To Whom It May Concern: I have only worked for Pizza Hut for seven months, but I am a professionally trained chef and I have been in the food service industry for fifteen years. Over those past fifteen years I have worked with a wide variety of people. I have never encountered someone so rude, disrespectful, and unsanitary as Arjon S. For example, one day he was blocking my path and I said excuse me pardon me and he just stuck his hand in my face. He orders everyone around like he owns the place, but he holds no management or leadership position. I have seen him not wearing his hat or washing his hands while handling food and using a mop to clean a preparation table. When I informed our RGM and the ARGM they just blow me off and did nothing to correct the problem. I am turning to you for help in this matter. Thank you very much for your time. Sincerely, James M.

We are permanent customers of Pizza hut and order randomly. Since 3-4 months we are facing poor services issue. Recent example is of today, We placed order by calling [protected] on around 12:25 pm today, and requested to deliver on 01:00 pm, for which they promised to deliver on 01:10 pm, but the ordered 3 deals delivered us on 01:46 pm. One thing also was unfair, that if any thing you can not serve, then it must be informed while ordering, so that customer can manage it from other sources, but at the time of receiving the order, they not informed us that they could not able to deliver Sugar free (7UP free) but after around 30 minutes from order, we received call from your Peoples colony (D Ground) point that they not have 7uP free or Sprit Zero. We talked their manager, he promised but it only burnt the time, at the end we requested to reach earliest even without our required drinks. At the 11th hour we sent our own rider to bazar and arranged the required drinks. Such things are damaging your image very fast. Please consider it as most important. 9/7/2015 I took my grandson to eat for his book it award ...mold on windows...flies so bad buffet table was covered...tables were dirty ...bathrooms were disgusting and I drive truck. dirtier than most truckstops... now on to where the food was cooked floor didnt look like it had been swepted or washed in weeks ...stale water puddles on the floor by pop and under sink...employees were dirty and no hair nets.I love pizza hut pizzas but after seeing this it makes my stomach turn...this place has needed cleaning up for years please do something or l will have no choice but to call the state health dept.

Why is this the only place you can complain about manager. Where are the phone numbers? Does anyone really read this or care. The last complaint given from our store from a asst manager about manager to the one above manager caused the asst. to be confronted by 3 managers above manager and employees and fired. So unprofessional, so where can you give a complaint to a real person that will not get you confronted and fired immediately? I am really starting to think this whole company is corrupt inside and out and from top to bottom..

i ordered 2 medium pizzas and boneless chicken wings and waffle ff and a side of waffle ff diet pepsi i received 1 pkg of ff an 2 pizza and 1 order of wings when i called the manager kristen told me the store i ordered my order was closed so she would credit so next time i ordered i would get my stuff i said its 11 pm and the store is closed she put me on hold and told me my ff were put in 1 pkg if thats the case it wouldnt be with the money so i highly dont think they did so i asked for my pop the manager name kristen when said to her my sons pizza would be cold she said ok and i said thats all you have to say she said i dont know why hes pizza would be cold it wasnt my fault they forgot the pop and probably my waffles ff but i would also likemy 4.00 tip for the driver givin back to me this was the worst service also sat on hold 4 more than 5-10 to talk to a manager that shouldnt be one been 15-20 minutes since i talked to her still no pop 9-18-15 i have a # at the top 030215 i ordered on line from 50th and 34th ticket #0101

Ordered pizza online tonight (daughter did) . After it was delivered and I had signed and driver had left my daughter told me the total should have bee $17. The receipt I was given also said $17.66. I had signed a receipt for $22 and gave a $3 tip.

Then our pizza was for Hut favorite crust but it was not - think it was just hand tossed. Also there were several mushrooms on the cheese pizza and we did not order cheese.

I would appreciate it if you could make this right in some way - mail me a coupon or something. We order pizza regularly at least once or twice a week from you guys and would love to continue.

I am tired of no matter what coupon I order always somehow always with fees and charges costing me over 30 bucks. I give your poor under payed drivers 2.00 no matter what, but on top of the convenience fee and the delivery fee, it way beyond ridiculous.but, to the complaint I titled now too, your large pizzas are the size of your old medium pizzas of a year ago and you taunt us with supposed DEALS? I am going to order from Dominos and others from now on. You are not fooling me! I have already showed my family, friends, church members, and anyone I work around your lie and bait and switch tactics, and they are leaving you too. Charge for extra cheese also and getting no extra?! That's a big ended too. Goodbye Pizza Hutt...hello...anyone else besides you.

