yelling, you don't listen, all the employees where just starring at me. Tammy always ensures you know she is the manager at all times. Yesterday was it with her, she started telling me I knew how to make something I told her I didn't know how and now we have a yes you do no I don't conversation, I finally told her I need to make a pizza. Danny (shift leader) came to work and she ran to complain to him on things I supposedly had done, Danny is a great person but I think I have only worked with him once. I told Tammy I was tired of her accusations and I wanted the camera she said was in the stored reviewed. Tammy has said that I probably forgot certain things because of the heat, she does not mess with other employees because they have been there longer than she has, I'm the new one. I have gone to Tammy about how pizzas are being made and why they can do as they please and she doesn't have an answer. There is so much that has happened in the past 2 weeks its impossible to put it on paper. My husband is retired military, I helped open the first Dominos Pizza in Hanau Germany in 1986 and loved it, I explained to Tammy I wanted to do something with my time so I figured I would make pizza because I really enjoyed it at one time, but I'm sorry people like Tammy should never be in charge of a store

Pizza Hut bad service

July 3, 2016. The waitress was doing an excellent job (Anna) for what she had to work with. The girl cutting/boxing the pizza's was throwing the pans around, sometimes on the floor. She also threw the pizza's in the box, missed a few times & tossed them on top of the pizza. If I was a customer & saw her do that to my pizza, I would have refused it. We attempted to call the manager, all he wanted to know was how we got his phone number. Then he hung up on us, never once did he ask what the issue was. We found out they were way understaffed & he was suppose to be there working. I have never had a manager hang up on me, all we wanted to do was notify him of how one of his employees was acting. I know other customers heard her. We also did not get all of our order, ordered 1/2 & 1/2 but Anna gave us a free pizza. We also did not receive another item, but that was taken off the bill. 2 other customers had the same issue of not getting everything they ordered. I'm 49 & have been in customer relations for many years. I honestly would fire the girl cutting/boxing the pizzas & definitely would fire the manager.

We were just disappointed, we have been there many times & never had a major issue like this before. We will go back, but hopefully the manager will no longer be employed there

Pizza Hut bad customer service

Worst ever ! I always order from you but you are getting worse and today was the worst ever! When I make an order from 4:30 and the call center said it could come by 7, I said ok! Thinking that you would be punctual! The delievery came 7:15..notwithstanding the very bad handling of the customer service, it was like the worst ever! I called the hotline, someone answered and kept me on hold, then I was switched to someone else, dont know why, and he said ok dont worry, I will call the guy, I called again, a lady said you have to call the branch! So whats the benefit of a hot line! I called the branch and some guy answered, who I am 100 percent sure is not a customer service guy! I told him the delievery guy didnt come, he said so what ? And then gave the receiver to some one else, at last the guy came, with a very hot pepsi bottle and very cold and tastless pizza ! And when I told him why you were late! He said that this is completly normal in ramdan so what ? This is so rude and unacceptable, and its the last time I will eat or order from you! And I also will submit a complain to the headquarter!