On 9/7/2005, I called my local pizza hut and was transferred to there call center. The person did not speak good english, it took me at least four times to explain my order then it was wrong when we went to pick it up. They cooked another one for us and it was wrong, all I wanted was a large thin super supreme with black olives on only have of the pizza. I went to casey's and they got it right the first time. I guess pizza hut lost me as a customer. The store that got it wrong the second time was on 26th street in sioux falls sd

We placed the order on www.pizzahut.co.in on Friday’s evening. It was around 7 p.m., but the company hasn’t confirmed the order and hasn’t delivered it. We thought that they had too many orders and therefore they were slow, but they simply scammed us. They got the payment, but we didn’t get any email or phone call from them. We tried to contact them on the next day, but their phone was busy. It was the last time, when we have ordered from them.

Called in for pizza, soda and dessert at 7:25, received the pizza and dessert but didn't realize they forgot the soda 'til after the delivery girl had left. We called to see if we could get the soda delivered at about 8:30 they said they would let the store here in Kingsville know about it and that I would be called by the manager of the store, ...no call, no soda. Made another call at 9:30 and told them about the soda and they told me the same, we would get a call and the soda would be delivered. I'm a driver at a Pizza Hut NPC location. I have been here for about 2 1/2 yrs. I don't know what it was like before NPC took over but in the past 2 1/2 yrs it has been miserable and is only getting worse. It's so bad that I'm applying to a different company that pays more and gives raises. In those 2 1/2 yrs I have gotten one 5 cent raise! That's it! They have finally given in to the no raises complaints and have implemented raise incentives. Basically, the only way you can get a raise is if you are crossed trained. I AM CROSSED TRAINED! Have been since I first started. I even ran shift a couple of times even though I'm not a manager. Because, at that time the store manager was in and out of the hospital, one shift leader we had only worked his scheduled hours and then left and never stayed to help, the area manager never brought in any other managers from other stores to help us out, and the other shift leader we had was a drug addict and was passed out in the back on every shift! So I ran shift many times instead of doing what I was hired for, deliver pizzas! They only care about numbers, they are money hungry a$$holes. They do not care about the health or happiness of their employees. They'd rather get rid of employees who are sick of their crap and speak up about it and hire new people instead of improving the way they treat us so employees stick around. I mean, am I mistaken, but doesn't a company save money trying to keep the hard working employees that they have instead of constantly hiring and training new ones? Ever since I started here we have been complaining about getting breaks. We don't even get 15 min to ourselves to eat something. Instead, we grab bites of cold stale pizza in between orders. Delivery drivers are trying to eat and drive at the same time! They expect us to get all of these surveys from customers but they don't care about us. Umm, newsflash! Why should we care about your company and your stupid surveys if you don't care about the health and happiness of your employees? Drivers get stiffed left and right and are never reimbursed for it, NPC feels the 33 cents a mile they get is more then enough. We only make $4.95 an hr when on the road. And, according to the IRS site delivery drivers who make minimum wage or less and use their own vehicles to deliver a company's product should be making 55 cents a mile. JUMP ON THE GRATUITY BAND WAGON NPC AND START CARING ABOUT YOUR EMPLOYEE'S WAGES! Force this inconsiderate customers to pay your drivers what they deserve for the service they are providing! Any ways, terrible place to work, I would not recommend working here to anyone and once I find a better job, I'm out.

I went to the pizza hut yesterday and I went to the counter placed the order and handed the lady my card she swiped it and told me it was declined. The card had money on it so I went back out to the car and got another card that had more money on it. Came in placed the order with a different lady she was nice she told me it would be 20 min.. I went back in after 20 min.and the same lady that said the card declined. I stood at the register she started at me then picked up the phone stayed on it I sat back down. Then she got off of the phone I was there at the counter and the place was full of baseball players all were African American. She started asking them if they needed anything like I was invisible. One of them forgot his glass then she went to the other two or three behind me. I had to shout is my pizza ready. She said they cancelled it acting as if it had been the first time I came in. But I had to tell her I came back in 4:26 had to tell her when I reordered the pizza after all of that it was bout 5 pm I thought they never started the pizza so I asked if I could get a refund. Then the other one that was nice handed me the pizza. This is the last time I go into the Yazoo city MS pizza hut Its everywhere I go.

Tonight 30/07/2015, I had rang Pizza Hut at Emerton and placed an order over the phone for a deal of 3 Pizzas, 2 garlic breads and drink. I ordered a Bbq garlic prawn pizza with tomato base, then asked for a Peri Peri chicken, but was notified they don't do them at Pizza Hut, so I ordered a bbq meat lovers with again tomato base, I then asked what other pizzas were available, the man had very quickly went through the menu of pizzas, I asked about one pizza and what it had on it, but decided not to get it, I began speaking to place my last order, but had realised the man had quickly got off the phone, I kept saying hello? Hello? Are you there? I had then heard him in the background talking to another customer, I had waited for a little bit then he got back on the phone and said hello, hello, I replied and said, hello, are you there now? Did your phone die? I then asked again what kind of pizzas there are, as I could not understand what he was saying as he had a strong accent. I asked about the Hawaiian pizza, he said there were two kinds, the second one was a chicken Hawaiian pizza, which sounded good, so I ordered that one and specified I again wanted tomato base and no bbq sauce on it as my friends son does not eat bbq, it makes him sick.
Me and my friend picked the order up at approximately 10:40pm and went home, when we had opened the pizzas we noticed the chicken Hawaiian pizza had bbq sauce drizzled all over the top. We immediately drove back to the store to have it replaced to the right order. When we advised the man that the order was wrong, he argued that it was correct and was demanding that we were in the wrong and refused to listen to reason, so I started to go over the phone conversation, again he became rude and demanded he was correct and thats the bottom line and just downright refused to do anything to rectify the error and also started to become argumentative, my friend then asked to speak to the Manager, to which he stated he was the Manager! My friend was astounded and began saying that this mistake was absolutely ridiculous and the customer service (rather the lack of) that this (manager) displayed was appalling and stated he'd rather go somewhere else than come back again and said he was going to complain. The man (manager) started arguing back and egged my friend to come outside the store and have a go (engage in physical violence)! My friend grabbed the incorrect pizza and said he was going to complain about him and started to come out to exit the store, the manager was still yelling to come outside and have a go, my friend had replied that his attempt to terrorize was pathetic, he exited the store and walked towards my car, the manager ran around the side door and rushed out (leaving another waiting customer alone and unattended in the store) saying, what did you say, what did you say, come back and have a go! My friend yelled back, stop being a terrorist and a hero and go back inside! The manager kept going on, we got in the car and left, appalled at what had just went on! We are even discussing if we should still contact Police about this incident! We are still in shock about the incident which is why I felt the urgent need to report this matter now!
We are very regular customers and have never had any kind of issue with this store, we have also never dealt or seen this worker (or Manager, if thats who he really is) before.
I have never witnessed such unprofessional and disgraceful behaviour from any (so-called Manager) or worker such as the behaviour that your employee had displayed! Unprofessionalism at its best!
I would definitely like some kind of action to be taken in regards to this particular employee immediately!

On Wednesday, July 22, 2015, I placed an order on-line at 9:11pm for delivery to my home. The total cost was $41.09 and I received a message that my pizza order would be delivered by 10:01pm. By 10:15pm, I had not received the order, so I called the College Park store and the young lady who answered the phone began asking me the basic questions (name, phone, number, etc) to find my order. While on the phone with her, my house phone rings and it is another Pizza Hut employee (male) looking up my order, which at first he can not find but then he locates itf, he apologies and tells me that the order is on its way. It is now 11:23pm and the store is now closed, I still do not have my food and I think my credit card has already been charged. I tried calling the store before it closed at 11:00pm but of course no one answered the phone. OH, yes, I am very pissed, upset and still hungry! I will not be patronizing this Pizza Hut EVER again! And I will be going on social media and telling everyone I know not to patronize this store. Also, I will be making sure to stop payment on the order.
